We loved the location, which offered beautiful views and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The hotel kindly allowed us to check in early, which we appreciated. The staff was very responsive to our requests and always ready to help with anything we needed. Additionally, it was a nice touch that they provided complimentary fruits, snacks, water, and coffee throughout our stay. The breakfast was tasty, although it was the same menu every morning. It's worth noting that the hotel is halal and does not serve or allow any alcoholic drinks on the premises; this wasn't an issue for us, but it's good information for future guests. They also have a dress code that prohibits shorts, skirts, and flip-flops. On the bright side, the staff were incredibly polite and friendly, which made the stay even more enjoyable! I also appreciated how clean the room was; it added to the positive experience. Overall, we had a fantastic time!

The pillows could have been a bit cosier for a good night's sleep, and having windows in the bathroom would have helped with the fresh air.

Everything was perfect we went there as a family we really enjoyed everything in the hotel food was good amazing breakfast tho, staff so helpful and smiling all the time. We booked all activities with them with a good price. The roof is amaaazing you can literally see the ballons from there with a breakfast if u want too. I will definitely come back here and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone

Very beautiful cave like experience with luxury touches in the room. The terraces were amazing and provided really special views. The balloons went directly over our heads which was spectacular!

I didn’t like the clothing requirements no shorts no hanging dresses, etc. I don’t walk around in a bikini just shorts and T-shirt’s normally and I wouldn’t have booked if I knew it had these policies (that are not written in the booking.com policies for the venue). It made me feel really uncomfortable as I hadn’t packed for Muslim dressing style. Also I think because the terrace is so amazing a lovely coffee service early in the morning on the terrace would be really nice.

The food in your hotel cafe is super fresh, delicious and good priced. Breakfasts are so good, very assorted for any taste and made with love. Rooms are stylish, cosy and spacious. Wonderful experience! We stayed in one of the cave rooms, worm super comfortable and clean! Best breakfast in Capadócia, staff very friendly and keen to help with outside tours and even offered a special gift before our departure! Super recommend!

The hotel has kind and attentive staff. Our room (Sultan) was very comfortable and clean. Thanks to Kemal for being so helpful with enquiries about taxis etc during our stay. Breakfast on the terrace was very good, with great views, lovely dishes and superb service from wonderful Orhan who always found what we wanted.

located in Gorome, just below the castle giving you exceptional scenic views. Each room is a carved out cave making the sense of stay even more overwhelming. “Kemal,” working at reception took care of all of our needs giving attention to the smallest of our needs, from airport pick up, to tailoring our tours everyday. The hotel chef “Oraal,” made an exquisite breakfast, making sure we had every catered for including the kids. The whole experience was surreal and we will book again at the same hotel.

First of all, beautiful property, just steps away from the centre of Goreme. The room was beautiful and spacious and the spa bathroom and jacuzzi were amazing. But what made my stay extraordinarily special was the service provided and hospitality of the staff. All the staff were extremely friendly and courteous. Kemal sir, the manager went out of his way to make my stay special. The Turkish breakfast (provided in the room because of Ramadan) was lavish and oh, so delicious! Kemal sir was very kind and communicative from the very beginning and made me feel at home. (I couldn't meet you on the day I checked out, sir, but just wanted to let you know that, yaay, I DID finally go on the balloon ride...the 3rd time's a charm, right?!) I totally recommend this lovely hotel for a magical stay when you visit Cappadocia!

The hotel is very beautiful, clean, and has the perfect view of the hotel air balloons! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Onhaw, the concierge, was also very welcoming and helpful in serving our needs. The comfortable hotel rooms, ballon views, delicious continental breakfast, and the surrounding breathtaking scenery makes this hotel a must visit for anyone visiting Cappadocia!
