We had a fantastic experience at Cappadocia Elite Stone House Hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming, even keeping breakfast open for us before check-in. They ensured our luggage was safely stored and made the check-in process smooth. Our room exceeded expectations, and the overall stay was wonderful. They also helped us find affordable and safe ATV rides and great day tour deals. Special thanks to Beyram and the entire team!

We had no major complaints, but the hotel management could enhance a few aspects, such as WiFi bandwidth, room service, and adding a washroom in the food court area.

We took the deluxe triple room. It was really spacious with a balcony with the most beautiful view of the valleys . It was nicely furnished with very comfortable matresses and beautiful curtains. The bathroom was big with excellent shower with strong flow of both cold and hot water . The rooms were eqipped with warmers and airconditioning units.The elevator is big and modern.Breakfast was at the terrace whic had two parts one glassed and the other one open. The breakfast was very varied and satisfying and the kitchen lady was very friendly and ready to prepare fresh fried eggs on our demand.The staff were very cooperative although only one of them( Bayram ) could speak English. He helped us book our tours with excellent agencies and answered any question we had.

Internet signal was weak in the rooms

I always want to get not formed global marketing hospitality and feeling of a warm welcome from a hotel! You did it! We were pleased to visit you. We decided that we would definitely return. Excellent breakfast for that price (include). Get deep sleep mattresses, wonderful puppy at the reception, wooden ceiling and kind people. A small cozy hotel we deserve . Thank you!

Please pay attention to the toilet cover and hygienic shower. The sink is wobbly. Clean the shower rails. in one socket one panel falls out. Lubricate the lock on the balcony. give more Internet speed - these are little things, you can easily fix them! I specifically wrote about this so that the review would be honest. the city is small, the hotel is located 300 meters from the infrastructure. Personally, I didn't care. I love walks. !!! be sure to add speed and hold wifi in the room. I wish you success, so I was publicly objective. If we return to Cappadocia, we will return to you!

The staf, especially Bajou very kind and helpfull. The room beautiful, clean and spacious. The breakfast nice and various. The location not far from main road , not far from terminal bus and shops.. From terrace hotel, we can see the balloons. Recomended to stay in Cappadocia, for the room, the breakfat, the kind staff, the location and the price.

The shower in room 101 not easy to use.

A fantastic hotel. Comfortable bed in a clean, large room with an AC. Breakfast was really good. The hotel had a nice big rooftop courtyard to watch the hot air balloons at sunrise. The host, bayrim was very helpful and managed to arrange a last minute hot air balloon ride for my girlfriend and I after our previous booking with another travel company was cancelled due to the weather. Only slight negative was the hotel was located a bit further out of town, a 10 minute walk and not up in the hills where most of the hotels are located in Göreme. For the price of the stay though you still get a great hotel that is worth staying at.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was outstanding — the reception staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help and genuinely interested in how we were doing. They consistently asked if everything was okay and made us feel very welcome. The hotel itself is fantastic. The value for money is fair. While it’s a bit away from the center, it only takes 10–15 minutes to walk to the heart of Göreme. The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom was also very comfortable. The receptionist waited for us until almost 3 a.m. to check us in, as our flight arrived very late. They welcomed us with open arms, which we really appreciated after such a long day of travel. They also offer quads, hot air balloon rides, and a variety of tours at great prices since it’s also a travel agency. Super convenient, and the service is excellent. There’s a place really close where you can rent motorbikes Highly recommended!

Our only downside was the location of the hotel, as it’s a bit of a walk to get to the city center. Fortunately, we rented a scooter, which made it much easier and got us to the center in just 5 minutes. Walking in the heat, however, can be quite tough, especially during the summer. Aside from that, everything else was excellent — we really enjoyed our stay!

Room - We had booked deluxe triple room which was really spacious & clean and had an amazing valley view where balloons take off. It contained 2 bed (1 single + 1 king), large coffee table with chairs, dressing table and balcony with table & chairs facing the valley. Hotel offers Amenities - Room had all required amenities like wardrobe, AC/Heater, hair dryer, kettle, toiletries, free cable TV etc. Service - Hotel staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. They also have a travel desk to help you book activities like tours, airport shuttles, hot air balloon etc. at a similar rate available outside. They go out of their way to help you with the bookings and any issue to ensure a comfortable stay. Food - Hotel provides a lavish Turkish breakfast with different fruits, salads, cheeses, juices, cereals, and sweets. Great place to try Turkish breakfast if you haven't tried it. Location - Hotel is located 10 mins walking from the bus stop and 5 mins walking from main square with cafes and restaurants. It's also just opposite to balloon take off site with no obstructions in between so you can watch hundreds of balloons getting ready to fly before sunrise from hotel's terrace. It's truly a surreal sight!

The terrace has open-air table-chair seating. I suggest to add signature Goreme seating in one corner of the terrace for clicking great photos.

The breakfast buffet was awesome, a large and varied selection of food in a great location with a balcony outside to take in the views. The staff were super friendly. They always supplied us extra water when we asked. They offered us great deals on the hot air balloon ride and a day tour because the owner of the hotel also owns the travel agency that provides the tours.

Everything was great, but I do have one recommendation. The coffee maker quickly runs out of coffee if many guests who drink coffee are there at the same time. Perhaps they could have 2 coffee makers going at the same time?

We got a free upgrade of the room (we did not ask for) so the room was even better than the one i booked. It was spacious, huge bathroom, rich breakfast, common terrace with great view. Definitely worth it.

Internet connection was weak, though the receptionist convincingly promised that he will fix that ASAP.

A homely BnB, strategically located in the heart of Goreme. Looks exactly as depicted in the photographs. Clean, quiet and neat with a hearty breakfast spread, we found it to be great value for money. One can easily walk to nearby restaurants and shops which are barely 500m away. Whilst the property has an elevator to access rooms, it doesn't service the terrace and breakfast area, which is one floor higher and this might be a constraint for those who find it hard to climb stairs. Staff were very helpful and kind and very prompt to answer emails and assist with tour and balloon flight reservations.
