The hotel staff was very friendly and efficient, checking in was fast. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, with many shops and restaurants nearby and there is plenty of parking around the hotel.

The room had a very strong smell of paint (room 512). It never really got quiet at night, not sure if the noise came from the elevator or from something else. The bathroom looked as if it was installed by a 5-year old, there was putty on pretty much everything, many wall tiles were broken, the little "bidet shower" leaked so the bathroom was flooded when we came back to the room after dinner. The room itself was nice but the bathroom was quite bad for a 4* hotel. We were surprised that the sliding windows opened completely on the 5th floor, no fly screen, no safety, not suitable for a family with kids I would say....

This is the first time we come to Aqaba and our stay at the hotel was a fascinating, charming and graceful experience. I liked the service at the reception, the location of the hotel which was very strategic and also the cleaning workers who clean with all their heart. Thank you for the great service we received at the hotel. The cleaning worker by the name of Mohand gave service wholeheartedly and when we asked for things he responded promptly and helpfully. Our thanks go to Omer for a lovely service. Every time we left the hotel and came back, we were greeted with a beautiful welcome and when we asked for things for our room, we were quickly answered.

A hotel lacks a number of important things in my view for any family that wants to enjoy the Jordanian atmosphere and heritage that they love so much. A. A Jordanian folklore band, or entertainment that will entertain the guests in a hotel. B. Table tennis (ping pong). C.. kosher room. d. A spa for men and women that includes indulgent pampering packages for couples

The structure is located in the city center and it is the perfect point of departure to visit the city, reach the beach, live the night life. Full of restaurants and bars on the side, the evening is really energetic in that zone. The interior is a masterpiece, well structured and local furniture: it was a please to stay on the sofa and look around. The room was very spacious and comfortable, equipped with all what is needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast is rich and various, a delicious beginning of the day. We were amazed by the kindness and disposition of the staff. They are attentive to every request and are committed to ensuring guests have a comfortable stay.

Excellent location. All the staff are kind, attentive and friendly. An elegant lobby. Very clean room and balance, with all the necessary equipment, exactly as in the description. It has a place to relax and a small swimming pool on the roof. Daily, in the room, we received tea, coffee and water. Buffet breakfast, varied and tasty. Everything was beyond expectations. It is a 3-star hotel, but it definitely deserves 4 stars. Excellent price-quality ratio. 100% recommend.

I recommend this hotel for many reasons: firstly good zone around all shopping and the beach by walking 2-clean rooms with modern form with room service and silent room 3- good men on reception fadi and omar(Jordanian ) the all of time take me as friend and purpose all dealing for small trips in city with economic prices and they suggest for me all restaurant with good price with nice quality 4- there is Egyptian one is named Ahmad work in breakfast room he only interest to see you get out from breakfast with smile and full abdomen

it was OK , could have done more on cerials and fresh fruits /Yogurts , but all was ok in general ,personnaly did not like the idea to have your coffee cup ot tea cup on the table , oit would be better to have them next to the station and filled at the station , we ended using paper cups ?

one waiter in the brakfast room was too busy with his lloks rather than picking up empty plates as they are put aside , he passsed several times and he had to be reminded to take the uised plates more than once , maybe he was busy or something else , other wise all was great . the reception team were perfect and friendly

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is perfect for exploring the area, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Location of the accommodation is great, close to the best restaurants and shops. Lots of parking spots nearby or even in front of the hotel. The lady from the reception even upgraded our room for free and gave us information regarding how to spend our time in Aqaba. The hotel has also a free shuttle bus that will take you to a private beach club.

The only thing I can think about is the lack of fruits for breakfast.

This hotel is in a great location, in a walking distance from the seaside and near the best restaurants. The hotel is very modern and inviting. The lobby is spacious and has a vibrant vibe. We stayed in a family room, which consists of two separate rooms, both rooms has ac and tv and a connecting balcony, one room with 2 single beds, fridge and coffee facilities, the other room with a king size bed and a massive wardrobe. The room was very spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The toilet was also spacious and had a variety of toiletries. All the staff was very friendly and helpful, specially Steve and Gisele. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The below to be ameliorated -Was some stains on the carpet -Airconditioner was blowing cold always on this cold night but stuff solved very fast by giving an heater which I liked . -Shower cabin was leaking water to out of cabin and water was staying on floor of bathroom.
