We were surprisingly upgraded and satisfied with the shift as we got a huge balcony among other privileges. Only, the bathroom was a bit difficult for my mother because of the tub instead of a shower. Comfortable access to the swimming pools, both new and "old"; cute settlement, remote, peaceful; cozy and homey atmosphere within a delicate temporary community (mostly patients in rehab programs). Delicious meals, almost too rich - one feels privileged to be served so well.

We couldn't find out the central/general method of giving information. Of course, we managed to get the necessary info, but it was a result of a complex interview method on various locations. It is not something we disliked, not at all, but it seemed quite unusual.

Very friendly staff, excellent meals, really nice pools and spa area. Big like for saunas included in accommodation price.

Noise in the room, but this is not necessarily applicable to all rooms (depending on room position).

Termalni bazeni, mir, tisina, sprehodi, okolisce, odlicna hrana, itd...

Breakfast and dinner are very good, constantly something new of delicacies. Location is perfect.

The animations in the saunas are excellent.

Everything was ok.

Hotel is on nice location, connected with a new one and all shared facilities are really good . breakfast/dinner offers - high marks spa center quite nice as well , with hot pool and saunas, polite staff at the reception, lady which was mopping floors literally did not take breaks

we stayed at room 108 which is literally in elevator lobby ( okay there is a trocadero room between elevator door and room door) beside position which disables privacy, even the room size was not as per showed on photographs during booking basically room was big big disappointment

Top floor room gave lovely view & useful separate desk area. Very good reception staff. Shares excellent facilities with next door Balnea

Hot water tank next to room was quite noisy.

I like the proximity to the wellness center and the friendliness of the staff. The woman that worked the front desk was a delight. She was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, but got boring over a week stay as the menu did not change. The village is lovely with a small grocery within a minute walk and a larger market within a 3 minute drive. The attached spa is a nice bonus, but the best part was the sauna, where relaxation was key.

There were just some small annoyances that took away from my stay. As far as the room, it's an other building and decor. The bed wasn't that comfortable and leaving the windows open for fresh air invited spiders to take up residency on my ceiling. (RIP) The COVID restrictions were raised while I was there and the breakfast staff started policing mask usage, telling guests they had to wear a mask, yet almost all of the staff wore their masks with their noses completely exposed. My last complaint has to do with the sauna: They have a sign forbidding mobile phones and bags, yet this was not enforced. Almost every visit to the spa I had people with phones. One guy had a phone, earbuds in a cooler and a soda on the sun deck. Earlier in week a woman was there on a video call with me in the background in a state of nature.
