We absolutely loved the hotel — it was the highlight of our entire trip! Şah Saray Cave Suites Halal Hotel is truly a unique and unforgettable place. The rooms are designed in a distinctive cave style yet equipped with all the modern comforts. Our bedroom was spacious, clean, and extremely cozy. The view from the window was beyond words — breathtaking. In the early morning, you can enjoy watching the hot air balloons from the terrace, which was magical. The jacuzzi was also amazing — hot, clean water provided the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind. The service was top-notch. The staff were incredibly polite, kind, and always smiling. They responded to all our requests quickly and respectfully. We are especially thankful to Mr. Emrah for his exceptional hospitality. We truly appreciated the warm welcome we received. The food was another highlight — the breakfast was varied, delicious, and fully compliant with halal standards. During lunch and dinner, we had the chance to try both modern dishes and traditional recipes dating back to the 11th–14th centuries. The restaurant itself was beautifully decorated and had a very cozy atmosphere. The location is very convenient — close to both the city center and historical sites. It allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the magical atmosphere of Cappadocia. The internet was fast, and the room was equipped with all the necessary amenities. All in all, we were extremely satisfied with this hotel and would confidently rate it 10 out of 10. We will definitely come back again and recommend it to our friends. The service and atmosphere make you want to return again and again.

The location is at a peaceful end of the town of Goreme, and the views are spectacular from every level of the hotel. It was amazing to watch the hot air balloons flying overhead at dawn from the patios. It's not too far of a walk to get to various restaurants and shops. Front desk staff are extemely helpful with booking tours, etc. Breakfast was excellent. Turkish breakfasts are big. In addition to all the small dishes of fruits, cheeses, olives, breads, etc, the main dish choices (eggs, etc) were freshly prepared and very good. We picked this hotel because of the great reviews and the cave suites, and it didn't disappoint. Classy operation. We weren't sure what to expect with the halal rules, but that wasn't a big deal - no alcohol on the premises, and they had helpful dress code signs to explain women covering your arms, no short-shorts, etc

The hotel atmosphere, the other guests, and the delicious food were all wonderful! In particular, the staff were all gentlemanly and calm, and I felt luxurious! The hotel staff listened to all of our requests even before our stay, gave us helpful advice, and were a great partner during our trip!

I thought we'd have a good view of the balloons from our room, but it was a bit disappointing that they could be hard to see depending on the wind direction and the direction they were flying. The hotel was in a good location, so I thought we might be able to see the balloons from our room, but our room was facing away from the rising sun. However, we could see the balloons perfectly from the rooftop, and they even served us chai tea, which was a really nice surprise!

We loved the location, which offered beautiful views and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The hotel kindly allowed us to check in early, which we appreciated. The staff was very responsive to our requests and always ready to help with anything we needed. Additionally, it was a nice touch that they provided complimentary fruits, snacks, water, and coffee throughout our stay. The breakfast was tasty, although it was the same menu every morning. It's worth noting that the hotel is halal and does not serve or allow any alcoholic drinks on the premises; this wasn't an issue for us, but it's good information for future guests. They also have a dress code that prohibits shorts, skirts, and flip-flops. On the bright side, the staff were incredibly polite and friendly, which made the stay even more enjoyable! I also appreciated how clean the room was; it added to the positive experience. Overall, we had a fantastic time!

The pillows could have been a bit cosier for a good night's sleep, and having windows in the bathroom would have helped with the fresh air.

Amazing location, amazing staff, great breakfast very tasty, beautiful room and hammam washroom, overall, a luxury hotel in Goreme. Deff worth the extra money. Rlly liked the Halal aspect to it as it was nice for us as a Muslim couple. A very peaceful location

Little more on the expensive side but that's due to location and the luxury rooms. Maybe a pool would be nice i guess since its a luxury hotel

Everything was perfect we went there as a family we really enjoyed everything in the hotel food was good amazing breakfast tho, staff so helpful and smiling all the time. We booked all activities with them with a good price. The roof is amaaazing you can literally see the ballons from there with a breakfast if u want too. I will definitely come back here and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone

The rooms are incredible, especially the cave rooms. The location is walking distance from the city center and the views from the hotel are spectacular. The staff are super helpful and gave us great recommendations on where to go and what to do. The icing on the cake were Orhan and Target, who made our stay amazing and gave us the best more scrumptious Turkish breakfast.

Very beautiful cave like experience with luxury touches in the room. The terraces were amazing and provided really special views. The balloons went directly over our heads which was spectacular!

I didn’t like the clothing requirements no shorts no hanging dresses, etc. I don’t walk around in a bikini just shorts and T-shirt’s normally and I wouldn’t have booked if I knew it had these policies (that are not written in the booking.com policies for the venue). It made me feel really uncomfortable as I hadn’t packed for Muslim dressing style. Also I think because the terrace is so amazing a lovely coffee service early in the morning on the terrace would be really nice.

Wonderful experience! We stayed in one of the cave rooms, worm super comfortable and clean! Best breakfast in Capadócia, staff very friendly and keen to help with outside tours and even offered a special gift before our departure! Super recommend!

The hotel has kind and attentive staff. Our room (Sultan) was very comfortable and clean. Thanks to Kemal for being so helpful with enquiries about taxis etc during our stay. Breakfast on the terrace was very good, with great views, lovely dishes and superb service from wonderful Orhan who always found what we wanted.
