We loved the location so we could walk around and shop! We loved the quietness even tho its on a busy street you would never know! There was one lady who was very very nice I did not get her name but she was a brunette mid length hair she was super sweet and amazing!! The Housekeepers!!! Were so sweet!!! Helpful and funny 😁 I had to go to the ER and the lady at the front took care of it for me and called 911

It said on the website there was a laundry facility but there wasn't also breakfast isn't very long.

The room was very nice. The hotel was clean and the empliyees were wonderful . Breakfast was well above average and well stocked.

During our stay a fellow guest had all four tires stolen from his car. We asked and were told no security cames in the parking lot. There appwared to be no security cams in the hallway or public areas. Suprised that a hyatt branded hotel woyld miss this!, especially in Albuquwrque.

The room was big and clean and decorated nicely - had many little surprises like the wireless phone charger , the little bonus sink in the front area, the magical light in the bathroom . The location is great - a two minute walk to restaurants / shopping . A 5 min walk to Trader Joe’s

I honestly cannot think of anything I did not like

Room was good set up a bit awkward, the beds facing the sink and mirror, a bit cramped there. While the mini kitchen more like a big empty space. Hard to keep luggage nearby. The breakfast was excellent, very nice healthy choices. As a tea drinker I appreciated the upgraded assortment.Location perfect for restaurants and shopping.

The arrangement of the room, a bit awkward and for us didn’t encourage use. We mostly stayed on the bed side.

Breakfast was very substantial. A nice variety of cold and hot items I think that would satisfy every appetite. Coffee was outstanding. They can make some specialty coffees if you’re interested. All served in a very cozy dining area.

Can’t think of a thing we didn’t like. Hotel was clean and well maintained, room was cleaned every day, every member of staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a view of the Sandia Mountains and a very lovely upscale outdoor mall is just across the street. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Great location and very delicious breakfast served in the morning with either fresh or frozen fruit. The suits was very big and had lots of space, including a table and a desk. Overall very good experience, wished I could have stayed for longer.

The location to stores, restaurants, and a fabulous gelato cafe.

There was no hand soap, the cleaning services were sporadic and the elevators were slow and one broke down on my final day.

The location was excellent for our stay, shopping and in close proximity to the interstate. Noise level in the room was minimal and there was plenty of space for our family. The coffee and breakfast Items are very much appreciated.

The bottom level was definitely crowded in the breakfast area. A room key is needed to access the elevator.

The breakfast was fantastic! When I saw breakfast included I thought it would be the usual display of a few sad, bruised fruit and dried out pastries or bagels... But no! Oatmeal, fruit,cereals, bagels, eggs, sausages,bacon etc. Was delightful. The staff, one gentleman in particular was super friendly and helpful. Also, loved the sweet little cat that frequents the parking lot.

Shower in the room looked like it needed some cleaning and an update.

Location was excellent to shopping, restaurants. Walk ability to most venues. Breakfast was good and service excellent. Staff was more than accommodating. They were pleasant and ensured we had a pleasant experience.
