We started our trip in Istanbul and then traveled here—and what a difference! First of all, the views are absolutely breathtaking. From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the natural beauty surrounding us. More importantly, we immediately felt much safer and more at ease here compared to Istanbul. There’s a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel completely comfortable. And of course, the hot air balloon experience was truly unforgettable—one of those once-in-a-lifetime moments that everyone should experience at least once. This place has exceeded all our expectations!

I recently stayed at the Osmanli and both my husband and I absolutely loved it! We arrived at the hotel very late at night as our flight from Istanbul during the landing was diverted last minute on another airport. Saying that the staff was exceptional doesn’t make them justice, they were fantastic, they organised a last minute transfer from the new airport that late at night and upon our arrival they welcomed us with tea, cookies and with the warmest welcoming smile. They also helped us to book tours of the area and gave us great suggestions that ended up being extremely valuable and made our stay absolutely perfect. The hotel was extremely clean and it smelled clean. The rooms are very comfortable, it’s a mix of modern and at the same time traditional decor which is done in such a tasteful and stylish way. The rooftop is just gorgeous, they serve the breakfast here and let me say, it was delicious, very rich with dishes from traditional Turkish breakfast to scrambled eggs and cakes. The rooftop it was also perfect to spot the hot air balloons at sunrise. We had a really wonderful stay!

Honestly nothing

Located just a few minutes walk from Goreme center and 10 minutes walk from the coach station. The hotel is beautifully designed with a great attention to details, beautiful rooms, comfortable bed, very nice swimming pool and fantastic breakfast. Can also see sunrise and hot air balloons just from the hotel's rooftop terrace too. Staff are extremely attentive and instantly answer to any and all needs and questions on their Whatsapp.

Both rooms we stayed at - the walk-in showers arent fully sealed so water splash out on the bathroom floor making the bathroom quite wet. Not a big issue compared to how great the hotel is though. Also for our second and third night we booked a family room on booking.com and on the room description it stated the room had a balcony but the room we moved to didnt have a balcony. Hotel staff explained that because they have 2 identical rooms one with and one without balcony and booking.com automatically assigned the room without if the room with balcony has been assigned.

I can’t put into words how much my boyfriend and I loved this hotel, I wish we had booked to stay longer! The rooms are so lovely and clean and the beds are comfortable and you can’t hear anything beyond your room. The breakfast is an incredible spread! The pool area is really relaxing. It’s slightly small by the pool but we didn’t struggle to find beds each day. The reception staff are incredible and informative and the place makes you feel like you’re at home! The whole experience is extremely good value for the money and felt so luxurious. It’s a short walk to the centre but far enough from any late night music noise etc. it’s also really accessible to get to any of the hikes in the area.

Everything was perfect but it would be good to have water stations to refill bottles

The rooms are very clean, and felt really fresh when first coming in. The upstairs cafe has a great traditional feeling mixed with modern atmosphere with a jazzy soundtrack and nice breakfast options. The reception service was exceptional, with a very warm welcome with lemonade, and helped us book the balloons and the shuttle from and to the airport. They helped us secure a great deal with the balloon company and the balloon company turned out to be a great service too (not counting the breathtaking views). The hotel receptionist even went out of their way and helped find my lost AirPod, which most hotel staff wouldn’t do to this extent and I really appreciate it. If I ever come back I would definitely stay there again.

Free Parking in front of hotel. Welcome drinks and cake are provided. Nice staff are so talkative and informative. They updated the hot ballon news to you. I really appreciate that they provided tasty breakfast so early (0730-1030) and many kinds of food and there are few changes everyday. That's amazing. There are cover the carpet in two places which you can take photo when sunrise. Although the hot ballon isn't much closer but you can get a good view.

Room 305 shower head is broken. It needs repair.

We absolutely loved the reception staff. They were so helpful in finding us the best deal for the hot air balloon ride, best places to eat in the city and provided us mapped out directions to where else we wanted to go, which made it very easy for us to navigate. The location of the hotel was also very ideal as it was away from the main city area but still just a short nice walk away from everything. Honestly loved the stay at the hotel, how cozy the room and the hotel itself was. The open air terrace with the stunning view was definitely a plus too!

The room didn’t have any space for the luggage and it was a bit difficult to get things in and out of it as there wasn’t space or hangers in the cupboard to hang our clothes either.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, peaceful, and had a cozy, homey atmosphere that made us feel very comfortable. The breakfast was a highlight — delicious and with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. It really added a special touch to our stay

The only downside I found was the shower design — the glass panel only covers half of the shower area, which causes a lot of water to spill onto the bathroom floor . This made the floor quite slippery and potentially unsafe. I had to use a face towel to dry the floor after every shower to avoid slipping.”

Staffs. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Bahar, Seda, Ata, Mohammad and how can I forget Bilal (Who made sure we got our early breakfast). Amazing people, extremely helpful and friendly. They will take your problem as theirs and will give you the best advice. Always smiling and ready to help you. Location is 8 to 10 mins walk to popular restaurants and shops. The room was spacious, and lot's of variety in the breakfast The hotel was very cosy, clean and well-decorated. Best view to see Balloons Will I ever come again...for sure only if all the above five people are there...especially Bahar and Seda. Thank you both for making our stay exceptionally pleasant.

Just the images of the room in booking.com. Seems very big but it wasn't that big. There should be shower curtains to stop the water from flowing out.

We had a great stay at Osmanli hotel! The breakfast was the best we had while travelling Turkiye, and the pool was so welcome after hot days exploring Cappadocia. The view from the roof was absolutely stunning, and it was great to have a convenient place to watch the sunrise and the balloons. All of the staff were very kind and helpful- especially Yagmur who let us know that our flight had been delayed, when the airline hadn’t let us know themselves! The rooms are lovely and well air conditioned. We really liked looking at all the amazing carpets all around the property. Would highly recommend to anyone going to Goreme.
