The hotel is on the edge of town and at the end of a long beach in a quiet area. We were welcomed by a beautiful and kind receptionist, during the entire stay she very accommodatingly dealt with our requests. A nice room with a small terrace all day in the shade and a quiet part of the hotel = great. Beds and mattresses SUPER. A beautiful pool just a jump away from the room, where two lifeguards looked after us, especially MATEA immediately prepared the sunbeds on the beach by the sea where we chose :). The beach by the sea is amazing with a shallow entrance to the sea. Great bar by the pool. The hotel restaurant has a view of the amazing sea. The kitchen and the waiters are perfect, the dishes were all amazing pasta, fish and lots of vegetables and fruits. The kitchen and restaurant staff deserve praise :) they looked after us wonderfully. Breakfast and dinner, great praise! It's a shame that we were only there for 4 days, we will definitely come back :). The parking lot is closed by a ramp controlled by the reception, we had a rental car, so we could jump everywhere to the beautiful center or ERICE :) or the sights of SEGESTA :)

I would recommend replacing the shower corners in the rooms with new ones :)

The pool and beach areas are lovely. The rooms are spacious and clean, with plenty of storage. The staff were incredible. The breakfast buffet was also amazing, with everything from cereals, pastries, bread and cold cuts, to omelettes and pancakes.

The mattress was incredibly hard and the pillows were pretty flat. There should be more deck chairs in the pool area and I didn’t like that you had to pay an extra €20 per deck chair for a front row space by the sea. The location is a bit far from Trapani center and there weren’t many taxis operating after midnight.

It was live music every evening and pretty loud. We liked that we could listen to music from open balcony as if in concert.

Rooms very small. Difficult to move around if bed of a child put in room.

Perfect combination of relax and convenience .right on the beach, quiet and yet close to Trapani. The staff is very very nice and friendly. All of them really made the difference

Is not exactly the property, but the beach was not as nice as I expected. If I might suggest… change the singer or at least the playlist every day otherwise the guests will listen to the same songs everyday

The staff were incredibly friendly, especially the gent working the bar in the evening. Our first visit to both Trapani & Sicily we have now decided we are going to return to this hotel annually. Perfect for a relaxing break away from the town (took about 20 minutes to walk to town).

Lacks plug sockets in the room to charge phone. We had to unplug the tv to charge.

the staff were nice, the room and the pool was clean, the private beach just few steps from the hotel and toys provided for the little ones to be able to play in the sand. Great selection of breakfast but only 3 types of hot food.

zanzara/mosquito. would be beneficial to have a mosquito spray in the room as we ended up everyday with bites.

Not too impressed with the restaurant , staff whilst friendly seemed quite inexperienced and service was slow.

Lovely quiet location..nice breakfast .. excellent beach ⛱ and wonderful staff !

Beach towels for use would have been convenient ( we didn't ask as we brought )
