The hot air balloon view. The building is like a castle. We all love the hotel.

I have a phobia with dogs. There are many dogs around the hotel but understand its part of their family. And the toilet needs a good scrub!

The location of the property was nice and near the town in walking distance. The breakfast was at a convenient time. Love the room with the Terrance and living room I think every hotel should have those. The pool was nice and refreshing to use. The staff were friendly and kind people. Also you can see the Hot Air Balloons at sunrise, a beautiful sight.

It was hard to know who the staff were because they didn’t wear any sort of uniform or name tags, they were dressed like everyone else so sometimes it wasn’t easy finding staff. The iron wasn’t in the room but they had a separate ironing room for the guests to use

We booked the room with a private terrace and it had the most amazing views of the balloons every morning. We also received the most friendly service from the reception staff. They were so helpful with booking and rearranging our tours, and providing advice about transport in Goreme. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

The hotel is right next to a Mosque, and there is a call to prayer every morning around 4am. This was fine for us, as we took the opportunity to wake up and watch the balloons take off before sunrise.

Everything was fantastic from start to the end. We arrived really late but the staff was waiting for us and they welcomed us nicely with a smile on the face. The room was exactly like we chose - not similar or same kind - that was the exact match so very pleased with this as not always is that way. The breakfast always was with a great variety of choice and everything was fresh and delicious. The hotel location was also great as not far away from center but yet close enough to get everywhere on foot. The hotel itself is very cozy, clean and ideal for short or longer stays.

No proper coffee machine, which could be a real bonus for breakfast.

Excellent hospitality by staff, spacious room and bathroom, nice swimming pool by the small fountain, very good breakfast. Amazing close view of hot air balloons in the morning from rooftop. Great spot for taking pictures!

Third party supplying airport shuttle service (booked by the hotel) - On my way to the airport, I saw the driver speaking in rude tone to a passenger travelling on the same vehicle. The exceptional service provided by Göreme Reva Hotel shouldn’t be overshadowed by such behaviour from external party, bearing in mind all other service providers for tours and rides booked by hotel were great.

Amazing View for sun rise viewpoint for Hot air Balloons from the hotels rooftop. Nice and clean hotel, always kept tidy. Communial areas are always kept neat at all times Overall it's a great hotel and great views to see the hot air balloons rising. Pool is always nice and clean Will visit again for sure and will recommend to others

Breakfast was nice but could have done with more hot food options. Breakfast start time could be earlier especially if you want to do tours etc. Air conditioning wasn't cool enough for very hot weather Could provide more water bottles throughout the stay than just 1 bottle when you arrive

Beautiful hotel and wonderfully decorated. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Fantastic views for balloon watching, some days with the balloons coming directly over the hotel!

Bed was made up each day but water and coffee was not refreshed each day. Toilet seat wasn’t attached and slid off very easily. Wall attachment to hold handheld shower head was broken. Left the toilet seat off and handheld shower on the floor expecting it was obvious they needed to be fixed, however they were not. Other than that, we really did enjoy the hotel and would stay again.

Our duplex room was spacious (would recommend it for family with 2 kids) and had a nice view of the balloons and valley from the balcony. Staff were friendly, nice small pool that the kids enjoyed (although water was cold!). Parking next to the hotel was convenient, a few minutes away from town which made for a nice quiet location. Good breakfast.

The hot water in the shower took a long time to come (good pressure though once it did arrive), the curtains were too small so didn’t close completely and let in a lot of light at night time.

Great location, not quite in the centre but just a short walk away. We booked the room with a private terrace and it had a perfect view of the balloons every morning. Breakfast was okay, could be improved with a bigger hot selection.

The bathroom constantly had an unpleasant smell of sewage - we had to keep the window open at all times which wasn't ideal as we visited in winter. The tub had a handheld showerhead, and the water constantly fluctuating from boiling hot to freezing cold made for a very uncomfortable experience. The room itself is quite dark even during the day, a bit more lighting would help. Also bear in mind the hotel is right next to a mosque so be prepared to wake up at dawn from the morning prayers.

Beautiful hotel and interior design our room. The room was clean, the view from the communal terrace was amazing, the breakfast was delicious and the personnel working there from the beginning of the booking and during our stay was always very friendly and helpful.

The chairs on the balcony and the sofa inside the room were as hard as a rock. Several cushions on the communal terrace were old and roughed up. Recommendation: For better hygiene and preservation of the terrace carpets, the hotel should put a sign at least in English at the beginning of the communal terrace that says: Please remove your shoes.
