The hotel itself is great: large rooms, plenty of amenities, useful items like rice cookers for free or a small rental charge, extremely clean, high quality bedding and Imabari towels, full kitchen, TV, some of the most comfortable futons I've slept on in 10 years of traveling here, excellent AC/heater in every room, combo washer/ dryer. But the service and kindness of the staff here is what makes this more than a 10/10. I had a medical emergency, and the staff went through the effort of calling around to find a hospital that could speak English, despite us being in a very non touristy area. When the ambulance arrived, the kindest woman from the front desk came onto the ambulance with us and translated for us and stayed until the ambulance left. We also had multiple deliveries and pickups, which they were incredibly patient and helpful with. Thank you so much to everyone who works there for all of your patience and assistance. If you have a reason to stay in Warabi, this is the hotel to pick every time.

It's hardly a complaint, but the only way this could be better is if the large private balcony was kept a little cleaner and maybe had some chairs so we could really enjoy it. We stayed there for a long while, and that was the only thing that wasn't completely perfect

Great location, convenient to walk to the nearest train station. Facilities are sufficient for use. Quiet environment. The green tea is good I'm taste. Very Clean.

Everything is great. Just a little miner things... Would be nice if there is a light at the entrance (inside the apartment), and provide a mitten or clip, for taking the plate out of the oven after cooking.😅 Didn't know why the TV turned on at 6:30am automatically once during our stay. 😅

It were only less than 10 min walk from train station, so it was not too far to walk. The elevator was comfortable cause of the suitcases. The apartment was spacious and clean. Enough space to open few suitcases. If there is a chance I would stay here again. The body shampoo, shampoo and treatment are scentless. Just for information if you want to bring your own good smelling stuff with you.

The Wi-Fi was not very stable. So it was better to use my own Data… You have to give every time the room key at reception desk when you leave the hotel and get the key at reception when arriving back.

Spacious. Comfortable bed. Smart blanket, two layers folded together. Simply unplug the button to detach them if you find the room too hot. Coffee machine is an added benefit. Close to shops and LIFE Supermarket, 5 min walk. Get to the East exit of Warabi station, follow the main road, only take you 5 min to the hotel. Very pleasant reception staff. You feel warm and helpful when talking to them. The blind separating the living and dining areas are smart too. For two guests doing two activities; one is dining at the table while the other sleeping, accommodating.

The frying pan, scratched, should be replaced.

Very spacious apartment. Well equipped kitchen. The staff was very friendly, had a very good level of English which is difficult to find in Japan. They helped with every request we had in a very kind way.

The location. It is very far away from the attractions in Tokyo l, it was also difficult to find restaurants during the day, during night the place comes to live and then it is easier.

Room is very large compared to others in Japan. Everything looked very clean. Especially in the kitchen. It's close to Warabi station and has supermarkets and convinient stores nearby.

An electric kettle would have been great.

Wonderful, helpful and professional staff. Easy communication for non-Japanese, English only guest. SILENT room. Washing machine with easy to follow directions. Great kitchenette. Spotlessly clean. Comfy bed...Wifi was quick too.

Is was just right !

Not in central Tokyo, but very well connected, so places like Tokyo Station, Ikebukuro, Shinjuku, are quite easy to reach and not too far. The apartment is big, clean, and has everything one might need. Staff is really nice.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Asked for extra pillows and new towels which they obliged.

Location was a 10 min slow walk to the train station. As it was cold, most of the time we took a cab which added up to expenses. Otherwise, all was good.

The staff were amazing and kind, always attentive and ready to help. We stayed in the cafe room, and it was spacious and well equipped with all of the modern necessities for a nice vacation stay. My friend and I highly recommend this place for business or pleasure travel.
