Nice location near the River, good facilities, nice room. Running trail along river - 3.5 miles out and back both directions.
Really poor breakfast. Why can’t American hotels figure out how to do this? A little attention to aesthetics and a modest increase in cost would go a long way.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very professional. They answered and resolved all questions and concerns.
I don’t know what was going on with the a/c on the hallway, but it was extremely hot & humid. Also my room was damp. The walls were sweating & the bed felt like it was damp from the excessive humidity in the room.

The fact that I reserved 1 room for 2 adults and was given a 2 bedroom and I only used 1 and not sure if I'll be charged for it

It’s a very quiet and nice hotel.
The price is kinda high because there are hotels 3 minutes from it that cost $60 less.

I really enjoyed the local artwork that was in our room. Seeing the pictures of the Natchez bridge and the hot air balloons was a nice touch. Even the couch that was in our room was exceptionally comfortable. Also, the walk-in shower was quite nice.
The only "complaint" would have been that since the shower in our room only has a half door, the water was splashing out on to the floor. We just put an extra towel down on the floor in front of the shower opening. Other than that, everything was amazing during our stay.

The room was very spacious. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was plenty big for our family of 6. The full kitchen was an added bonus so we could cook and not spend money on eating out. It was basically like staying in a 2 bedroom apartment. The view of the river was an added bonus! Everything was clean and the staff was top notch and so kind and courteous. If we had any needs, they didn't hesitate to supply whatever we needed. Always greeted with a smile!

I enjoyed the location on the river. I also enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was friendly.
There were no towels at the pool and none available to replace the towels in our room.
