We stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The hotel is located on a higher part of Göreme, so the terrace has great views of the town and rock formations. Our cave-style room was comfortable and big enough. Breakfast had good variety, and it was nice to eat while looking at the scenery. The staff were very kind, especially Ahmet at reception who helped us with everything. We booked our Cappadocia tours and airport transfers through the hotel without any problems. Everything was clean and well-organized. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

After thorough research and price comparisons, we decided to book Emit Cave Hotel, and it turned out to be the best choice in one of Göreme’s most popular areas. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Ahmed, who is truly a gem of a person. He greeted us with a smile, helped with our luggage, and personally showed us to our room, making us feel right at home. The highlight of our stay was the authentic Turkish breakfast. Every morning, we were treated to an incredible spread with a variety of fresh and delicious items. The flavors were so rich and satisfying that during our three-day stay, we never felt the need to try breakfast anywhere else! Our experience at Emit Cave Hotel was nothing short of amazing. From the hospitality to the food and the cozy cave-style ambiance, everything exceeded our expectations. If you're planning a trip to Cappadocia, this hotel is an excellent choice for an unforgettable stay!

Room Lighting Could Be Improved While our stay at Emit Cave Hotel was wonderful, we felt that the lighting in the room could be slightly brighter for added comfort. A bit more illumination would enhance the overall ambiance and functionality of the space. This is a minor suggestion, and it did not take away from our overall enjoyable experience at the hotel.

It seems like we got the biggest room here—1 queen bed and 2 single beds. Truly amazing! The three of us stayed for 4 days and 3 nights at the end of the year. The weather was very cold, but the room we stayed in was incredibly comfortable, completely shielding us from the outside air. It even had a terrace in front of the room. We wanted an experience of staying in a cave-like atmosphere, and Emit Cave made it happen. There was an abundant supply of coffee and tea, along with a spacious and spotless bathroom. They even provided free laundry services. The breakfast was absolutely complete, and Gul truly spoiled us. Thank you, Emit Cave!

Unfortunately, since we were sleeping on the lower level, there were dripping sounds, possibly from the air vent. I'm the type of person who cannot tolerate even the slightest noise while sleeping. As a result, on the second night, I struggled to get a good night's sleep. Hopefully, it has been fixed now, and the issue has been resolved.

The rooms were comfortable and big. Ahmet was great and offered us an upgrade for the kids room with a jacuzzi. He also assisted us with the balloon confirmation and tour. Even though it didn't happen due to weather, he had made all the arrangements for us. Bathrooms were nice size and had all the toiletries. Breakfast was fantastic with eggs, french fries, bread rolls and local delicacies. Quick walk into town to get to other restaurants. Walking back is a bit of difficulty as it is going uphill but not an issue if you take it slow. Views would have been great if the balloons were flying.

You can contact them for a ride from Kayseri or Nevsehir airport. The hotel is located a bit up on the hill, walking down to the main area of the city is like 5-10 minutes. Nice view from the hotel rooftop or even breakfast room. The cave room looks fine, clean. Hot water is good, heating is good, nice and comfy bed. Wi-Fi is fast enough. Breakfast is Turkish breakfast which were plentiful and satisfying. The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable, including the breakfast service team. I would gladly stay at this hotel again without hesitation.

Dirt road in front of the hotel as there was construction going on. Less power outlet in the room. A doorknob in the bathroom was like ready to be broken soon. Some staffs at the reception speak limited English, like we cannot ask anything beyond what they were telling us, but that's all.

Great location with amazing view of Goreme. Easy access to the centre with a walk down and up the hill (less than 10 mins). Staffs were very helpful and arranged the airport transfer for us ahead of time. They are also able to arrange for tours and helped us when we had a last minute cancellation of our hot air balloon. Breakfast was included and has a very big spread of local Turkish breakfast items.

It can be noisy with limited noise insulation as other guests are getting up and leaving early for the hot air balloon ride

Great location - slightly on top (that gives lovely views from terraces), close to the town center. The cave-like room looks attractive and unusual, with a big tub. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The main issue was the WiFi - it was practically dead. The mobile signal there was not great as well, so pre-download all maps/apps in advance.

This place was absolutely amazing. We researched a lot to find a good cave hotel, and were a bit skeptical about this place as there weren't many recent reviews on booking.com or google, but the few reviews we saw were good so we decided to go with our gut. The rooms were big and we liked the cave room experience. The place is located quite high right next to 5 star properties. The view from the viewing terrace was amazing. The Turkish breakfast served was mind blowing and they even arranged the sunset ATV tour for us. Would highly recommend this place if you want good photos of the hot air balloons in the morning and a viewing deck for the same. Special shoutout to Mr Muhammet who helped us with late check out and everything else that we bothered him with.

The only one issue we faced was there was nothing to eat post 10 pm. We had to walk to the center and as we had aged people in the group walking up and down the hill was very taxing. But once you reach the centre (600-700 mts) there are lots of cars and cafes.

The hotel is not even 10 minutes walking from Göreme centre. The cave room was amazing, with all the confort included and from the terrace you can see the hot air balloon in the morning. We booked with the hotel the airport transfer which was spot on and the 2 different tours which again we were really pleased with that. Cause of the weather the hot air balloon were cancelled in all region and Muhammet from the front desk gave us all the update about the weather and suggested us different things that we could do instead and he was absolutely amazing during all our stay there. I would definitely go back here.

The breakfast is the typical Turkish one , there is no other option available and can be a bit limited if you are picky with the food.

Staff was great! Even before check in, they let us know about massive discount for balloon flight. They set up airport transfer for us for both flights and even made us sandwiches for our departure since we were leaving before breakfast. Room was small, but totally enough for two people. There were two teraces, if you want to watch balloons in the morning.

Maybe the location, since we found out, that the terraces of hotels are not the best place for balloons watching. It was maybe 10 minutes walk from city centre, but nothing that would change my great experience.
