What a beautiful place! We loved absolutely everything about it. The breakfast was delightful, and the terrace was such a lovely spot to enjoy it. The staff went above and beyond, serving us with genuine care and kindness. We had to leave early one morning, and when we requested, they thoughtfully prepared sandwiches for us to take instead of breakfast. Such a considerate and warm-hearted gesture! Truly a wonderful experience.

Be sure to wake up early to enjoy the full variety of breakfast options—they’re absolutely worth it! Just keep in mind that some items might run out later in the morning, so it’s best to get there early for the freshest selection.

Good location right on the edge of Goreme, very friendly and helpful staff, happy to accommodate an extra night stay upon arrival and helpfully answered questions without ever aggressively trying to sell various tour packages.

Only 2 sockets in the rooms which was a bit limiting. However, internet was fine contrary to the other clowns who have left bad reviews about this. The rooms were also very clean, shower was excellent although it didn't always stay on the holder, but at the price of the hotel that's not really a big issue.

Good location. A short walk from town. Nice clean pool. They quickly answered my questions before I arrived regarding directions via bus. They gave us a family room when I asked for separate beds. The nightly rate was low.

The bathroom could use a little maintenance (e.g., the towel rack was hanging off the wall, the toilet seat cover was completely detached, and there was no soap dispenser in the shower).

Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming! Breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. I'm a cold sleeper, so loved that they had a doona, not just a blanket! Close to the main street/dinner/shopping area (10min walk).

There was a good choice available at breakfast. The hotel was at the edge of town, which was good as it was reasonably quiet and it was near where all the balloons took off, so you got excellent views if you woke early, especially if you went outside. There was a lovely swimming pool, although it got very crowded and a bit rowdy at the end of the day when all the tours finished. The staff were lovely.

Breakfast was very poor. Definitely need toaster, more salami variety and need fruits. TV not working, WiFi connection in the rooms very poor, very small wardrobe

Breakfast was nice and had lots of options. Was awesome to have a pool so close to our room. Our room was also very nice, clean and comfortable. The reception staff were great and were able to offer discounts on local experiences.

The staff is polite and very helpful. Location good, very close to the launching/landing point of hot air baloons,our baloon actually landed near the hotel :). Breakfast is very good with lot's of things to choose from. Pool was not open because we traveled in april but it looks really cool! We stayed 3 days and enjoyed everything!

Staff was very professional, bathrooms was clean and have all toiletries, cozy towels, clean pillows and duvet covers, breakfast was fantastic
