I was so happy to snag a room here! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. I did not plan on this stay. I booked it online ten minutes before walking in. They were so nice to me and my dog. We got stuck in the ice/ snow storm- traveling to Arizona. Breakfast was hot and great! Other guests were cordial and not loud. They were icing the entrances too. Loved that they had a dedicated dog area. Lots of parking. Clean bathroom and comfy beds. Also… I LOVED THAT THEY WERE ALL DECORATED FOR CHRISTMAS. Felt so festive. 💚

The side door didn’t open (to be fair I was warned) but it was cold lol just inconvenient.

Breakfast had a good variety to choose from. We had a problem with our room smelling strong with air freshener and or sanitizer which put me into an asthma attack. The staff was great at finding us another room. Our friends had a dog and the staff gave them dog treats when checking it, nice touch.

Only thing that I didn't like was the coffee

We are traveling on a motorcycle from Richmond Virginia to the Grand Canyon and back. On this particular day, we hit rain, wind and hail coming along Route 66. We were drenched and frozen when we arrived. The hotel is older and kind of run down, but we had a delightful stay. The beds were ok, the bathroom was clean with a good hot shower with awesome pressure. What made this stay so memorable was the guy working the front desk. He was super kind, unlocking and allowing the 4 of us to take our delivered pizza into the breakfast area. He was picking up extra hours because someone had quit the day before. Very nice guy. The breakfast was amazing, above and beyond what we were expecting, based on the reviews. I don't think we will ever be traveling through this town again, but if we were to find ourselves there, we'd definitely stay here again.

Location, clean, comfy bed and pillows, and quiet. Breakfast area was cute, well stocked items, both hot and cold. The evening clerk was very nice and friendly.

It needs an update to freshen it up a bit. Dark carpet in dark halls and rooms makes the place too dark overall.

Would of like room cleaned and bed change more. I had to ask after day to 2 of stay for room to be cleaned and fresh towels

The room was a good value for the price. Clean. Easy and fast check in process. Would stay here again but I wouldn't recommend it to someone looking for and expecting a luxury stay.

The hotel itself is dingy, rundown, and in need of renovations, it simply looks and feels old - not to be confused for dirty; the room and bathroom were clean, just in need of paint, remodeling, touchups, updating, etc. I lifted the mattress and didn't see any signs of bed bugs or infestations. Be mindful that ghe location is near a trailer park, several motels, and older run down businesses, but the town is significantly smaller and has much lower crime rates than the nearest big city (Albuquerque). I would stay here again for the value; at the end of the day you're getting a clean room in a better part of town than the surrounding options. You get what you pay for, so don't expect this to be in the same league as the Ritz-Carlton.

Only didn’t like that the weekly rate was just out of my budget otherwise I booked my 10 months here. (They actually tried their best to work with me which is amazing!)

Room was meticulously clean and very comfortable. Front desk clerk was so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was the best of all the hotels we stayed at during our two weeks of travel. We will stay there again and will recommend to everyone.

The outside hides the absolute wonderfulness of the hotel.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Property was conveniently located near I-40 on old US-66 and easy to get to. Wifi worked well. Room was clean and furniture was comfortable.

The property is older (though well-maintained) so it is missing some of the amenities one might expect from a more modern property, like an elevator to the second floor. Door lock was a little fussy so the oldest member of our party had a little bit of trouble getting in and out of the room.

Overall it's a nice place. Interior locks on doors. TV worked well. Pretty much everything was good.

Wi-fi was a little slow, the scrambled eggs were cold, and the ice machine dispensed slush. Still those are minor things.
