Our stay at IVY Cappadocia was absolutely phenomenal. The place was incredibly spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. It was a quiet and peaceful retreat, yet still conveniently located near Göreme town, offering a wide selection of fantastic restaurants within walking distance. But what truly made this experience unforgettable was Murat, the best host we've ever met. He, along with his family, went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. They are the kindest, most helpful, and genuinely warm-hearted people. We visited during Ramadan, and as we couldn't partake in the regular breakfast hours due to fasting, Murat and his family went out of their way to provide us with delicious suhoor food. The food was absolutely amazing – thoughtful, fresh, and full of flavor! Murat, his family, and the beautiful place they run left us with unforgettable memories of our time in Cappadocia. We will definitely be returning and will be recommending this place to all our friends. A truly special stay!

Everything was perfect, from the room and location to the exceptional hospitality of the owners especially Murat who always went out of his way to make sure we were always happy. We booked all tours and taxis through him and he always did his best to give us any possible discounts. He got to know i had my birthday from my passport and gave us a very special surprise during our flight on the Hot Air Balloon. The rooftop of the hotel is also very nicely decorated and you can go up there to watch the hot air balloons fly in the early morning. Can’t recommend enough. Would definitely stay again! Murat was so welcoming. The rooms are so comfortable, with heated floors throughout the room. Plenty of hot water in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner kept the room cosy. Breakfast was not only presented beautiful, it was delicious as well and you can also order eggs cooked any way you like. If ever I come back to this part of the world, I would definitely stay here again, without fail. Thank you Murat for welcoming us into your beautiful home❤️

We stayed at IVY Cappadocia for 4 nights, excellent location especially for those who intend to rent a car as we did as it is close to the center of Goreme but not in the middle of the chaos so it would be difficult to park. It is in fact 5 minute walk from the center and is perfect for seeing the hot air balloons in flight in the morning. NOTE: we are writing this review mainly to thank the owner Murat and his staff again who are very honest and kind people and helped us so much. Murat had in fact booked the hot air balloon flight for us a month before, but unfortunately due to bad weather the flight was cancelled and he did EVERYTHING to book us another 2 days later. There are only 5 really beautiful rooms and they will make you feel at home!!!!! Thanks again Paolo & Arianna

This intimate, family hotel run by Murat was very welcoming and made you feel as if you were part of their family. It was a great location which was an easy 5 minute walk into town and had a rooftop patio which was a perfect vantage point for viewing the hot air balloons in the morning. The included breakfasts, lovingly prepared by Hacer, were amazing! The adorable receptionist, Ayfer, helped us plan each days sightseeing and coordinated ground transportation, ballon ride and ATV reservations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend the IVY Hotel!

The staff went above and beyond, holding our luggage and giving us access to their facilities before and after check in/check out. The Turkish breakfast was extensive, generous and delicious. The staff were all so lovely and friendly, with lots of fantastic recommendations and help booking an air balloon. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, and views form the terrace are breathtaking. It’s a short walk into the central areas of goreme while being far enough so as to have a peaceful stay. Can’t recommend more.

Would love to see the cushions out on the terrace, especially in the evening :)

This was honestly the best hotel experience ever for me. The room was clean, spacious and well-decorated. More than that, the staff was INCREDIBLY friendly and accommodating. There was always someone at the front desk that would respond to all of our requests/attend to all of our needs immediately. The breakfast was FABULOUS: a huge platter of fruits, cheeses, pancakes and eggs made on the spot the way you like them. The coffee and fresh orange juice were delicious as well. I never experienced such hospitality at a hotel, and I’ve travelled a lot. The price of the room was very fair, and the location was perfect: a 5 minute walk to the centre. If you book with them, it’ll make your experience in Cappadocia that much better - no exaggeration!

I had a great stay at this boutique hotel. The owners and staff are very friendly and kind, the rooms are new, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The internet works well for streaming and video calls (sometimes a bit of lag for video calls, but manageable). Breakfast was very big with a choice of how you would like your egg cooked, cheeses, meat, spreads, bread, olives, fruit, and some Turkish dishes. The owner is also an experienced pilot at one of the hot balloon companies, so I would recommend booking your hot air balloon ride through the hotel. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Located in a peaceful area that matches the vibe of Goreme, the hotel is a 7-minute walk from the main bus station. It's a family-run hotel, and the owner ensures a very hospitable environment. The rooms are new, clean, and nicely arranged. They have a rooftop terrace where they serve a scrumptious and generous breakfast. One huge bonus of the place is a wonderful viewing point right behind it where you can enjoy a great experience watching the hot air balloons. This viewing point is relatively new, so you won't encounter the crowds found at other viewing points. Murat, the owner, is extremely helpful and fun to talk to. He will help you book all your tours and shuttle bus services and recommend the best options for your needs. This place is highly recommended and worth every penny and beyond.

The family-owned property makes guests feel like at home. The location is great - close to the town center and quiet, only a short walk to the restaurants and grocery stores. The room is bright, airy, clean, and spacious. I booked two rooms: a deluxe room and a standard double room. The deluxe room is an end unit and, is more spacious and has a better view. The breakfast is excellent. You can see hot air balloons from rooms and the terrace. The owner and staff work hard to make guests happy and enjoy their stay. The owner can arrange airport transfers, tours, and hot air balloon rides for you.
