The hot air balloon view. The building is like a castle. We all love the hotel.

I have a phobia with dogs. There are many dogs around the hotel but understand its part of their family. And the toilet needs a good scrub!

We booked the room with a private terrace and it had the most amazing views of the balloons every morning. We also received the most friendly service from the reception staff. They were so helpful with booking and rearranging our tours, and providing advice about transport in Goreme. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

The hotel is right next to a Mosque, and there is a call to prayer every morning around 4am. This was fine for us, as we took the opportunity to wake up and watch the balloons take off before sunrise.

Amazing View for sun rise viewpoint for Hot air Balloons from the hotels rooftop. Nice and clean hotel, always kept tidy. Communial areas are always kept neat at all times Overall it's a great hotel and great views to see the hot air balloons rising. Pool is always nice and clean Will visit again for sure and will recommend to others

Breakfast was nice but could have done with more hot food options. Breakfast start time could be earlier especially if you want to do tours etc. Air conditioning wasn't cool enough for very hot weather Could provide more water bottles throughout the stay than just 1 bottle when you arrive

Beautiful hotel and wonderfully decorated. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Fantastic views for balloon watching, some days with the balloons coming directly over the hotel!

Bed was made up each day but water and coffee was not refreshed each day. Toilet seat wasn’t attached and slid off very easily. Wall attachment to hold handheld shower head was broken. Left the toilet seat off and handheld shower on the floor expecting it was obvious they needed to be fixed, however they were not. Other than that, we really did enjoy the hotel and would stay again.

Our duplex room was spacious (would recommend it for family with 2 kids) and had a nice view of the balloons and valley from the balcony. Staff were friendly, nice small pool that the kids enjoyed (although water was cold!). Parking next to the hotel was convenient, a few minutes away from town which made for a nice quiet location. Good breakfast.

The hot water in the shower took a long time to come (good pressure though once it did arrive), the curtains were too small so didn’t close completely and let in a lot of light at night time.

Great location, not quite in the centre but just a short walk away. We booked the room with a private terrace and it had a perfect view of the balloons every morning. Breakfast was okay, could be improved with a bigger hot selection.

The bathroom constantly had an unpleasant smell of sewage - we had to keep the window open at all times which wasn't ideal as we visited in winter. The tub had a handheld showerhead, and the water constantly fluctuating from boiling hot to freezing cold made for a very uncomfortable experience. The room itself is quite dark even during the day, a bit more lighting would help. Also bear in mind the hotel is right next to a mosque so be prepared to wake up at dawn from the morning prayers.

Beautiful hotel and interior design our room. The room was clean, the view from the communal terrace was amazing, the breakfast was delicious and the personnel working there from the beginning of the booking and during our stay was always very friendly and helpful.

The chairs on the balcony and the sofa inside the room were as hard as a rock. Several cushions on the communal terrace were old and roughed up. Recommendation: For better hygiene and preservation of the terrace carpets, the hotel should put a sign at least in English at the beginning of the communal terrace that says: Please remove your shoes.

The hotel rooms were very spacious and decorated in accordance to ethinic Cappadocia architectural details . Lots of planters and trees providing colour to the neutral coloured building. Lots of cute puppies and kitten around to entertain the children and all pet lovers . The staff were very friendly and accommodating . Special mention to Fatima who helped us from the start to book the tours and activities . The breakfast provided was well balanced and super tasty . A big thank you to Kamel ( Camel) owner of the Hotel for making time to take me and my friends shopping in hunt for authentic Baklava and Turkish delight to the nearest town Avnos.

It would be really great to have a cocktail/tea/coffee station during the evening by the pool to allow guests enjoy some pool time

The room and hotel building itself was excellent. I felt the reception staff were very helpful and friendly but the friendliness unfortunately did not extend to the breakfast staff. We booked various tours and excursions through the hotel which were very good, punctual and details clearly communicated. The view from our bedroom balcony and the terrace of the hot air balloons was magical! The other thing to mention is they have no in-room ironing facilities. Instead they have one room just big enough to fit an ironing board and iron in a communal area for all the guests. Overall ok but could be better in my opinion.

As per above a smile and good morning at least from the breakfast staff. Ironing facilities need to be improved.

Well designed, 'exotic' premises added to the sense of occasion. Spacious bedrooom. Helpful reception staff. Good communication before my arrival and thoughtfully rearranged balloon trip for me when the one I had booked was cancelled.

There are many items for breakfast, but the cooked offering needs to be upgraded for a hotel of this standard. Cooked dishes should be available on request, omelettes for example, instead of just having boiled eggs available in a tray. Double shower in my room. Great! But the shower head was fitted too far up the wall to suit me and the alternative was to use the lower attachment single-handed.
