The breakfast menu was extensive, pretty much same spread as one would find at typical Turkish breakfast place. The hotel location is good, and it is easily accessible and close to almost everything. The staff is wonderful. Both Mustafa and his brother were super helpful. They reserved parking spot for us and even helped park the car given the little tight space and slope in front of the hotel (which is the case for most hotels in the area). They also provided great tips to plan our activities.

Nothing in particular that we didn't like. Everything worked out good. A microwave in the hotel would have added little more convenience but not a must have.

Really central in Göreme and easy to reach. Shops and restaurants are at two minutes walking distance. The room was identical as shown in the photos, clean, quiet and with a beautiful view. Bed was super comfy; sheets and towels were changed daily. Staff was friendly and helpful, they booked tours and pick-ups for us. Breakfast was really good, everyday there was fresh made salads and pastry/cakes. Eggs were cooked at the moment on request. We dined at the restaurant, it is a perfect option if you don't feel to go out again after a long day. Good choice of wines! They also offer a laundry service

We had a misunderstanding with the airport pick-up service. I thought it was provided directly by the hotel, but it is instead a private transfer that would be booked for you through the hotel. That said, just be aware that it could happen to wait a lot, as the van leaves the airport only when it is at maximum capacity. We waited at least 4 hours for other passengers, arriving with different flights. I was really angry at first, but it doesn't depend on the hotel and we cleared everything out at the hotel reception. Wanted only to suggest not to make plans for the day of your arrival.

Everything really! We were greeted with a complimentary breakfast which was great. The airport transfer was alright and well organized. Didn't have to wait for too long for others to join us. The hotel room itself was everything you could think of about a cave hotel. The entrance was through a cave and the room itself was super spacious and had all the amenities you would need for a comfortable modern stay. The bathroom had a Jacuzzi in it! Overall super comfortable. The staff were very helpful and courteous and organized all the tours and the whirling dervish show which were all really good in their own right. Our toddler daughter enjoyed interacting with the cats and thoroughly liked "our cave". The location was brilliant. We realized how central and close to cafes and restaurants and therefore how lucky we were with this hotel only when we walked up the hill to see the sunset and saw all the other hotels being farther up a steep slope.

I'm nitpicking because everything was great. But 1, you have to be careful about your head if you're tall. I am over 6' and hit my head twice especially when I woke up at night. But I guess you have to be careful given it is after all a "cave". 2, the floor lights were blinding and we decided to keep them turned off. They were the primary light source in the room. So the room was quite dark because we couldn't use them. Floor lights are purely aesthetic and make great sense if the building is being lit up from the outside but make zero sense inside a room when you're trying to see things and need light shining on the stuff you're trying to see rather than straight into your eyes.

love the location as it was just a min from the Main Street where all the shops/restaurants are..and no high steep slopes to navigate. wonderful friendly welcome and reception helped bring out very heavy bags up to room, gave a room tour and got us set up very quickly and efficiently with balloon tours and daily tours. so very convenient and efficient. also had airport shuttles arranged through hotel.

All was great! nothing to complain abt.. except that floors and room might feel a bit cold in winter though hotel does provide efficient heater/air con and room slippers.

This hotel is situated in the middle of Goreme town, a 5 min walk to shops, restaurants, cafes. The cave suite that we stayed in was amazing. Views over the town from the roof top terrace were superb. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Suite had everything that we needed for our 4 day stay. Breakfast was all you could ask for, buffet style and a good variety of food to choose from.

Location was conveniently located near shops & restaurants. Easy for tours to pick us up. Rooms were unique, private and spacious though a bit dark in the evenings/nights.

Many levels & uneven steps. Though they were marked, we needed to be mindful while walking to and from the rooms particularly the 1-2” level difference. Also our bathroom had a drainage problem so it had a bad smell for most of our stay.

The cave hotel is very nice, it has the genuine 'cave' feel that we wanted. Location is strategic, walking distance to restaurants, shops, bus station, sunset point. From rooftop l, can watch the balloons rising during sunrise time. Breakfast is best, has a lot of variety food & cheese! Mustapha is a soft spoken and gentle guy who is very patient in handling our enquiry, request etc and help us arrange transport. He even helped us to carry luggage to bus station due to road closure. Thumb up for his service!

Minor. Electricicty trip once (they fixed it asap). Rooftop could have been decorated more for photo shooting :)

Incredible ambiance, beautifully appointed rooms, fantastic, friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to provide exceptional service to the extent of opening the kitchen early to accommodate our departure. If you could give this hotel a score of 11 we would.

The Wifi could be better but that is difficult and expensive in a cave! Prospective guests need to be aware that you have to walk up and down quite a few stairs to access all facilities.

The staff are really welcoming. The property is charming with many different levels and outdoor areas to enjoy. The deluxe cave family suite was a spacious and comfortable space for us. The location is also excellent.

The inside walling is crumbling off a little if it gets knocked.

The room far exceeded our expectations. Very clean and warm, we were there when it was around 6-10 degrees in Goreme. Location is excellent, short walk to the center but also has great rooftop views over the surrounding area.

The hukka lounge/ bar was closed as was the restaurant. Not sure if this was due to low season / poor weather or Ramadan but would have been good to be made aware. You could only stand outside on the rooftop to take in the view, not be in an enclosed warm space.
