I liked the staffs attention to detail at check in. They gave us great recommendations and the room was immaculately cleaned prior to our arrival.

I did not like the pool and the absence of a spa. The pool was little and the water looked a bit merky. I only saw one person dare to enter but I would not... though I wouldve liked to

Staff was extremely accommodating and helpful with our late check-in and arranging an airport shuttle pickup, even with our snowboards and large bags. Breakfast was awesome - tons of options. Beds were super comfortable, and rooms had adequate soundproof windows/walls so that we didn't notice the planes flying in/out of the airport.

Nothing negative to say, we really enjoyed our quick stay!

To be honest I’ve never stayed in a hotel with 2 TV’s in my room. Lol The room was nice and cozy and clean. Pool was warm and lovely.

Not a lot I didn’t like. There was a hole in my mom’s fitted sheet which may have been an oversight. Not a huge deal, but not a good look. The fridge could stand to be replaced. Loved the pool, but that could probably use a makeover too…seems to be some aging.

Clean and well appointed rooms!

My card wouldn’t work because their system has older machines!! The front desk check in was a nightmare because of this!! The manager at front(Rachael) was not very accommodating and very loud in telling us our card was declined!! Everyone in lobby was aware of the card being declined (her words) !! The other girls even felt sorry for us Jill, Christina!! They were very professional and lower toned!

I truly love this hotels chain, rooms are huge, with a living room, everything is up to date. Our room even had 2 tvs but one of them didn’t seem to work. We came there late just for one night so I didn’t try to fix it, one modern tv with everything was more than enough. Pool is perfect, bathroom is great, no flaws

Very nice room with nice beds, pillows, TVs and sitting area. Staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was good but after a long holiday weekend, were without yogurt, bananas, regular milk (did have oat and low-fat milk), etc. But did have excellent choice of nuts for oatmeal (and theoretically yogurt), such as walnuts and sesame seeds. Surprisingly quiet in the room despite location next to the airport (sound-proof windows that actually work, I guess).

Main complaint: Shower curtain in Room 316 needs to be replaced immediately. Moldy and gross at the bottom.

Great location. Plentiful parking. Wonderful staff! Jill at front desk checking us in went above and beyond. The room was spacious, attractive and clean. Breakfast was delicious. The woman in charge of breakfast did a great job. Shuttle ride to airport was a huge help.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful with our large group of kids. Food during the weekend was fabulous. Rooms were the cleanest I've seen in hotels. Couldn't hear anyone in the next room we loved that.

We stayed an extra night and Monday morning we were really looking forward to the Waffles and eggs but there was no waffles to make and the eggs were an omlett with pepers the kids wouldn't touch. If the eggs didn't have the pepers and was just eggs or had the option of either would have been great so we had to leave to go to get them food. The people who take their dogs out need to do better cleaning up dog poop there was a lot of dog poop around. We did have my service dog ( seizure allert) and we loved the bags provided to pick up her poop when we forgot to grab ours didn't want to to knock a point for others not picking up their own responsibilities outside.

Beds extremely comfortable. Different protein selections available for breakfast, along with some gluten-free:). Night staff very helpful.

Had a rental car return to airport late at night and shuttle ride did not work as first explain. Other staff took care of the issue.

Very close to airport. Modern and clean.

Air handler was noisy. Stopped and started.
