We had a great stay at Osmanli hotel! The breakfast was the best we had while travelling Turkiye, and the pool was so welcome after hot days exploring Cappadocia. The view from the roof was absolutely stunning, and it was great to have a convenient place to watch the sunrise and the balloons. All of the staff were very kind and helpful- especially Yagmur who let us know that our flight had been delayed, when the airline hadn’t let us know themselves! The rooms are lovely and well air conditioned. We really liked looking at all the amazing carpets all around the property. Would highly recommend to anyone going to Goreme.

Staffs. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Bahar, Seda, Ata, Mohammad and how can I forget Bilal (Who made sure we got our early breakfast). Amazing people, extremely helpful and friendly. They will take your problem as theirs and will give you the best advice. Always smiling and ready to help you. Location is 8 to 10 mins walk to popular restaurants and shops. The room was spacious, and lot's of variety in the breakfast The hotel was very cosy, clean and well-decorated. Best view to see Balloons Will I ever come again...for sure only if all the above five people are there...especially Bahar and Seda. Thank you both for making our stay exceptionally pleasant.

Just the images of the room in booking.com. Seems very big but it wasn't that big. There should be shower curtains to stop the water from flowing out.

My usual rating style is A (best) to E (terrible). Room : A Spacious and a nice layout. However there are no drawers for underwear etc nor is there a safe (passports, valuables etc). A narrow drawer could easily be added to the wardrobe unit. Staff A Always friendly and helpful. Shower A The shower is great, powerful and plenty of hot water in a spacious cubicle with a liquid shampoo etc. dispenser. However it has a serious design flaw(see pic/video). Without a shower curtain or barrier the water goes everywhere and I mean everywhere! It creates pools of water in the bathroom (there is no drain in the bathroom floor itself) - and even flooded out into the main room once (when I forgot to use the bath mat as a virtual 'dam'). We easily mopped it up and couldn't be bothered informing the hotel - we didn't want people coming in and out of the room. This could easily be solved by adding a shower curtain (and yes this can be done with a rod from the top of the glass panel to the wall). I have to add I don't understand why we were only given one hand towel between 2 people each day? But 2 x bath towels. I'd also suggest the hotel adds (as many hotels do nowadays) a written card giving the option not to have the bath towels changed every day. Example : leave a towel on the floor (change for clean towels) or hanging up (don't change). Far more eco friendly and saves the hotel money too. Location : A Quiet Area very close to where the hot air balloons take off each day (5 mins drive). 10 mins walk into town. Free on-street parking. Breakfast : B+ A lot of choice so we didn't get bored over our 3 night stay. I didn't give an 'A' only because the coffee is the standard poor hotel coffee. No Turkish coffee or Cappuccino, Espresso etc are on offer. An espresso machine would make a great improvement. No the one in the hotel lobby doesn't count! Electric points A Plenty in all the right places. USB next to the bed.

Breakfast offered a great selection, and terrace has a great view of the air balloons in the morning. The location of the hotel is within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and very helpful with reserving an airport shuttle and giving advice for activities in Goreme. A bonus is the cute dog in the lobby that is always eager for pats and belly rubs.

The sewage in my bathroom emits an odor. I would shut the bathroom door and leave the window open to lessen the smell. No other issues with my room.

We liked absolutely everything. The hotel is in perfect condition, very stylish and super clean. You can see balloons from rooftop terrace and restaurant terrace in the morning. The breakfast was same every day but pretty good variety. The staff are very nice and helpful. We were leaving early morning and they packed a breakfast for us to go. We had the room with rose valley balcony view and the view was amazing. There’s good size outdoor swimming pool with the chairs around it. I already recommended it to our friends.

Sometimes there was canalization smell coming from bathroom, could be from jacuzzi there. But jacuzzi itself was superb - they even put a bath bomb over there.

We stayed at two different hotels during our stay, Osmanli and one in the town centre of Goreme (more expensive) and Osmanli was by far the best! The views from the rooftop terrace were exceptional, the balloons were much closer! It was less than a 10 minute walk to the centre. It was a lot quieter at night time when trying to sleep than the centre of Goreme. Our room was very clean and comfortable and we had a patio that opened out next to the pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we booked the majority of our tours through Osmanli. A special thank you to Seda who helped us during our stay. 100% recommend Osmanli Hotel.

