Beautiful Hotel. Very nice room. Close to the shopping center. It was very quiet. There's a parking garage for your car which is nice.

For what we paid, a free breakfast would have been nice. They charge a pretty hefty fee for breakfast. And the luggage carts are a joke. Tiny little carts that do not hold much. Everyone had to use two of them to get their luggage to the room. So there were never any carts available. We had to sit in the lobby and wait for someone to bring theirs back. Also our bathroom door wouldn't close. We were there two days and told twice they'd be up to fix it, never came.

We stayed one night on our way to Kanab, Utah, over Spring Break. It appeared to be recently renovated or built. Everything was very clean. The beds were comfortable, and our 9 and 11 year old enjoyed the indoor pool. Convenient location to shopping and restaurant and it's just off of I-40.. We would stay here again.

When we booked the room, it stated that a buffet breakfast was included. When we went down for breakfast, there was no open buffet breakfast available. Staff looked at us like we were crazy when we inquired about the breakfast. I provided them with our invoice which stated that breakfast was included. They allowed us to order breakfast without any further charge. It was a very uncomfortable and embarrassing situation.

Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and courteous. The hotel was located in a great part of Alburquerque where we walked each night for a great dinner. We loved the room and it was quite spacious.

When I asked housekeeping for trash I was denied, I had to go to front seat to get them… I had a family of 5 I didn’t want to leave trash in our room, housekeeping is a hard job

The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were soft just like I like them. The room was clean and the a/c kept the room cool.

The only thing that I found amiss was in the bathroom. The floor around the toilet was "soft" and the toilet rattled when you stepped near it. Also, the bathroom door squeaked.

One of your employees that tended the bar and breakfast area was amazing. She went above and beyond to help me with my 83 year old mother. This employee is the reason we will for sure come back.

It was a pleasant stay, but nothing extraordinary.

We encountered a lot of construction activity, which unfortunately resulted in a nail puncturing one of our tires.

The location was safe. It was clean. Breakfast included.

If wanted to see Netflix had to pay. Wanted the receipt to reflect the actual payers name. Front desk refused to change the name

Location is good. The staff were nice.

I didn't get my request for disability accommodations, such as a bathroom with grab bars and accessible shower with bench seat. I also asked for a room close distance to an elevator due my mobility problem. I also fell due to my shoe getting tugged in the carpet and had to get help in getting up due my prosthetic leg.
