I think the breakfast could have been better. The bacon was nothing but crumbs and pieces. If you're going to have sausage have both pork and turkey, not just turkey.

After traveling for 4 plus hours we were ready to get into our room and relax. We arrived at approximately 4:00pm and our room was not ready due to issues with staffing in house keeping. The person at the front desk was very apologetic. We were not the only ones who had to wait.

The breakfast had plenty of choices and sufficient quantities. The location was fairly easy to find. The room was of good size for three people overnight. The check in staff was pleasant and very helpful in answering my questions.

The bathtub was very slippery, a person could easily have their feet slip and fall. The bathroom could use a touch up, it was looking a bit worn. The toilet paper was very thin and rough.

Booked a two bedroom suite. After check in we went to our room and it was a two bed in one room layout. We went back to front desk and they told us that they didn’t even have any two bedroom suites. The only reason we stayed there was because of getting the extra bedroom so that sucked! We feel that was on booking.com so will not be using them in the future. The hotel was otherwise good and had a good breakfast.

The staff was courteous and it offered convenient and quick check-in which was important when we arrived at 11:30 PM.

The complimentary breakfast included a pancake maker which was great for my kids. Unfortunately, it was shut down by 9 AM even though breakfast was open until 9:30 AM. My kids were disappointed.

The location was great. The breakfast was very good and we appreciated that it started so early at 6 am. All our interactions with the staff went well. They were pleasant and helpful. This fulfilled all our expectations for location, staff and breakfast. It was great!

Stayed twice. Once on the drive out to Colorado and once on the way back. Both times the staff was super friendly, the rooms were super clean, and its a great location right off the highway with a gas station and a few places to eat. If you are passing through and needing a good place to lay your head for a night or 2 would highly recommend.

Enjoyed the quiet location and the staff. The hotels cleanliness was great as well.

I booked the room with the intention of using the pool for the children for my sons birthday and found out that the pool was cold and could not be swam in do to temperature. As a big booking point for me I was really disappointed as we're the kids.

Robert checked us in, gave us extra towels and answered all of our questions! The staff was attentive and kind. The hotel was very clean. We didn’t eat the complimentary breakfast, but it looked good.

There was not hot tub to enjoy. We were looking forward to relaxing after a long day of driving, but there wasn’t a spa to sit in and read.

It was Christmas eve when we checked in. A bit past midnight. The front desk person was kind and to the point and available upon entry. Our beds were very comfortable and my husband and i are very particular about our beds. Breakfast was available when we left first thing Christmas morning. Hot coffee, and many options both healthy and substantial with a microwave available if we wanted breakfast sandwiches. It was Christmas day so we knew the entire warm breakfast wasn't going to be available. But the spread was perfect. We checked out quickly and the men working were friendly despite having to miss their Christmas morning with family.

The pillows... the pillows were either too thick or the pillow was smaller but lumpy.

Clean, friendly facility. Very welcoming. Good breakfast. Nice location.

Only negative would be the shower head was positioned very high up. Maybe8 feet up and no way to direct the water.
