We were looking for an affordable, dog-friendly stay for our cross-country road trip! We stayed there on the way there AND back. We were drawn to this property because it was in a perfect location - there are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. It was really clean, and it was easy for our dog to get comfortable in the space. We also loved that the bed was comfortable & the breakfast was pretty great.

I think it could use some updates to the showers - the linen curtains let way too much water through. I also think it would be nice to have streaming capabilities (Netflix, Hulu, etc) on the tvs.

Breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices of both hot and cold food. Room was very clean and well maintained with furniture in good condition. Had a sit-down living room with separate TV and dresser. Kitchen contained a stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and dishwasher and was well stocked with plates, glasses, and silverware. Hotel was located in a safe neighborhood in Albuquerque and shopping centers were just a short walk away.

Towels were very rough to the skin and need to be upgraded. Some torn wallpaper in the hallways that need to be fixed. Bathrooms are somewhat dated but were functional and clean. Printer in lobby to print airline tickets was broken and there was no note to inform hotel customers.

Our room was more than we expected with a kitchen and living area, separate from the bedroom. Very quiet. The first hotel I have stayed at where I did Not have to wear noise cancelling earbuds. We will be sure to stay here next time we are in Albuquerque.

The only thing is the room needed a little more maintenance, small things like a drawer that would not stay closed, and the remotes for the T.V. not working correctly.

Favorite dog friendly hotel during long roadtrip. Dog was welcomed with a goody bag and he still plays with his little toy every day since! Free bottled water at the lobby was a welcome sight after a long day on the road. Located near a lot of shops and restaurants - was able to walk over and pick up CPK for takeout - but lobby also had plenty of snacks and drinks for purchase. Clean, spacious, and wonderful staff to assist with any and all questions!

Exceptionally clean rooms, nice suites with fully stocked kitchenette, and the breakfast in the mornings had a very nice selection of hot and cold foods. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and working, and the location was perfect. Also you cannot beat the view of the mountains.

The 2 associates could’ve been better at their customer service skills, answering sarcastically wasn’t appreciated. I was upset about the situation that had occurred with my booking but I wasn’t disrespectful to them so I didn’t understand why one associate just sat there and looked at me like it wasn’t his problem and wasn’t gonna help and the other associate attempted to help but became sarcastic in her tone. I paid twice for my reservation just so I wouldn’t have to deal with those 2 any longer and decided to handle the issue over the phone with the booking company instead.

I love Homewood for a long time now. This room was a little smaller than other Homewood room I stayed, but still very comfortable and cozy, they always gives us very nice treatment, friendly, sweet, and respectful. I love that the room have a little door separating the beds from the living room and kitchenette, we everything we need in the kitchenette, and the location was perfect, across the street we have restaurants and more.

I was expecting a little more for breakfast since we stayed in other Homewood and the breakfast selection was more extensive.

The breakfast was good, the room was large and had all required amenities (microwave, large refrigerator, kitchen sink, AC, WLAN, etc.). The staff was very kind and helpful. Also there are a lot of parking spaces at the hotel, so there was never a problem to find a space. Nearby the hotel you can find some malls, fast food restaurants, gas stations and a Walmart to buy food and drinks.

The only thing that should be improved is the sound of the AC, which was very loud. We had to switch if off in the night so that we could sleep. One minor improvement suggestions is also to have more possibilities to hang things up e.g. towels.

The location is the BEST! There were plenty of places to walk to eat and shopping. The room was perfect and the bed was comfortable. Above all, the room was very clean.

Our room over looked the pool, which meant there was a light right outside our window. We found it too bright for us (we prefer a pitch black room to sleep). Water pressure in the shower was weak.

Loved breakfast and the coffee bar...loved having an iron and ironing board in room.

You have a male employee at the location we stayed at who apparently thought it was ok to use LOUD, foul language when he's upset with a coworker...and was ok to do this early in the AM when there were several guests in the lobby, breakfast area...would not stay there again with an employee like that working there...
