Receptionist on arrival was helpful and kind (throughout my stay) and my upgraded double was comfortable, big and stylish with a large balcony overlooking the village and hills. The public spa facilities were excellent, if confusing to a foreigner - this is not a Santa Fe or Six Senses sort of place but for medical rehab and families as well, and the sauna is naked (with some inexplicable exceptions). Food quality was good - it’s mostly buffet and healthy - even if the mains were cooked to death.

Restaurant service (restaurant is in a different hotel) was neglectful, confusing and unfriendly, aside from one waiter - it was unpleasant enough that I didn’t go for breakfast, which was included, to not have that experience start the day. Maybe this just what to expect with all-inclusive places?

Great art hotel, clean and tidy, with a very good selection of tasty breakfast and dinner. The spa is nice and not too crowdy, and the pool is great to relax and enjoy different water massaging areas. It is next to a park, and 5 minutes away from the forrest with a hiking trail next to the river. A great choice for a family with kids, looking for a calm weekend getaway.

Rooms are big and really well equipped. Lobby has nice caffe with fireplace and a piano. Everything is running smoothly, functional, hotel is nicely decorated and most importantly, clean. Breakfast buffet was excellent. The pool is big enough and with several massages, also hot tub. We had a great rest!

Dinner buffet was confusing at first, took some time until we figured out that we can also order some extra food from the menu (that wasn't on the buffet).

the bar in the hotel is always open and they re friendly. but when I asked a gin lemon they were not able to satisfy my request. from my perspective it s important to know how to prepare some simple drinks. after a discussion with another waiter they made a gin lemon. problem solved but i suggest more training to the stuff

One of the best hotel experiences in my life. Truly exceeded my expectations - spacious room, very kind and helpful stuff, beautiful surroundings, and delicious food were just amazing. Option to stay in the spa after checking out is very nice and makes the whole experience unforgettable. I wish prosperity to the hotel and to each person who works there.

The hotel is located in a small village. Location is great, quiet and surrounded with forest. Hotel itself is very clean and modern. It is part of one of the oldest thermal spa resorts in Slovenia. It's connected with pools with thermal water and Balnea fun park. It has modern, clean rooms with everything you need. Our room had massage tubs and very good Wi-Fi. There is plenty of sunlight since the whole balcony wall is a window. Panoramic passageway leading to Vitarium Spa & Beauty is very nice and it takes you directly from your hotel to Spa area with slides, jets and a proper swimming pool where you can actually swim. Staff is very tentative, nice and very helpful. Food is delicious 😋, They have huge variety of locally produced ingredients. For lunch and dinner you can choose from three options as a main course. The rest is self serving.

The only thing it might need improvement are the idioms, proverbs, and expressions in the elevator. They are printed on the wall of elevators. Some of them might not be politically correct and some people might find it offensive.

Kind staff, clean facilities. Food was excellent.

Because of the record breaking high temperatures outside the room airconditioning seemed too weak. The hotel is in need of better technical maintenance - the sink and bath have troubles emptying watter.

Pools are good, rooms nice and big, toilette also bigger than usual. We took half board, which for really small difference vs.breakfast only was really good valur for the money.

The bed was ok, comfy, but super creaky... which is oy minus I can mention about this hotel.

Last line: Good Hotel Good breakfast (not excellent) For families is perfect because of 3 pools. We were in suite it was big but the balcone is not worth.

The pools are open for guests and far from rooms. Dinner I was surprised that the walter bring the check suddenly and i didnt know that i suppose to pay for drinks, no one explain before.
