Gorgeous hotel, very attentive, fantastic location

The tours/services they offered from the hotel we probably about 30% upcharged from what you could get just walking into town.

I was so pleasantly surprised with our stay. The room was sufficient for my friend and I and the bathroom was MASSIVE. The water pressure was great and hot water was consistent. Breakfast was included in our stay and that was important so we could start off our early mornings in Cappadocia. There was a young hotel staff always running about tending to guest and offering tea, he was a great help and joy to have around. The view from the carpet terrace and basically anywhere you looked out from was simply breathtaking. The overall design of the hotel was something I'd never seen before and was pleasantly surprised by it. I really liked the vibes! They also allowed us to keep our luggages at the hotel until our flight at 11pm. The location though not right in the centre of town, was close enough to walk to (about 5-10 minutes) and we actually really enjoyed our walk to/from the town centre, especially after a meal. We met neighbours and looked at the other properties on the way there! Do note it is not a "cave hotel" if that's something you want. I didn't and it definitely met my expectations. Personally, I truly enjoyed our stay at Garden Suites Hotel. It's great for the value and left me with a warm feeling in my heart. Thank you for the great stay!

Very spacious, a little bit away from all the tourists. We experienced the locals around the hotel and we loved it. Umut welcomed us at 02:00 in the morning with a smile and he was very willing to show us around. Bahar was a very welcoming and friendly sight every morning at the breakfast table. She has a lot of enthusiasm and she loves life!! We enjoyed her SO much!

Wonderful Hospitality: Despite our late-night arrival, the staff greeted us warmly, handled our luggage professionally, and ensured a smooth check-in. Spacious and Comfortable Room: Our room was beautifully designed, clean, and provided a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring. Great Breakfast with a View: The traditional breakfast, served in a continental style, was delicious and a perfect way to start the day. The scenic view from the breakfast area made it even more enjoyable. The staff during breakfast were exceptionally nice, always attentive and ensuring we had everything we needed. Peaceful and Safe Location: The hotel is in a quiet area, providing a relaxing atmosphere while still being close enough to Goreme Center.

Distance from Goreme Center: The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the town center. While the area is safe, this is something to consider for those who prefer staying closer to restaurants and shops. No Hot Air Balloon Views: Due to unfavorable weather conditions, we didn’t get to see the famous hot air balloons during our stay—something to keep in mind when visiting during certain seasons.

The room was beautiful, very clean and cosy with sufficient equipment and AC, stable wi-fi connection, water bottles everyday refill. The staff was really kind and mostly receptionist Mihribon, who remembered me by name the whole stay and was very welcoming from the very beginning. As we had a night flight and came early in the morning, she immediatelly offered us to come rest to the hotel until our room is ready, offering us breakfast in the meantime even it was after its official hours. We managed to check in 3 hours earlier which was much needed after night flight. She was also very helpful with reserving balloon and horse riding tour for us.

The breakfast selection could be more diverse. The horse riding tour they are partnering with was not the best option.

Excellent hotel! We had an amazing experience at Garden Suites Hotel! Start with friendly family staff, who been in touch all the time from the booking confirmation. They recommended things to do during our stay, helped to organise everything and made all the necessary bookings. The location is excellent. The hotel has a luxury design with traditional elements and an amazing view from the roof, terrace or even from room. As well we benefited of their spa and Turkish hummam it was outstanding service! The hotel is clean and is offering the breakfast with various tasty dishes both Turkish and international stile! I highly recommend this hotel and definitely will choose it again when we go back to Cappadocia!

The roof terrace is amazing, you can enjoy the sunrise with the balloons or the sunset with just a drink. One of the few hotels with a roof terrace, maybe the best roof terrace in town.

Wifi signal was very bad in our rooms and even the roof terrace. As a side note, the hotel staff is trying to sell you overpriced tours upfront with the note that they need to be booked asap. When asking in town, prices for the same tours were up to 40% less of what they were asking for; balloons, red/green tour, etc..

Our room for three was spacious and having a terrace was perfect to enjoy with my friends at the end of the day. The rooftop terrace , including the outdoors dining was the best to enjoy the view and balloon watching every morning. The staff in the kitchen were very nice and the breakfast was excellent. We took the tours offered by the hotel which was hassle free and reasonably priced. My friend used the spa but she was not impressed with the treatment. The location is good, only 10 minutes walk to the town which makes it a quiet place to stay for a good night sleep.

Great room, very clean, very nice hotel in general. Rooftop was amazing for the hot air balloon views. It was nice.

Two issues with communication, where the staff did not process our requests properly. We cancelled the airport shuttle, but they still picked us up and the driver did not make it clear where he was taking us, causing us to think this was the car rental picking us up. Also my girlfriend's birthday cake was not delivered on her birthday despite it being a service they provide. Apart from that, the staff handled the issues well when we talked to them about it.
