We recently had the pleasure of staying at Perla Cappadocia for three days, and I must say, it was truly an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with impeccable hospitality that went above and beyond our expectations. First and foremost, the hotel staff were exceptionally accommodating. They not only allowed us to check-in early in the morning but also surprised us with a delicious breakfast to start our day off right. This gesture made us feel welcome and cared for right away. What impressed us most was the hotel's proactive approach in assisting with our travel arrangements. They took charge of arranging our car rental, airport transfers, and even our hot air balloon flight. This level of convenience and attention to detail made our trip stress-free and allowed us to fully enjoy our time in Cappadocia. Speaking of which, the hotel's location is absolutely perfect. Situated in a prime spot, we were able to explore the stunning valleys and witness breathtaking views of the hot air balloon rides right from the hotel's terrace. It was like having a front-row seat to the magic of Cappadocia. I must also commend the hotel facilities. Everything from the rooms to the common areas was well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. The attention to detail throughout the property was evident, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Throughout our stay, the hotel staff continued to impress us with their kindness and attentiveness. They were always available to assist and answer any questions we had, and they did so with genuine warmth and hospitality. It's these little touches that truly set Perla Cappadocia apart from the rest. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Perla Cappadocia enough. The combination of exceptional hospitality, breathtaking views, convenient travel arrangements, well-appointed facilities, and delicious breakfast made our stay truly unforgettable.

Suggestions would be if the terrace could be expanded to see the sunset as well and to have a bidet in the restrooms since this is not a common restroom facility in Turkiye.

This hotel is just as incredible as it seems😍 I have been to many hotels in my life but this one is definitely the best! The rooms are great and very clean. The breakfast (which is included in the price) is very tasty. They offer you to choose between boiled eggs, omelette and something else. Everything else is already on the table and it’s delicious. In addition to that, the breakfast is on the top floor in a room with large glass windows, so you can eat and enjoy beautiful landscapes at the same time. If you come early, you would even be able to see the flying balloons during your breakfast. There is also an open terrace on the roof of the hotel, where you can watch hot air balloons at sunrise and take incredible photos. The location is also good. It is about 15 minutes walk to the centre. If you want to go to Unishar or Nevshehir you can take the bus from city centre, which costs 35 TL. You can also go to Derinkuyu or Kaymakly by bus: you need to go to Unishar first and then to change the buses (the second bus costs around 50 TL). We also booked hot air balloon excursion and ATV tour through the hotel. It was amazing! If you are hesitating whether to book excursions here or not - the answer is definitely yes!! You will enjoy every second of it. All of that was possible thanks to Ata, the receptionist. He welcomed us very warmly when we arrived, answered all our questions, helped us with our planning and booked those great excursions for us. We are very thankful to him🤍

Exceptional stay at Perla! I would definitely recommend to stay here. Personally I opted to stay in a stone hotel and not a cave hotel because I like more natural light shining into my room. First, the location is perfect, north side of Goreme outside the busy tourist area, but still a quick walk into the city center if you need restaurants or markets. It's across the street from the entrance into Red Valley and the hot air balloon take off location. I didn't ride the balloons due to fear of heights, but every morning I would walk outside at sunrise to the hills behind the hotel and see the incredible spectacle so close to home. There was a dog waiting for my company on that hill every morning too! Second, the rooms and bed are very large and comfortable. Mattress was firm enough for my back and I had a balcony so I would open my door and enjoy the breeze in my room. Balcony has chairs and table if you want some air outside. Rooms have a sheek modern minimalist decor and very well cleaned. They also come with a mini fridge and two bottled waters each day. Lastly, the staff are very caring towards their guests. Due to my my flight times, Koray let me check in early at 11am so I could get some rest and kept my luggage after I checked out on my last day until my 10pm flight. He even accommodated my request for a shower after a day of hiking before I left for the airport. He set up a shuttle transfer for me from and to the airport ($12 usd each way at this time) and can book any tours you want in the area. And the ladies at breakfast are darling. Breakfast opens at 830am and the tables are all set up for each room. The ladies prepare made to order eggs on the spot. They don't speak much English but nothing google translate can't solve for complicated orders. Make sure to say gunaydin (good morning) when you come in and gule gule (bye bye) when you leave. They will just light up!

