Tahir was really helpful, both before our arrival, messaging us to check our arrival and help us arrange a new hot air balloon ride, after ours got cancelled the day before our arrival. He had to call multiple companies to find space and we were ever so grateful as the new company were excellent. Tahir also recommended we join a tour when our balloon was first cancelled and this was an excellent experience. We absolutely loved our room, it was amazing and the location of the hotel was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, so much but so many new things to try! As our bus wasn't until the evening, we were offered to leave our bags at reception and chill on the terrace while we were waited which made our day so much easier knowing we didn't have to kill time. It was a perfect stay and we recommend it to everyone.

Absolutely nothing, it was perfect.

Everything was excellent. The brothers who run this hotel are really amazing humans. Nothing was a fuss or issue for them. I stayed with my husband and grandmother for 7 days, and we had impeccable service. The hotel offers top-class breakfast. Each morning, the tables are laid with a full display of turkish breakfast delights. Hot eggs, breads, and many other delicious choices. The rooftop of the hotel offers amazing views over Goreme and is within footsteps from the main streets with many restaurants. All the main attractions are in close proximity, and the panoramic viewpoint over Goreme is also a short walk away. We stayed in a cave suite with the balcony. The room was serviced each day, and our towels were replaced daily. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are spacious and very clean with authentic turkish decor. Whilst we stayed at Chelebi, we noticed many tourists wandering into the hotel to take pictures of it because of how beautifully decorated it is. The brothers at the hotel organised our hot air balloon ride at a reasonable price, and we were really looked after. We were offered tea and water free on many occasions. We were helped with our luggage to and from the car. We drove and were also able to park our car free each day with no problems. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return to Cappadocia with my family again. Thank you for all your hospitality. We will miss you guys and we will miss your place. To all the staff at reception and the kitchen staff also, thank you. Everyone made us feel just like we were at home.

Had a brilliant stay at Chelebi Cave House. Our room was large and the bed comfortable with a good size bathroom with a great shower. Could have done with a bit more storage space eg some drawers or shelves and possibly a full length mirror but non of this spoilt out stay. The hotel was close to the centre with plenty of roof top bars and restaurants and it has a great rooftop to watch the balloons in the mornings. Tahir and the rest of the staff were lovely and looked after us so well - nothing was too much trouble - thank you. The Turkish breakfast was huge and set us up for the day. Would thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic, cosy and authentic hotel with welcoming host and very kind staff! Chelebi Cave House really elevated our stay in Cappadocia. We stayed the whole family in a nice cave family room, with authentic decor and really special “cave felling”, as well as all modern amenities. For breakfast we were offered a great variety of dishes, all from eggs, salads, pancakes, fruits & veggies, selection of cheese, locally made jams which we haven’t tried anywhere else, and so much more. It was very tasty, pleasant and homey. The host was super friendly and helpful when we needed to arrange trips, hot air balloon ride and other entertainment. He was available at any time and very helpful. We felt very safe, welcome and comfortable. Thanks to Chelebi Cave House and all their amazing stuff for making our visit to Cappadocia unforgettable!

The hotel was great. Goreme is a magical village. The staff were super friendly and helpful with everything from parking the car and carrying our luggage to arranging laundry and always having a bottle of of cold water. The breakfast was amazing and staff prepared your eggs to your liking when you were ready and presented a full Turkish breakfast with more food than we could eat. The rooftop sitting area was great for viewing the balloons in the morning or having a drink watching the lights at night

We had an incredible stay in Göreme! The hotel was spotless, and the cave room was truly amazing—such a unique and cozy experience. What really made our stay special was the staff. They were not only friendly and welcoming, but genuinely went above and beyond to make us feel at home. From offering local tips to helping us book tours and transport, their personal touch made all the difference. You could tell they truly cared about each guest. Highly recommend this place for both the experience and the hospitality!

Sumptuous breakfast!! They served it from 08:30am so make sure to enjoy it before starting the tour. You will love it as much as we did. They have the best set-up with the best view. Tahir is very accomodating and approachable, he will make sure you get all that you needed. Location is just few minutes from the city center. Very convenient to roam around town. Huge room for the 3 of us. Very spacious. We even got a little museum inside our cave room. Also enjoyed the jacuzzi! Big appreciation to Tahir for everything. We really enjoyed our stay. He even organized our tours, transfers and the balloon flights. Hoping more tourists will get to experience your cave hotel. ❤️

Excellent Stay! The location is perfect! It was such a unique and beautiful property. The communication prior to arrival to arrange tours was on point. The rooftop view and breakfast spread was lovely. The owners were friendly. They arranged all our tours and transport prior to arrival.

Not a dislike— just a note. We stayed in family room, the rooms are in a lower level (steps down) so no windows. The bathroom also required a flight of stairs. It worked for our family but just a word of caution.

The location was perfect! We were close to the center, able to walk to the panoramic view point and to the open air museum with no trouble at all. We were perched hog so the views from the terrace were outstanding. Breakfast was plentiful, generous and delicious! We never needed more to eat that day! Ismail and his brother were so helpful. There were offers of assistance and especially when balloon trip was cancelled they were on the case to get us another trip. Since our arrival we had nothing but generous hospitality. Tours were booked too! Which was a brilliant day out. We went on the highlights tour. The room we had was spacious and we could open the windows and doors onto our private balcony. We had a seperate living area. The bathroom was spacious and everything was cleaned daily with fresh towels. The venue was very inviting. We would definitely stay here again!

Some people like soft beds we prefer hard but the bed was still good.

The perfect stay in Kappadokya! Our stay at the Chelebi Cave hotel was literally a dream come true. We were received so warm and friendly by Tahir. He made sure to answer all of our questions and made my birthday weekend one to never forget. Even got an upgrade to the superior suite with a jacuzzi and amazing view outside. Thank you so much Tahir! The rooms look amazing, are so spacious, very clean and well maintained. We’ve never slept in a cave hotel before but can recommend it to everyone. The beds are super comfortable. And also every morning the breakfast felt like a party for Kings and Queens. Turkish fresh food all served on your table, while enjoying the wonderful view. On my actual birthday they even arranged a surprise birthday cake in the morning 😍 The service was literally beyond! Location wise Chelebi Cave Hotel also perfect since it is very close to restaurants and shops. If you are in Kapadokya, Chelebi Cave Hotel is THE place to stay. We recommend it to everyone!!!! Again many thanks to Tahir, Ismail en the lovely ladies for making us feel so welcome, we will definitely come back!
