I travelled alone for my birthday and i was scared at first but to be honest i never felt alone in this hotel because the staff are so friendly and kind specially Mustafa who's always making a very nice english tea and a very delicious breakfast for me and always chatting with me every morning which reminds me of my granpa. I will never forget your kindness to me, you have space in my heart! Thank so so much! The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect close to the city centre and attractions. All the staff are very kind and always ready to answer your questions and always smiling and willing to help. I also booked my hot air balloon with them and they gave me a discount. The hot air balloon was excellent and the pilot was very nice and funny aswell. The crew of the hot air balloon are all sweet as well they are willing to take a pictures and videos of me. They even surprised me with a birthday cake after our landing ooh! My heart is soo full Man! My stay here was excellent. Deserve more than 10 to be honest. Thank you Royal Stone Houses Goreme and Royal Balloon Will defo come back here. We booked a triple room. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom looks new, clean and big. We arrived late around 2 a.m and greeted by Ahmet (front desk crew). He was courteous and assisted us with our luggage. (1st floor - no elevator) to our room. He was also our shuttle driver for our Balloon ride. Thank you for taking care of us during our stay. We also would like to thank the breakfast team, they were kind and attentive. The buffet breakfast has a large variety and delicious! Last but not least, thank you to the Royal Balloon team for a wonderful experience!

Stayed for 2 nights only 😞

We reached late since our flight got delayed, but yet the hotel helped us with a late check in. Thanks to Mr. Ahmed at the night shift. Very helpful and courteous gentleman. Mr. Ahmed and Bulut at the reception were also very kind and helpful. They arranged some tours for us at a short notice. Mr. Mustafa, the kitchen manager was so kind and friendly. The breakfast was good, very basic, but yet good enough. This hotel also runs ROYAL Balloons which is very professional and popular. Balloon ride can be booked through them and it’s also the pick up point for the tour. Overall a very good experience at the Royal stone houses. Highly recommended.

The hotel is not located in the center but you can walk 15 mins to the center. We were welcomed with a juice or tea. We had 2 rooms which were very clean. The breakfast was decent. Plenty of parking.

The doors don't have rubber seals on them and everytime someone closes(most of them were slamming them) a door the noise generated was very loud and amplified by the stone hallway. The owners should do something about it. Since a lot of activities in that area start at 4-5AM if you plan to sleep until late, probably you will wake up by the slamming of the other doors.

Just completely exceeded all my expectations. One of the bext locations I would say in the entire world for watching the hot air balloons just from your own balcony :) Staff were excellend, room and beds were comfortable, breakfast was very nice with a large variety. But above all else the thing which you will remember 20 years from now is the sound waking up and hearing soft talking and wondering what that is and walking onto your balcony in your pajamas to be greeted by the site of hot air balloons so close you feel like you could touch them!! Having to pinch yourself to make sure you are not dreaming. It is MAGICAL.

I honestly can't think of anything I would have changed, there were dogs nearby which kept me up one night but nothing the hotel can do about that.

The staff was nice, they gave us delicious juice at check in and showed us to our room. The room was clean, large and beautiful. The breakfast was excellent, tasted great. Everything was fine.

It was a bit noisy, we could hear the neighbours. But it's nothing terrible.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was in a great location, excellent value for money and the staff were very accommodating. I was able to tick off a bucket-list hot air balloon ride and try horse riding for the first time which made the trip even more special. The staff also went out of their way to post an item I had left, after my stay, back to me despite it being a bank holiday in Turkey.

This place is amazing. Nice and helpful staff. Comfortable room/bed. The bathroom is roomy with a hot, strong shower. Location is quiet. It's not in the middle of everything but easily walkable. Our building only had 3 rooms on one floor so it was very quiet. There are terraces on each of the buildings for viewing the hot air balloons or just to relax. Breakfast area is comfortable. Breakfast had variety. I loved the cheeses and veggies & greens to make a salad. We were there during Christmas/New year's so it felt cozy with the lights & holiday decorations. Plenty of parking. Side note: We used the Royal Balloon company for our hot air balloon ride and they were fantastic.

Mild odor from the bathroom but nothing that would keep me from staying again. The little shower window helped offset that.

I've stayed here three times over the course of ten years, and it's been consistently excellent! It's a peaceful haven amidst the hustle and bustle. The breakfast is abundant, the rooms are comfortable, and the view is truly spectacular. You can watch hot air balloons taking off and landing from the rooftop, and it's also a great starting point for hiking trips! Highly recommended!
