There is no other place to stay!! I wanted a pool and a quiet vibe, but I also wanted a bar terrace vibe and the balloons in the am.. they have both ! We spent three nights in Cappadocia and would only ever come back here :) The best beds, service, location, hot air balloons literally outside my window and the most wonderful breakfast in the morning beside the rosemary and rose bushes …

Really interesting property built into the hillsides and fairy chimneys in Goreme. We had a very warm welcome and we were even served wine and beer upon arrival. Our room was not huge but comfortable and charming for what we needed. Breakfast was excellent, we did the farm breakfast option one morning.

There was nothing we didn’t like, but for the farm breakfast if you have mobility challenges, just know that it’s quite a descent via stone stairs then a short hike back up out of the valley. Also there were a lot of wasps who joined for farm breakfast so if you have a wasp allergy beware.

We had one of our best stays at Aza Cave Cappadocia. An experience that we”ll never forget. First of all, the location is the best. 5 minutes walking distance to the downtown Goreme. The hotel is so beautiful and staff are the nicest, kindest and the most helpful people. Cave rooms are very beautiful and cozy. The breakfast is one of the kind. But my favorite part was the free complimentary breakfast at the oraganic farm. They took us there by a tractor to where we had the most delicious traditional turkish breakfast. We had a dinner at Seten restaurant ( which is located in one of their sister hotels with 2 minutes walking distance). There is a also a bar with a view that you can enjoy. If you’re staying at this hotel make sure to wake up early in the morning to enjoy the great view of hot balloons. The pool is very beautiful but unfortunately it was cold during October. Make sure to take advantage of it if you’re traveling during Summer.

The hotel blew our minds, it's the service! They completely go above and beyond to make sure your Cappadocia visit is magical. A tip, book the hotel first then liaise with them over WhatsApp to organise all the activities, they'll help you book them all. Also, Aza is part of the Kelebek group which gives you access to a huge range of perks, including the free King's Valley breakfast experience, which was one of the best things I've ever done. Just wow!!

I wish I stayed longer. The Kelebek hammam wasn't that great, they rush you in and out, and leave you sweaty and uncomfortable at the end - I'd shop around for a more traditional hammam.

Our standard, inside courtyard room ( in the extension building) was large, bed was comfortable, bathroom was modern and well-equipped. Our welcome fruit and nuts was very nice. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The daily breakfast was one of the best Ive ever had, and we travel extensively! The hotel location is within walking distance of all town necessities but far enough away to be quiet. The heated l pool, which is literally next to a fairy chimney is nice as well.Id stay here again in a heartbeat!

The hotel itself is stunning — beautiful design, peaceful atmosphere, and a very memorable setting. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I appreciated the idea of offering refillable water, showing an intention towards sustainable practices. The overall experience of staying in a cave hotel was unique and special. Breakfast is out of this world

Heavy use of single-use plastics across the hotel, despite global concerns and the visible issue of waste in the region. Refillable water was offered but the water tank wasn’t available; instead, I was given multiple 0.5L plastic bottles Towels and bedsheets were replaced daily even though signage indicated they would only be changed if left on the floor, leading to unnecessary waste. Hidden service charge on drinks at the pool, which was not mentioned beforehand and felt misleading. Overall, the sustainability efforts felt more like gestures than real practices, which was disappointing given the environmental context.

One word - everything. From the welcome package of dried fruits, nuts and red wine to the very end when they extended our checkout for free, everything was wonderful. Aza Cave is part of chain of 3 cave hotels (Aza Cave, Kelebek and Sultan Cave) there and you can use their facilities as well. All of them are 50 meters apart. Aza is the quitest of them all. The cave King Suite we were was amazing. Many people mentioned in their comments that is dark, but guys this is a cave experience and being a little bit darker than usual hotel room is more than expected. It was amazing experience and i definitely would recommend highly that resort. The staff was really kind and helpful. Multiple people approached us with useful suggestions from the very beginning when we reserved to the very end when we checkout. We have book multiple activities from them, always done by the highest standards. They contacted me after reserving with them and providing me with very useful information about the holidays and activities. Definitely book balloon flight through them - they use Turquaz Balloons (the best provider there) or Discovery Ballooons. They have pool ... which is HEATED ... contrary on most comments. I tried it and it was heated. It is not 34C more like 25-27C but still heated. The breakfast was great. A lot of choices and all of them very delicious. They are one of the few cave hotels there, which has very big parking lot with very easy access. I was there with big SUV and had no problem at all to park. Our suite had a fireplace and they offer lighting the fireplace for free. We tried it and it was really amazing and romantic setup.

beautiful property very exotic design

cave suite was too hot could not sleep at night when we asked for air conditioning they said the air-conditioning is not turned on  for the season we were very disappointed because we were really hot and uncomfortable and also there was a nail on the floor which ripped my husband socks, and also the entrance to the property was full of broken bricks that someone could a fall and they could’ve hurt their selves. It’s a new property, but it was not quite finished.

We loved our stay in Aza hotel! Our room was huge and very clean! The pool area is so beautiful and the pool is now heated so you can enjoy swimming even in winter! The staff is friendly and super helpful... Especially Oguz! He was so helpful and always with a smile in his face! He made our stay so special and stress- free as he seemed to always have an answer to our questions! Internet connection was quite stable during our stay, even for business calls. There is also a launch area with good internet connection where you can work, at the back of the reception .

Modern cave hotel and tasteful rooms. Very clean and comfortable. It’s located away from the main tourist hub and shops so it’s in a quieter part of town, but also only a few minutes walk to the town centre. I really enjoyed the wide variety of food at breakfast everyday. The staff was very helpful and always available. Very quick responses on WhatsApp. They helped me out with booking airport transfers and tours and sent me reminders as well. Their sister property Sultan Cave Suites is just down the road and it’s possible to watch the balloons from their terrace.

Nothing. I would gladly stay here again.
