I especially want to thank the amazing brothers Emre and Ismail — they were incredibly kind, attentive, and truly guardian angels throughout our trip. They helped us arrange wonderful tours around Cappadocia also arranged our hot air balloon flight. The hotel is perfectly located near the launch site. Everything was well-organised, beautiful, and honest. The airport transfer was also perfect — smooth, punctual, and stress-free. The hotel itself is cosy, clean, and full of Cappadocian charm — you feel not just like a tourist, but like a truly welcomed guest. The breakfasts were delicious, the rooms were comfortable, and the view from the terrace was like a postcard! Thank you, Emre and Ismail, for your hospitality, care, and genuine warmth. I largely chose this property because of the ample, accessible parking. I rented a car tour Cappadocia; and I had no desire staying in any of the town centres and attempt to park on a 60 degree hill. However, upon my arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that Ciner Hotel was an adorable gem. There’s a lovely pool and an excellent morning breakfast buffet. I also loved the size of my room. Most importantly, it was quiet, something I truly value when I travel.

The only thing missing was a small electric water kettle to boil water for coffee or tea (although the staff were happy to provide you with hot water when you asked)

What a beautiful place! We loved absolutely everything about it. The breakfast was delightful, and the terrace was such a lovely spot to enjoy it. The staff went above and beyond, serving us with genuine care and kindness. We had to leave early one morning, and when we requested, they thoughtfully prepared sandwiches for us to take instead of breakfast. Such a considerate and warm-hearted gesture! Truly a wonderful experience.

Be sure to wake up early to enjoy the full variety of breakfast options—they’re absolutely worth it! Just keep in mind that some items might run out later in the morning, so it’s best to get there early for the freshest selection.

Good location right on the edge of Goreme, very friendly and helpful staff, happy to accommodate an extra night stay upon arrival and helpfully answered questions without ever aggressively trying to sell various tour packages.

Only 2 sockets in the rooms which was a bit limiting. However, internet was fine contrary to the other clowns who have left bad reviews about this. The rooms were also very clean, shower was excellent although it didn't always stay on the holder, but at the price of the hotel that's not really a big issue.

Beautiful place, nice breakfast, great pool, pretty rooms. Staff helped good with booking transfers as requested through the booking app.

It's a bit on the side of Goreme, so be aware it's a little walk to the city centre. Staff was sometimes a bit absent in their communication.

The breakfast cooked by Habib was wonderful, along with many cold options. Ali was so welcoming and helpful and never stopped working! Ciner Hotel has a large lounge, outdoor seating and fabulous pool with sun lounges. It was relaxing and an easy walk to town centre which I appreciated - thanks everyone!

The hotel is a bit ‘tired’ but had everything I needed.

Good location. A short walk from town. Nice clean pool. They quickly answered my questions before I arrived regarding directions via bus. They gave us a family room when I asked for separate beds. The nightly rate was low.

The bathroom could use a little maintenance (e.g., the towel rack was hanging off the wall, the toilet seat cover was completely detached, and there was no soap dispenser in the shower).

The hotel is 3 star but very comfortable and placed in a quiet place. The balloons are starting next to the hotel and mornings there is very beautiful to watch it.

The door in the bathroom is wooden and needs a bit of force to close because of deformation. The refrigerator is not working properly.

Location in goreme and you can see the hot air balloons in the morning. Pool and breakfast had a variety. Car park space onsite in front of the hotel, CCTV cameras.

Shower hose in need of replacement, shower very small and bathroom feels claustrophobic.

the staff of the hotel is very helpful and friendly. They helped me to buy 2 tours, booked transfer to the airport and gave advice to visit wonderful Göreme open air museum. The room was clean and breakfast was ok.

Nothing bothered me. Everything was ok.
