Koza Cave Hotel was lovely and the views really are amazing. I'd booked Koza to watch the hot air balloons fly from the rooftop at sunrise. Unfortunately, the balloons were cancelled that day, but we still appreciated the sunrise over the fairy chimneys. I imagine seeing it from the rooftop would be truly a magical experience! Despite being one of the most famous hotels in Cappadocia, the experience was intimate. There are only 10 rooms so the rooftop feels very private. It's easily accessible to explore Goreme. The room was comfortable and cosy and breakfast was nice. I enjoyed the chance to meet the other guests at the hotel on the rooftop- made the stay more memorable.

The staff is always tgere for you! 100% service mind, they even help me find the car rental, contacf and booked us a pick up car from airport and always there for you to make sure everything is good and you hv no worries and happy during the stay! 1000points for all staffs specially 2 guys in front office day or night shift is super good! Breakfast is varities and delicious! The woman in kitchen always make sure the foods is enaugh for you and ready to cook for you if you hv any request. Home made peanut butter there also my favorite during my whole trip in 5hotel in Turkiya! The view there from the terrece also really great you can see 180 from while hving breakfast or go up a bit for 360. Love it Bed are comfy, room are clean and full of facilities.. the staff gave us so many bottle of water when we asked of any shop near by.

in our room hv just only a curtain in between room and toilet.. so imagine you wanna poop lol so note that. And the hotel is on the hill so IF you hv no hv a car, or come with olderly or kids should be note that.

Koza Cave hotel was amazing, exceeding our expectations. The staff here were so helpful in making sure that my sister and my needs were met throughout our stay. Ozgur the manager was very accomodating and gave us very good tips for our adventures in Cappadocia based on what we would like to do. He also booked us our shuttle to and from hotel which is very helpful Breakfast had a good variety of food and the lady who prepared it was very attentive making sure the food is hot whenever we arrive. The receptionists were very polite and gave us what we need - eg. bottles of water. Also they went out of their way in making sure we are comfortable at 6 am with hot drinks and blanket whilst watching the hot air balloon. I personally think we had the best rooftop view as the hotel is a good height and provided good props for all your Instagram shots haha compared to a few of the places we explored in the area. The room was comfortable and unique given that you are staying in a cave. The location of the hotel was perfect and in town which makes it very convenient to get around when you don’t have a car There’s only two downside about this place: Sadly the bar was close when we were there. As the hotel is high up, we had to walk up hill- which I think it’s an ok trade off for the views for this hotel Haesel

The family orientated feeling you get from all the staff. They just don’t do hotel rooms, they do an unforgettable lifestyle experience. The best rooftop in Cappadocia and exceptional views both day and night. Excellent customer service, everything we asked for was provided and even given ahead of time, it’s like they can read our minds. The rooms are like something from a fairytale. The rooftop bar and terrace is absolutely amazing with great chill out music to match the vibe of the place. They organised all our tours with ease. Özgür the Manager is the best Hotel Manger I have ever met. Excellent location, excellent staff, excellent vibes!!! And the breakfast is delicious. This place is so nice I did it twice and will come back again.

the property was a cute family run cave hotel which gave it its lovely charm. it was a great location to see the balloons at sunrise from the hotel terrace

the water in the bathroom wasn’t hot so I couldn’t take a shower or bath in the beautiful bathroom they had in my room, so it was pointless Also, in the morning the terrace wasn’t set up with the rugs and cushions as they had shown in their website pictures so we were unable to take the pretty morning balloon and sunset photos as one does when in Cappadocia! The hotel has said it was because it was raining at night so they had packed everything away. But all the other rooftop hotels had set up that morning for their guests apart from ours

Waking in the morning to watch the balloons from the roof top terrace. The view was incredible. The owner served strong hot coffee and provided cushions and blankets until the sun rose. Amazing. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast perfectly acceptable. A small well run hotel, highly recommend.

Its USP is also its downside, it is at the top of a very steep hill, we had a car, would not like to have to walk up to it.

The grounds and the rooftop are breathtaking. The staff was so kind and made us feel right at home. We organized all of our activities before arriving through their concierge travel service called Koza Experiences, and that made the entire trip so seamless. All of their travel partners were the highest quality, including and especially Turquaz Balloons, who led our hot air balloon ride. We also did the sunrise photoshoot with Amy and she was such a delight. Getting to spend time with her truly enriched our trip. We stayed in the Queen room, which includes the most gorgeous and expansive private balcony with a marble tub. We used the balcony space to have a catered Turkish breakfast, where we watched the hot air balloons, and we couldn’t have been happier with that experience. Usgar was so attentive, and worked proactively to make our entire vacation perfect, from beginning to end. We couldn’t have been happier and would love the chance to come back again.

I had the most perfect stay at Koza Cave Hotel. The staff was absolutely amazing and the room exceeded all expectations. I was upgraded by surprise upon arrival - it was so kind! Breakfast every morning was AMAZING. I genuinely have never had such a tasty and filling hotel breakfast anywhere. The food was so fresh and traditional Turkish. I would absolutely stay here again - it could not have been a better experience.

Koza Cave Hotel is excellent. In a great location and less busy and crowded than their neighbouring counterparts. The morning view of the balloons is amazing, you are able to get a great view from the rooftop terrace. The place was managed by a kind and friendly family. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choices and options. The room was very comfortable and cosy, it was a proper Cappdocia cave home experience, perfect for honeymooners.

The room can get a bit warm due to location of the hot water system (even in winter), but it wasn't a problem with air conditioning and natural ventilation.

We can only write a few words for KOZA CAVE Hotel but Ozgur is the best host I have ever encountered. He was very kind and polite and made us feel very special for our wedding anniversary. He helped us plan a few things in Cappadocia such as ATV rides and airport transfers. He made our stay so relaxing that I felt like staying for a few more days :) The Hotel room that we booked had a jacuzzi and a living room with ample space to relax and unwind from daily life, breakfast was arranged after our balloon ride, and the next day when we had our flight early morning, he made sure that we have our sandwiches to go for the trip. I mean my mom used to do this but never a host.
