The location is wonderful. Very close to ski lifts, shops, skating rinks, rentals, cafes and restaurants. Also located at the beginning of New Gudauri, close to the entrance. Polite and attentive staff responded quickly to our requests. Тhey allowed us to leave our suitcases in the room for a couple of hours after check-out, for example.

The complex consists of several buildings; they have block numbers on them, but no names of apartments. Therefore, even with a driver who spoke Georgian, it was difficult to find these apartments. I hope this is because the complex is new and they have not finished the external design. There are ski lockers, but no luggage лоцкерс or room where you can leave things for a few hour.

The property is newly renovated, quite spacious and most importantly in the best Location there is. Nikolas the host was very friendly, took care of us and was there to accommodate our needs. The place is Walking distance from restaurants and ski lifts. The apartment is well insulated with good heating and new bathroom. The view is outstanding and the building is quiet and clean.

Wifi reception could be improved but was still ok

Underground car park conveniently located, so you don’t have to navigate the mess of New Gudauri. Easy to get to gondola with ski boots etc- great boot locker room to use.

Noise travels and the elevator is very annoying, thin towels- but nothing that would put me off staying again.

Very good location, near to Gondola, just 3 min walk. Host is very friendly and helpful, response very quickly to the questions.

Only one thing what I would improve is more amenities in the flat.

The distance to the ski lifts, rentals and even restaurants is very close to the property. Balcony provided a good view.

For the price it seems too expensive - no toiletries, no tissue even in the kitchen or free drinking water bottle at least.

It was clean, new and close to facilitates

Very modestly furnished apartments. The apartments are intended exclusively for sleeping, showering, and using the toilet. As for the kitchen, there are almost no dishes, and there is no microwave. In the toilet, the sink and its cabinet are not secured, and the faucet is loosely hanging – a small detail, but it looks odd. When taking a shower, water spills out of the cabin, and there is nothing to collect it with, as a mop is missing.

A new apartment block in an excellent location in new Gudauri. 5-10 minutes to walk to the restaurants, ski shops and ski lifts. The apartments have very good heating and heating insulation so even though it was cold outside, snowing on a few of the days, inside we were walking around in shorts and t-shirts (maybe too good as we ended up turning the heating off before going to sleep but would still end up opening the balcony door let cool air in. Good hot water and water pressure in the shower The host was very communicative, answering all our queries and also organized taxi's to/from Tbilisi airport for us. he also honoured our request to have the 2 apartments we were booking to be close to each other Nicolas the manager was also very helpful, was on hand to welcome us when we arrived, speaks excellent English and gave very good recommendations of where to eat, rent equipment and buy essentials.

We booked 2 one bedroom apartments. From the photos we deduced that the apartments would be studio apartments, not one bedroom apartments. What did surprise us was the apartments we were allocated had French balconies, not proper balconies, The apartment block does have apartments with proper balconies as well. When we queried this with the host he said it was because we had requested 2 rooms next to each other. We had to pay for the booking in cash. We found the beds to be on the firm side It would have been nice if there was a microwave or oven in the kitchen. There was also no trash bin, washing liquid or dish rack for the kitchen. Nor was there a plug for the basin in the bathroom. Our rooms were on the first floor close to the locker room and back entrance which made it quite noisy when people were returning at all hours of the night
