Room was great with a very comfy bed, pool area not overcrowded and there was plenty of choice for breakfast. Location was superb for our purposes. This was a great sun break in a city environment. Santa Cruz was not expensive to eat out.

Disappointed that the indoor swimming pool was chargeable. No mention of this when we booked. Some areas of the room and common areas of the hotel looking a little tired. Could do with maintenance. There was also a terrapin pool which was not cleaned out enough and was very dirty for most of our stay.

The neighboring park is very well kept and beats more botanic gardens I have seen. Taxi stand in front of the property. Big outdoor pool surrounded by beautiful garden within the property.

Breakfast could be a degree richer, more diversified.

Room was very comfortable and kept clean every day. The pool was great and plenty of room. And Carlos took care of everyone at the pool! Excellent spread for breakfast and reception staff were always very helpful with any questions we had about the area and recommendations. A lovely park and lots or restaurants nearby.

No real complaints. But a note on the location - Santa Cruz is very hilly and this hotel is on a hill so going to the main streets is a downhill walk and then back up on the way back. Just in case there is anyone travelling who has mobility issues, good to be aware.

For being in city center, hotel has extensive outdoor grounds, pools, green space and turtle pond. Adjacent to beautiful city park , las ramblas, bus stops and walking to Port area.

3 main issues; Housekeeping. The room didn't have a coffee maker and I had to bring up the topic on where was it. One day, Housekeeping didn't empty the garbage and didn't provide any new cups, glasses, spoons, etc. Second issue: the hotel is used for many business and government functions. Our room was on the ground floor adjacent to these events. On Sunday, the police wouldn't allow us to walk to our room. I had to get someone from the front desk to say it was ok; this is unacceptable. The hotel is not thinking about how events impact their guests. Our room was on a side street, and there a loud scooters that circle the building periodically disrupting the serenity of the property

The location has ‘classic’ 5⭐️ charm. All your staff are AMAZING and made us feel very, very welcome. I can’t remember everyone’s name but I really do mean EVERYONE. Carlos for example (working by the pool & at breakfast was super).But all your stall are excellent. We had two excellent deep tissue massage on Saturday these were of the highest standard & very professional. We use the gym as a couple and this space was immaculate and very well equipped. It was a lovely surprise to have a ‘salt water’ pool without chemicals. On Sunday evening we had a very memorable meal in the Kontiki restaurant which was absolutely delicious. I only ‘tiny’ request is the your steam room in the spa could definitely be hotter, I think that is the only thing to be considered.

All the staff were exceptionally friendly, polite and helpful, especially Rosa at reception. The building and grounds are stunning, with a nod to classic Spanish design - hands down the most beautiful hotel we've stayed in. The spa facilities were lovely, and not crowded - we especially liked the salt water pools outside. The room was very spacious and had a balcony with a panoramic view. The water refill option is a nice touch of sustainability. The buffet breakfast was one of the most varied and extensive we've seen, with the restaurant having beautiful indoor and outdoor seating areas. All in all, a 5* experience.

The air conditioning in the room was somewhat noisy, even on the lowest setting, so we had to switch it off at night. And it didn't really cool the room; it worked more like a fan. Meanwhile the spa's steam rooms could've been hotter.

What a fantastic place! The room was very comfortable and arranged keeping in mingle our family needs. Breakfast was scrumptious and food was delicious and diverse. The pool was warm and pleasant, even in December, and the poolside restaurant offered fresh and very tasty options. Across the road, a luscious park offers entertainment for the little ones with two exciting play areas, and a relaxing cafe to ease off playground fatigue. The smooth centre is a short stroll away. I could not recommend this place more. We have already booked our next stay!

There is nothing to be disliked. Just a note, the spa area is not suitable for small children ( I think it is 16+), but that is totally understandable.

The beautiful architecture, it’s ambience and the lovely gardens and surrounds. The location is fantastic with the town a short walk away and the amazing park opposite .

I didn’t like that you had to pay for Padel, the extra spa costs and that there were often no seats in the sun around the pool. I didn’t like that people put towels on lounges to reserve them yet they weren’t there. Also some people left the pool and left their towels on the lounges so you could not tell if they were being used or not. We also didn’t like that we were not given any information about the restaurants we left to find out for ourselves There was no incentive for us to eat there and the restaurant seemed to hardly have anyone in it every time we walked past.

Me and my partner stayed in this beautiful hotel whilst we were here in Tenerife so I could visit my Spanish family , the hotel was super clean and the staff always had a friendly approach and always had a smile on their faces , the pool was amazing and we always managed to find a pool bed , the other facilities were amazing and the food was absolutely worth 5 stars .

We loved everything at the hotel we have nothing that we didn’t like !!

This hotel is amazing, the lobby and the whole surroundings are simply gorgeous. The bus stop is just opposite so U can easily get to the city center, to the nearest parks or other destinations. The breakfast is varied and they offer a good selection of food and desserts. U can even taste sparking wine for breakfast .🙏 The staff is helpful and treat U like a King.
