Great staff who were very helpful. Breakfast was great, and the cooks so friendly. Location had an awesome view overlooking beautiful fairy chimneys. Maid service was very cleanly, and accommodating to our needs. Who ever runs this hotel should be commended for such great detail in doing their job; which made our stay memorable.

Nothing as everything was perfect

I am an older, seasoned traveler. I have never experienced such caring from staff. The airlines lost my luggage and passport. The staff called relentlessly trying to retreve my luggage. The owner even tried calling a friend at Turkish Airlines for help. This is a family owned business that went way beyond what would be expected to help me. The free breakfast was expansive and I loved trying all the local foods. The staff was incredible and would do anything to make you happy. Truly one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had.

I LOVED EVERYTHING!

An incredible place to stay - we had the King Suite with the underground bathroom and it was so comfy and such a unique experience. The views from the terrace were incredible and a great way to have their nice breakfast on offer every morning, a tea later in the day, or to watch the balloons go by at sunrise. The staff were all so lovely, kind and helpful, and we had a great time gatecrashing their viewing of one or Turkey’s euros games on the terrace. They also helpfully organised us a takeaway breakfast when we had to leave early on our final day. Would definitely recommend!

Great Location, Great View In Roof top ,area near bus station, the area around the hotel is also pleasant and very beautiful I really like one of the staff named Bayram, he was very sincere in helping us when we had trouble finding transportation to get home faster, he booked and called a taxi and taught us how to take our trip using a different route. I was really impressed and moved.Thanks Bayram The first other staff was no less kind. He helped me order hot balloons and helped me lift the suitcase. I am happy to be able to ride a balloon with an amazing view of Cappadocia.Thanks

Good hotel infrastructure, nice in-cave design, and excellent customer service. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast a great selection of local food and served with amazing views. Special thanks to Turgut, who has ensured an incredible experience for us. He really has provided excellent customer service at all times of the day. He was our contact point throughout the whole stay for everything including check in, housekeeping,transfer, breakfast, tourist information, and amenities. My wife and I enjoyed a very nice stay at Caftan Cave Suites in Cappadocia. The staff were notably cordial, contributing positively to our experience with their welcoming attitude. An unexpected highlight was meeting MIA, the hotel's pet dog, who charmed us with her presence and added a personal touch to our visit. The suite boasted a great view of the city, offering us a picturesque backdrop that enhanced the overall comfort of our stay. While the hotel provided a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Comfortable, spacious and clean room. Bayram and Turgun were very friendly, responsive and helpful. They also assisted us with airport transfer and hot air balloon bookings (kept an eye on weather conditions and ensured we got a space on the day the balloons could travel). Zaynab prepared an amazing breakfast every morning and she is very friendly too. Staff went out of their way to ensure we have a comfortable stay. Thank you for room upgrade and magnets! The terrace is beautiful with breathtaking views and was also set up once the weather allowed. We loved our stay at this beautiful hotel.

Hotel cleanliness needs improvement. The sitting pillows on the roof need to be maintained properly, as it seems they have been there for ages without being cleaned. The room also needs to be cleaned better. I would suggest removing the bed cover; just clean sheets and a clean duvet cover would be preferable.
