I stayed at an amazing hotel in Cappadocia and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and totally Instagram-worthy. It's also in a great location—just a short 5 to 10 minute walk to the city center, which made everything super accessible. The staff were one of the highlights. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They made booking tours easy and stress-free, which meant we could just focus on enjoying our trip. We also appreciated the little chats with them—it made the stay feel even more personal. Breakfast was included with our stay, and it was really good—fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Cappadocia. I’m already telling friends and family to stay there!

The rooms were excellent and clean. The room size was huge including the bathroom. The access to downtown from hotel is walkable. We got a good view of the balloon flights from the terrace. The breakfast was ok. Lots of bread and cheese variety. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful all the time. They helped us to book the balloon flight, day trips and bus ride to the airport. They responded to all my questions via mails/ messages

Since the hotel is structured in the caves, they dont have elevators. It would have been convenient if they had a facility to carry heavy suitcases up to the rooms. It was very tiring to carry those heavy suitcases up the stairs ourselves as they did not have help to carry all our bags. The staff at the breakfast were unfriendly and rude. They were reacting to the guests as if they were giving away free food.

I loved my cozy room—it was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The heating and cooling system worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay. They provided an extra pillow and a warm blanket, which was a nice touch. The hospitality was exceptional, and I always felt welcome. The terrace offers an incredible 360-degree view of Göreme, making it the perfect spot to watch the balloons in the morning. The staff was also incredibly helpful, assisting me with booking day tours and providing all the information I needed for an unforgettable experience in Cappadocia!

The breakfast room was a bit smelly and needed some ventilation. The restroom was a bit dusty.

Love the hotel, the staff, location and every other things here. The staffs were so friendly and supportive, they recommended and helped us with the tours that were excellent! A little bit sad cause the weather was not supported for the hot air balloon experience, but overall we love everything about Cappadocia. Will be back here one day to fulfill our wishlist 🫰 Thanks all for having us.

This is just for the improvement, no complaint at all. The water in the bathroom took a few minutes to heat up, and the hair dryer also stopped during drying (for the safety purpose but I wish it could work longer 😅). Also the wifi was pretty weak in the room but I assumed that its because of the thick wall.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very good and there was always available parking around the hotel. The riom was amazing and very comfortable. The hotel had a panoramic terrace with beautiful views, and we were able to watch the balloons at sunrise.

The A/C had a problem, and although I informed the hotel, no proper action was taken. This did not spoil our stay because the outside temperature at night was nice, and we could sleep with the balcony door open.

Beautiful setting, lovely views, unique experience in a fairy chimney room. Well located and had the rooftop terrace to myself for morning ballon viewing…well almost, until a young couple next door climbed over. Helpful staff, when the first guy couldn’t help with my hiking questions, another one took the time to pin all the spots on my phone so I could do the Swords/Red/Rose valley…amazing hike!

Breakfast was very average for the place and the room stuffy. The A/C didn’t seem to make much difference and it has some kind of timer on it, switching off by itself after 10-15 min. Had to keep turning it on. In the end opened the balcony door for air at night.

the location of the hotel was fantastic.. the roof top has an amazing view of Goreme and great for balloon watching.. the balloons flew over the hotel and it was lovely. restaurants, groceries and city center is few minutes walk from the hotel.. special thanks to huseyn and tugai who were always there to help us and for being friendly... tugai for helping us contact our tour provider when they were late.. 😊they arranged our transpo from the airport to the hotel and vice versa at a very reasonable price.

The hotel was extremely well maintained and beautiful. The staff was very helpful. Samet was especially very helpful throughout our stay and helped us in arranging all the tours as well airport transfers. My daughter forgot her toy in the hotel and we realized it after checking out. But the hotel went out of the way in arranging a courier to India promptly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Cappadoccia and will stay there if I visit again.

The hotel is situated in a great location with stunning views of the surrounding landscape and comes with a viewing deck to watch the hot air balloons in the morning. The staff were extremely helpful and made sure we knew what to expect on each trip we booked. They were very accommodating and helped with booking each activity. Would highly recommend.

The bed was quite firm and not overly comfortable.

Almost everything. Large room & bathroom.. Bed was comfortable. Hotel at highest point overlooking the rest of Goreme. Great roof terrace to see the balloons in the early morning. Reasonable breakfast, Turkish of course. Good room decoration. Friendly staff.

As a 4 star, it is missing an evening restaurant, breakfast only. Antiquated taps in the bathroom, needs thermostatic ones, as it is difficult to control because the hot is very hot. Parking is in high demand, but not impossible.
