We loved the staff and the facilities were amazing! We felt like we were at home ! So relaxing 😌!

We didn't like the mosquitoes in the pool area but they did have an electric bug zapper so we knew they were trying to keep it nice.

Everything was exceptional during my stay. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Made me and my family feel at home. Highly recommend staying here. Will be returning in the future and will suggest to all my friends and family.

The location was in a busy mall area that allowed for a variety of places to eat

The pillows in the room appear to be big and fluffy until you lay on them and they go flat and hard. My back hip and knees hurt the next morning and the bright flashing light on the ceiling detector kept me up all night along with the bad pillows.

Breakfast was good. There was no oatmeal by 9am. Which was disappointing. Location was great next to Dillard’s, and lots of places to eat! Pool and hot tub were amazing.

The AC in my room was very bad. Kept waking up at night due to it being very hot and humid in the room, even though I put a set temperature.