We were only able to pay by cash for the tours and we wanted to book the hot air balloon via a different balloon company prior to visiting which only had 16 passengers instead of 28. They advised they could book this for us, however when we came to booking they said it had sold out when it hadn't as they wanted us to book through their recommended company, and we could see it was still available online. We ended up booking the balloon via our other hotel.

We are from the Philippines, but working as a nurse in the UK ☺️ We had a very fun and memorable stay at Osmanli Cappadocia hotel. The staff's were very helpful and patient in answering all my queries. They were all very kind to book us airport transfer service, tours and activities available. I kept on asking about the hot air balloon and they still answered me in a nice way, all the time :) By the way, hi to Fikriye, Ozkan, Feyzullah, Berk, Yagmur and to the rest of the crew. You were all great! They have 3 lovely dogs in the hotel who kept us entertained in the lobby. We also enjoyed the 3-days free breakfast offered by the hotel. I personally love the coffee, egg, sausage, croissant, dipped it with honey and ?turkish ice cream. The room we stayed in was perfect! Nice view from the rooftop. The hotel staffs were very helpful, especially Yagmur, who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. They kindly let us stay in the lobby and use their bathroom to shower after we had checked out, while we waited for the night bus to Pamukkale. We really appreciate it! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for convenience and great service.

When we requested extra water from the front desk, they gave it to us without mentioning any charge. However, we were charged for it when we checked out. They never informed us that there would be a fee for the extra water, which is different from my experience at other hotels where extra water is usually complimentary. It would have been better if they had told us about the charge when we asked for it.

The hotel is gorgeous. The rooftop is stunning - views of Goreme town, the mosque, the fairy chimneys behind the hotel, the sunrise and the balloons flying overhead in the morning. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, well appointed and lovely. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool is a great temperature, is clean and has lovely arches where you can sit or there are plenty of pool lounges. The breakfast is fabulous, fresh fruit, pastries, cold meat, cheeses, some hot food (eggs etc), coffee, tea, juice, salads etc. You get 2 bottles or water plus coffee and tea too scratch day. The rooftop restaurant was nice - service was a little slow, but food was delicious, price good and views stunning. There are a couple of resident dogs that hang out in the front of the hotel/lobby - they are cute, clean, friendly and didn’t bark. I’m not a dog person, but they were ok, nice to come home to the hotel each night and see them. The transfer from the airport to the hotel (shared) for €15 per person is well priced and efficient. On arrival we were offered Turkish tea and cake. We very much enjoyed our stay - it was fabulous.

There is a lot of noise - we were on the 3rd floor and could hear cars going by, conversations on the street or by the pool, dogs barking, the call to prayer from the mosque (although I do love that), people chatting in the hotel corridor, hotel doors slamming, people dragging chairs in the restaurant above, lots of breakfast preparation noise from around 6am in the restaurant above etc. I expect most hotels in the area are noisy to be honest, but the hotel mentions soundproofing, so I had hoped it would be quiet. Noise aside though the hotel was amazing.

Check-in experience was good but we arrived 2 hours early and had to wait 1 more hour until the room was ready but they did allow us to check-in early. Room was very clean and spacious with a safe locker in it and big windows. They have one of the best breakfast that we've ever eaten at a hotel. Employees are very helpful for the most part (more details later). Room service is quick. Their terrace has amazing views and great decor. One of the biggest plus is their in-house restaurant which surprisingly has the best food compared to all the other high end restaurants we ate in Goreme. Overall we would highly recommend to give them a try.

The bad part: Location is 8 mins of walk from the center where all the food and souvenir shops are. This is not bad but its hilly, through a neighborhood (nothing good to see) and something we didn't necessarily want to do at the beginning of our day and at the end of a tiring day. The bad experience with the employees came when we wanted to book a shuttle back to the airport. Long story short, the employees seemed to have the best interest for shuttle and taxi people than their customers.
