The staff was amazing, very friendly, helpful, eager to help, accommodating always appeared to be peppy. The entire facility was clean and there were always people about working to keep it that way. It was very accessible friendly. The lobby was inviting, comfy, and we enjoyed relaxing there with a coffee in the afternoon between activities and suppertime. Will definitely stay here again if we are back this way.

The coffee was luke warm at best in the afternoon. It would be nice to have a nice hot coffee in the afternoon. There was noise from the airport but not excessive. It was difficult to get out on to the Alcoa hwy but not impossible.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. We appreciated the lemon water available at all times in the lobby and a fridge in our room. The location was super convenient for one night stays right by the airport when our flights came in and left in the middle of the night and our actual vacation stay was 90 minutes away from the airport.

While I appreciated the provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion being a nicer brand and being available in large bottles, we personally would have preferred a less toxic (scent-free) version. I know a hotel can’t accommodate everyone’s needs and we had our own soap on hand. That’s just me being extremely nit picky for review purposes.

From the moment we were checking in, Aaron was so nice and helpful. He realized we had our dogs with us, but the reservation didn't show that. So he accommodated immediately with a ground floor room right near one of the exit doors, making access to taking them out so much easier. The rooms are so nice and clean. Loved, loved, loved the fact there was no carpet to worry about with our dogs. ( no water or food could spill and stain) As someone who travels with our dogs a lot, this was a huge plus!! The options we had for breakfast each morning were perfect. I always look forward to the waffles and am so excited to see them available. The eggs, potatoes, and sausage topped it all off. The coffee was delicious. Very good selection for all your likings. The staff was definitely great.

Website says the shuttle runs through 11 PM- had I not called- I wouldn’t have been picked up from the airport. Why do you say the shuttle runs through 11 - then have ONE person working the desk and shuttle? He was very nice though- not his fault. I blame La Quinta- I was a single females at the airport outside at 10:30 PM and had to call to get picked up.

The front desk manager at night, Aaron was AMAZING. He was nice, but he went above and beyond. The telephone in the room we stayed in did NOT work. So when we wanted to call to the front desk to arrange a shuttle to the airport in the morning, we couldn't get through. And then I couldn't search the actual hotel location telephone number online, but fortunately, Aaron was able to see that we were trying to reach the front desk somehow, and he tried to contact us on the hotel phone but realized it didn't go through, so he called my cell phone. How is THAT for taking initiative?! I was SO SO impressed! He asked if we'd like to get assistance to repair the phone that night and we said, no, we were just going to bed and didn't need it. So the phone needs fixing, but Aaron is a rock star!

Firstly, the staff are excellent. Aaron in particular is a delight. Check in is quick and no fuss. I stayed here at the start and end of my holiday as it is very close to the airport. I didn't personally find the noise from the planes too much. You are aware but not overly disturbed. The room is spacious enough with a decent size tub and overall bathroom. The wifi holds up well. The level of cleanliness is good. The room came with a microwave and fridge, both working. Bed was comfortable with enough pillows, certainly for one. Breakfast is varied with both hot and cold food. Parking is easy and there are many eateries within walking distance.

I had read something on a previous review, and I found it to be true the second stay. The vent in the bathroom can be very noisy, even with the bathroom door shut. Some of the other guests are very early risers, usually workmen staying, and they have a habit of deciding that since they are up, everyone else should be, and hold loud conversations in the hallways or slam their room doors. This is not the fault of the hotel, however.

Aaron, late afternoon/evening staff who checked us in on arrival was awesome! Very friendly and his customer service rocked. He always acknowledged us when we passed the desk during our 6 night stay. The rest of the desk staff avoided eye contact and did not even smile. Upron (sorry not sure of spelling) who checked us out was very pleasant like Aaron. Breakfast was good but items could be alternated for variety.

Stayed 6 days and same selection each day for breakfast. Could use a change every other day. Housekeeping of our room was not done daily. We went down to the desk to get our towels for 3 days in a row. Also trash was not emptied nor bed made.

great comfortable place.....the big plus was the indoor heated swimming pool. TV/WIFI/Coffee in room....all what was needed was great. I would only give a minus comment to breakfast.

Suprising for such a great place, to get orange juice which consisted in let's say 20% juice and 80% water. Apart this, I would have expected some yoghurt which were not when I showed up.

The property was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful with questions about the area, there are several eating places within a walking distance This is a great place to stay for easy access to the airport. The hotel has a free shuttle service to the airport The rooms were very nice our room had a nice view of the mountains, The pool was clean and has a laundry area to do laundry, They have a breakfast buffet in the mornings Very pleasant!

I arrived in the pouring rain and under the awning was the shuttle and a patrons car which they were not planning to move…I had to ask for the car to be moved so I could get my luggage out of the trunk without getting drenched. There should always be at least one lane open under the awning.
