Our stay at *Sacred Mansion*, located in the heart of Cappadocia, was truly an unforgettable experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality. While sipping our welcome coffees, our check-in process was swiftly completed. We were then given a short tour of the property, during which we learned about the hotel's concept and story and were shown all the common areas. When we reached our room, we were accompanied by Mr. Alper, and inside we found thoughtful handwritten notes and beautifully crafted souvenirs from Cappadocia left just for us. The traditional Turkish breakfast was served in a spread style, and the freshly squeezed orange juice helped us start our day full of energy. Enjoying the breathtaking view of the fairy chimneys from the terrace was an especially memorable highlight. Many thanks to the *Sacred Mansion family* for creating such a special and heartwarming experience.

Friendliness of staff, very helpful and cooperative

We liked everything.

A very luxurious hotel, very well located. Directly opposite the hotel are some fairy chimneys. When we checked in, Umran upgraded our room and we could see hot air balloons directly from our balcony. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall building left an impact on us. Beyza (reception staff) helped us check out smoothly. Reception staff also helped us carry our luggage down from our room. The breakfast was delicious

Room service was slightly slow, stayed 2 nights but no one came to clean our room.

Hell, Heaven, and Purgatory. The design is stunningly beautiful with a deep concept. I love it! You get aesthetic pleasure from every little detail. The hotel is a year old, everything is new and stylish. There’s a large bathroom. Funda and Ali helped with the check-in, everything was top-notch. The restaurant Lilith (Heaven) deserves special attention. The dinner—from service to presentation—is on par with Michelin-starred restaurants. The breakfast is also excellent. If you want to stay in an exquisite place that stands out from other hotels in Cappadocia, this is the spot. I highly recommend it.

Everything. Luxurious property for a decent price. We got upgraded to a presidential suite and its the best room i have stayed ever. The breakfast , service were outstanding. Any visiting Goreme should stay here. You could also see the balloons from the property

Nothing.. it was perfect

The service we received here as a family of 6 was excellent! The staff went above and beyond - especially since we had booked last minute. The mansion is very clean and beautiful!

The only downside was that our rooms didn’t cool down as much as we would have liked in the middle of August.

I love everything about the hotel. Towel has a very unique smell. It is good smell. Everything is so clean. I love the quality of the bed set. Pillows made me sleep very well.

In the room was a bit warm.