Honestly all my needs were met. No dislikes

The hotel manager Ata is exceptional in terms of professionalism. He goes out of his way to make sure all the guest needs are met. He was available on whattsapp for our entire stay, even for questions whilst we were not in the hotel. He speaks fluent english and had plenty of recommendations for us throughout our stay. The hotel is also quite beautiful with modern touches. It is in a quiet environment. Basic coffee/teas and toiletries are provided. They have under floor heating and the room was warm throughout our stay. Our room had a window that overlooks the city, with a very beautiful view. The breakfast is nice, with the option of ordering menemen, omelette or scrambled eggs. They try to make it different everyday. The rooms are comfortable and you get room service everyday. You do not need to rush to breakfast, it is not a buffet, a table is set for you. The staff are all very friendly and professional always willing to help.

The location is a bit of a walk from the city centre, about 15 minutes you may need a car. A taxi may cost anything between 100 to 200 TL for a 3 minute ride. The room service happens everyday-if you request- but is not thorough, it is basic cleaning. The floor was not swept/cleaned for our 7 day stay. No change of sheets. They replenish some toiletries. The rooms have lighting but are dark still. The wifi is a 7/10. Sometimes you will smell smoke in the rooms because some people smoked inside the lobby whilst we were there and it came through to us on the first floor. They have an outstanding view of the balloons from their patio but they pack the cushions and pillows away in winter which was a real bummer.

The property was nice, good breakfast and free parking

The room was located next to the reception and breakfast room, which made it quite noisy and disrupted my sleep. A room on a separate floor would have provided a much better quality of sleep, as it would have been significantly less noisy. I also had an unpleasant experience at the checkout. Although I had made a pre-payment on the website, the booking required a separate payment, and the host insisted on waiting for me to pay in person. I provided him with the proof of payment, which he should have had regardless, but he continued to make me wait before i could leave, so I had to wait. This made no sense to me, as they were supposed to have all my card details and could have simply charged me if anything had happened. No point of wasting my time.

Super thoughtful, incl. organizing early check-in without me having to request it. Rooms had a designer feel to them, spacious, with a smart TV. Delicious and huge, varied breakfast. Note that it's on the edge of town - for me, this was great as my balcony directly looked on the landscape, meant I was close to some great hikes, and gave me some much-needed quiet!

Note that it's towards the edge of Goreme, about a 15min walk into town (not the most pleasant walk esp. in the evenings as the some of the surrounding buildings are still under construction / empty, but also means some real peace & quiet) - can be a pro or con depending on what you're after

The location is good because it is not in the middle of the town, which can be very busy on a normal night. Breakfast included is the traditional Turkish breakfast; for me, it was so much that we only ate it one day; the other days we ask just for an omelette. The free wifi worked fine. They have plenty of parking space. And also very friendly and helpful staff. They help us make reservations for some of the restaurants.

What I didn't like was the location of the room; it was near a service room (they kept all the cleaning stuff there) and to the laundry room and public restrooms, so there were many smells in a tiny space.

I recently stayed at Perla Cappadocia, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm, friendly smiles from the staff, who made check-in quick and seamless. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the cozy bed and the beautiful view from my window, which added to the overall peaceful atmosphere. The restaurant served an excellent breakfast, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Overall, Perla Cappadocia exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. I will definitely be back for another visit!

The staff were friendly and helpful. Helped me to book the hot air balloon at great price the next morning even though I arrived rather late. The room is very clean and they have daily service. The breakfast is amazing and the views on the top floor is outstanding too. There is generous heating in winter and bathroom amenities are decent.

I was in room 1 and it was facing the front of the hotel on the ground floor, so at night, there are car lights shining into the room and people walking past the door. I'd avoid room #1 if possible.

Close to the airport, compared to other hotels in the area. You can take a shuttle bus to the hotel from the airport. The rooms were modern and had a unique feel to it. The rooms were spacious and really clean. We loved our stay. Staff were friendly, and the Turkish breakfast at the hotel was amazing, I recommend getting this included in your stay. We woke up early for sunrise to catch the hot air balloons from the rooftop, which had an amazing view. If you walk outside up the hill a little bit, you get an even better view. The hotel was a 10 min walk to the restaurants and shops in Gerome town. The hotel staff were friendly and really helpful, they booked a tour for us on the first day and we really recommend the green tour. They also helped us with transport back to the airport on our last day. We loved our stay and if we come back to Cappadocia, we definitely will come back and stay here :)

Just a bit of warning for the area, there are a few friendly strays in the area, but do not feed them as it can become a bit dangerous. Also, please don't wonder off alone into horse ranches nearby (there are two that are within a 5 min walk) by yourself without booking the activity with a company, as there are a lot of strays that hang out in packs and hide out there, we came across a group and managed to walk out without any problems, luckily. Please also be careful when you hang around at night, because this is when the strays are more alert. Mostly, they are friendly, but you can never take the chance.
