My husband and I loved everything about this property. The entire layout of the hotel is very unique. The hallways are super cute and different. We clearly didn’t see pictures of the room prior to paying for it bc we were so surprised to see bunk bends as we are walking into the room. We really thought it was just a simple room but no, there was even a kitchenette equipped with everything you need! I didn’t even notice the actual bedroom until I was walking back to the front door when I glance to my left and see a cute room! I was blown away by seeing a cute window that looks out to the hallway . It has metal bars so don’t worry , it very safe . The bedroom has a door behind the bedroom door that enters into the bathroom . I loved that. Not to mention we got a beautiful view of the ocean and the balcony chairs were super comfy! We truly enjoyed this room and will be staying there every time we cruise bc it’s lovely !

Needed toilet paper after 11:00 and had no way of getting any.

I liked the rooms and location of the hotel. Friendly staff.

The only thing I didn’t like is that the pools were hot. Don’t heat the pools in summer. One of the the biggest things I looked forward to on vacation is relaxing in the pool but these pools were not refreshing at all. So hot! No relaxing in the cool pool. 😒

The view and the location made it super easy to get around. Walmart, Kroger, Randall's were all within a block. The beach was easily accessible and being able to sit out on the balcony each morning and evening was super relaxing. We will definitely be back!

No maid service the entire stay. We were in charge of taking our own trash out which is fine but when we ran out of trash bags we were out of luck. Especially since it happened during the hours that their lobby was closed. Also their lobby hours are between 8 am and 8 pm, I assume most people who are traveling are leaving before 8 am to get on the road or catch a flight, with that said there was no drop box for the physical keys to go in. We had to track down security to hand in our keys. This took 30 minutes out of our time. Had we been trying to catch a flight that could have put us behind. A drop box would be very handy to have.

The rooms were a little small but overall it was great.

I didn't really care for the outdoor furniture, patio furniture would be nice and the bunk beds were not to comfortable but overall it was good.

The front staff lady on Sat night was very ugly/rude. First off Yes she knew that we had just laid my stepson to rest that morning but acted as if i didn't or couldn't read a receipt. The young man helping me check in told me a rate and charge but yet i was charged an extra $100.00.! NO1 could explain to me so here I am saying something and WILL be calling them today.

good views, good location, basic amenities as expected for what we booked and needed for our stay. master bed was actually quit comfortable. we brought our own bedding for our master bed and the daughter twin bed which made it even more comfortable for us

rooms need more toilet paper stocked as two rolls wasn’t enough for 3 people for 4 days. other guests were letting their children run and scream through the outer hallways which was only bad because the master rooms windows are right in the halls and it was 4am. property should think about implementing a quiet curfew like the Victorian property does down the street.

The location is excellent and has great access to the beach and local restaurants/Walmart.

The suite was a little dated and had a musty smell. The bedroom sheets and comforter were comfortable, but the sheets and blanket for the bunk beds were not comfortable, we had to switch them out with some blankets we thankfully brought from home.

It was clean, much cleaner than an average place on the Gulf Coast. Interior was really nice + there was a lot of lights, and all light bulbs were in place and working! This is again, something that doesn't happen too often. I was lucky to stay on the side facing the restaurant, not the 61st street, so could enjoy the view without smelling and hearing cars. Utensils are nice, all the same style.

Some basic things were missing. And they cost literally nothing, like a sponge for washing dishes or the toilet brush. There was no body wash as well, so at least one more piece of soap would be so helpful. There's no good knife. The room overall is comfy and smartly designed, but it's on the smaller side. It felt almost too small for 1 adult and 2 kids. So for 4 adults, it would be uncomfortable. Bunk beds are not comfortable.
