First of all, we would like to express our gratitude to the Luvi Cave staff who made our stay in Göreme so memorable! We wholeheartedly recommend Luvi Cave Hotel to travelers. 1. **Incredibly Friendly Staff** When we first arrived at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed. They gave us a map of Cappadocia and explained everything about the region in a kind, friendly, and engaging manner. We had planned to join the Red and Green tours, and the staff kindly checked if the tours we had booked were reasonably priced and if they covered all the major attractions. They also took the time to explain the terrace which is the best spot to view the hot air balloons, as well as other details, making it both informative and fun! Throughout our stay, we had early morning balloon tours and had to leave at 6:30 AM to catch the shuttle. Every time we went out, the staff at the reception kindly asked us to wait inside to stay warm. Also, whenever we waited for the shuttle, Max, the cutest staff member of the hotel, would wait with us, whether inside or outside the reception room. Thank you, Max! 2. **The Best View in Göreme** We booked this hotel because we read that it offers the best view of the hot air balloons! And it definitely lived up to the reviews. The hotel has a stunning view (I even got engaged to my boyfriend on the hotel terrace! The night view of Göreme was so beautiful, I felt incredibly happy!). In addition, the hotel made sure that guests could enjoy the view comfortably and for long periods of time by providing sofas and Christmas trees on the outdoor terrace, and even an indoor terrace with glass walls to block the winter wind. It is open 24 hours, so we could enjoy it anytime. We also saw the staff take great care, like moving the sofas and covering the Christmas tree with plastic when it rained. This shows how dedicated and hardworking the staff is in maintaining the hotel! 3. **Delicious and Warm Breakfast** Breakfast starts at 8:30 AM.

We had the best time at Luvi cave! Even before we arrived, we had been in touch with Boris at the hotel, and he made our arrival, stay and entire experience at the hotel, seamless and phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with our bags being taken to the room, with information of all of the best restaurants, activities, how to get around town. I cannot say enough about the staff and the amenities at this hotel. We were taken up to our beautiful cave room and greeted with anniversary treats that I had prepared for us and shown around the hotel and room with such enthusiasm and you can tell so much love has been put into this hotel. Boris, even worked with our hot air balloon company to arrange rescheduling dates and times for us when the company cannot reach us as we were flying. I had the most unforgettable stay with the staff, and most importantly Max, the Luvi mascot. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It is great location to the town to all the best restaurants and to the magic that Cappadocia has to offer. Look no further and book this hotel as you will have an unforgettable experience and you won’t regret it.

A beautiful little gem a 2 minute walk from Göreme's centre. Everything about the hotel was fabulous. Our room was spacious, clean and well-appointed. The terraces had fabulous views, the hotel dog greeted you upon arrival, and above all else, every member of staff throughout the hotel couldn't do enough for you - from answering questions, booking tours, lighting fires etc. A big Thankyou to Boris for all the great recommendations of things to do and where to eat in the local area, and for generally looking after us throughout our stay. We really felt that we could have been the only people staying at the hotel, because of the personalised, attentive service. Thankyou! A Thankyou too to the chef that made a lovely spread each morning, and for the delicious Menemen egg dish. Delicious! His English was limited, but he made up for it in friendliness.

All great. For those seeking lots of wardrobe space though, the room only had a small cupboard, and one rail which we used for coats and scarfs.

This place is pretty amazing - it feels like part of the town is the hotel, completely different from the usual multi-floor hotels. The location is fantastic, with easy access to everywhere, super convenient. The staff are friendly, kind and very accommodating especially Boris and G. If you want to see the balloons from your hotel, this hotel is perfect, the rooftop terrace is amazing, lots of space and the views are spectacular!

Room was a bit dark, and being below the rooftop terrace and off the main access path, you do get a lot of noise from people to the side and above. We did ask for a quiet room and said it wasn't a problem but it was.

New hotel, the rooms are spacious, very clean and new. Amazing view from the terrace. Friendly staff and Mex (the dog). We stayed in Göreme 5 days, 3 days at Luvi and then for 2 days we made a mistake and stayed in another hotel that is very famous on socials media. Well, don’t trust the socials, trust me: Luvi is much much better!!!

We could not be more impressed with Luvi Cave Hotels. They were extremely welcoming and gave us excellent recommendations (the food at Kilim Restaurant was incredible). Their help enabled us to explore everything within our time frame. Our room was extremely clean and absolutely perfect for us. We had a lovely balcony out the front of our room however, the roof terrace was also perfect for looking out at all of the balloons in the morning. The roof doubles up as a bar in the afternoon/ evening which is a lovely addition to the Hotel. I have already recommended the Hotel to family and friends.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Pros: -Clean and very comfortable rooms -Most friendly staff ever who are very knowledgeable of the region -Tasty breakfast -Rooftop fire pit -Within 2 to 4 minutes walking distance to the city center -Fast Wifi (enough for video conferences) -Very easy to contact the hotel via WhatsApp -Easy shuttle and private transfer pickup -Max 🐶 Cons: -None. I'm regretting that I didn't stay longer, and I stayed for 5 days.... The Staff: Luvi Cave is by far one of the best accommodations I have ever stayed at with the benefit of being in a great location. I had come in early, and Mr. G (Gurkan) was truly the most jolly person ever. Him and Max really helped start the day off right. Check in was easy, and Mr. G setup 3 tours (ATV, balloon flight, and Green Tour) and a taxi ride within 15 minutes. I have never seen someone so well connected to the local area, but it makes sense because he is from the area. Balloons and the Green Tour were exceptional. Deniz was another person I had a lot of contact with. She is amazing and so caring! I had an accident on the trip and needed to go to the hospital. She was with me every step of the way and translated the very many questions I had. She even stayed at the hospital with me for hours and contacted my next accommodations to make sure I would get the care that I needed. She went above and beyond, and I truly can't thank her enough. The rest of the staff were very welcoming, including the people who were doing renovations. Everyone made my stay comfortable and set the standard for exceptional service. The Room I stayed in the king deluxe room with balloon view. I thought I would feel claustrophobic, but this was the exact opposite. The room was warm and inviting, and the stone/cave walls really kept a moderate temperature inside all day. The bed was large and comfortable. It made it difficult to wake up everyday.

Loved the staying at the Luvi hotel. Boris and his team were great hosts and Max the dog was a nice plus. Breakfast is nice. They helped with parking the car and carrying the luggages which was nice. I would highly recommend a stay here. The recommendation of the balloon toor was spot on, and the terrace on the top floor has a nice view.

Don’t use their recommendation for atv tour (quad) as the company they use is by far the slowest and wasn’t very fun at all.

This property is beautiful, perfectly located and has amazing views of the town and balloons when they are flying. The terrace is so peaceful and beautifully decorated. The staff here are some of the best I’ve ever met when staying away. Nothing is to much trouble. They were happy to help with anything. They helped with trip advice and bookings, restaurants to visit, walks to take, airport transfers and taxi bookings. They even rebooked our hotel air balloon ride before we got there when they saw that the weather would mean it was going to be cancelled. They go above and beyond and really made the whole trip relaxing, stress free and magical. Book here without any hesitation.

I had requested for late check out which was not entertained which is believe was because of unavailability of any room in the hotel. The flights were not available and the bus transport was available for night time. So eventually I had to leave without spending the night at hotel for which i had paid. It was unfortunate and I felt sad and unhappy as i had paid for the night and couldn’t stay. Am Hoping the hotel management would consider refunding at least partial amount of my stay. Otherwise the owner was super awesome. She was very courteous and caring towards us P.S: My kids fell in love with the dog❤️.
