Our room was perfect. We got the junior suite, and were very happy. Breakfast in the morning was very good, and some of the main items changed daily, so you could try different things and not get bored. While breakfast wasn't available during the main balloon flight, we were still able to sit outside and enjoy our breakfast with some of the training balloons in the air. The view from the roof terrace was great for watching the balloons, but didn't have some of the items I was expecting from others photos. When we arrived there was a sitting cousion couch area set up, but they put it away for the rest of our stay, either because they didn't want people to actually eat there, or because they thought it might rain, which it did a bit off and on during our stay. The staff were super friendly, especially the owner. We felt like family with each and every interaction we had with them. It's a bit tucked away, so quite, but still an easy walk to everything in town, such as the bus stop, the hill you watch the sunset from, and all the shops and resturants. It didn't have air conditioning, which I wasn't really expecting anyways, but there was a fan in the room which was nice, and a mini fridge to keep drinks cool. Overall it was perfect, and I highly recomend it to everyone.

What a beautiful hotel! Wow. Stayed here for a few nights with my mother and sisters for a girls' trip. This is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The service is amazing - Nur was wonderful. She was so friendly and helpful and accommodated every request. She also booked our activities - we were picked up directly from the hotel which is great. The breakfast is DELICIOUS. Genuinely the best I had my entire time in Turkiye. The view from the terrace is breathtaking - highly recommend having your tea out there. The rooms are amazing and so cosy and warm. The service is great. They treat you like family. I would love to come back soon. Thank you - from my mum and sisters and I :)

The location is great, in the center of Göreme, from there you can easily reach the Open air museum and different restaurants/bars. The hotel is entirely built in caves so the atmosphere is pretty magical! The breakfast was wonderful and the view from the terrace as well.

We didn't really appreciate the fact that the owner asked us to pay by cash in euro, withouht informing us in advance (i have always paid by card). We had to withdraw money at a random atm (definitely not an advantage for us as foreigner!)

I don’t even know where to start, everything was perfect about my stay. The check in was very welcoming and received a lot of relevant information about tours, landmarks, the area and balloon rides. All the staff were super kind and helpful. The rooms were big, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was huge. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The location is unbeatable, you will have the best terrace and view to take awesome pictures and videos of the balloon flights every morning and it does not even get very crowded. I will definitely stay here when I come back to Cappadocia.

The breakfast was amazing. Huge variety, very tasty and the location/breakfast room was breathtaking! Everything was plentiful and delicious. The staff go out of their way to ensure everything is perfect. We did so many activities both organised by the hotel and some not and it was so well organised and thoughtful that our entire stay in Goreme was excellent. A very magical place enhanced by beautiful, kind people. The generosity and hospitality in this region is unlike anything I’ve experienced before.

This is a cave, so the darkness in the rooms is a little depressing but it is exactly what we asked for when staying in a cave!

I had an incredible experience at this hotel! The staff were the best I've ever encountered—so friendly and helpful throughout my stay (always available thru Whatsapp). I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a bigger room, which had the most amazing view. The location was perfect, close to center and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. To top it all off, I was able to book an air balloon ride through the hotel at a fantastic price, adding a special highlight to my trip. Truly a memorable stay!

Honestly, there was nothing negative about my stay. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the service to the accommodations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

This room was carved out of the rock and came with a very large tiled main room, a large bathroom with spa tub & shower, and a nice balcony. A small bar fridge and WiFi are provided in the room. The balcony offered a nice view of the town and over to the mountains. In fact, on our last morning, we had a wonderful view of the balloons lifting off from the nearby valley. (Be sure to get up before dawn to see them ascend.) The breakfast, good and plentiful, was offered in a rooftop room with a nice view. The staff was very friendly, and the manager gave us lots of great suggestions for sightseeing. Note that you'll need to walk up many sets of steps to reach the rooms. It wasn't an issue for us, but it's something to be aware of if there are mobility issues or if you travel with heavy suitcases.

There was uplighting provided in the floor of the alcove where the bed was, but there were no reading lights. Also, there were no side tables, only a narrow ledge above the bed. Lastly, be aware that the rock magnifies sounds, like someone talking as they pass by your room or the music from nearby restaurants. These were not show-stoppers, just things to note.

It’s a beautiful cave hotel in the heart of Goreme that is just far enough off the main strip to be quiet and peaceful. There is a nice balance between traditional Turkish decor and the hotel owner’s interest in small vintage mechanical items which enhances its charm. There is an incredible view on the rooftop! The staff is wonderful and if you are lucky, you will meet the owner’s sweet puppy. I painstakingly went through the lodgings available and was very pleased with my choice!

I can’t think of a single complaint.

Hotel was fantastic. The location is perfect. 2 minute walk to city center, but up on the hill a little so you can see the balloons perfectly. Hotel direction faces town and the balloons. Hotel direction is perfect in the afternoon as the baloncies are in the afternoon shade. The cheapest room is a cave room, carved out of the mountain at some point. All the other rooms are cave rooms as well. At first I thought the room was made of cement, but it's actually carved out.

I wish the room had more light. I wish the room had more outlets, especially on the sides of the beds. But, I still easily gave this place a 10 because the value of the room was incredible, the location was perfect, the rooms had balconies or terraces with perfect views. It was just a great place to stay. The staff there was very helpful. The breakfast was incredible and filling and very good.

The location is perfect for a stay at Göreme.. 2 min walk to the main market area with lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel itself has absolutely lovely views, if you can manage the steps I would recommend getting a cave room higher up (we stayed in room 112) for the best views from its personal balcony.. the hotel rooftop terrace is great for watching the hot air balloons at sunrise without any crowds! The hotel owner Mr Ramazan was warm and friendly, and the staff were all helpful.

Staying at an actual cave room needs a bit of adjusting, the stone double bed was quite high so our mother settled into the separate single bed. But overall nothing bothersome.
