It was super clean. The bed was comfy and location was convinient. There's a convinient store close by.

The property office was located across the road from the building, but you have to climb up 2 floors to get there. Info on how to get to the office was conveyed when you call them to check in. I think this process would have been more convenient if they tell you on chats via booking.com when you have confirmed your booking. Please note, that there is a RM150 CASH deposit required. So make sure you have cash, transfers are ok but it takes 5-7 days for them to refund you back.

1. Soap was so fragrant. Water pressure is excellent. Big bathroom to settle kids as well. 2. My room can see 3 towers. So beautiful. Room 2313. 3. The pool was so big and open until 10pm. The pool is also not direct with the sun, so you can go anytime. 4. Nearby Speedmart and 7E

1. The bathroom is quite smelly. 2. Utensil is limited. 3. Pools can be dangerous for kids. Got 2 parts for the kids pool. One within our feet and another within our knee. Got a ladder in between this kid pool, which is barely visible. Can see some kids falling at the ladder there. Aprreciate if mgt could put a special mark there to avoid any unexpected thing happening. 4. Got free parking outside the apartment illegally, but I saw people take advantage of charging the parking at the apartment. The next day, I saw no one at the parking. So, depend on luck, whether got people or not. Suppose there is no need to pay down there since it is not the main road.

Some units were still in renovations, so the noise coming from the renovations works sometimes very loud and disturb the peaceful atmosphere. Beside that, It would be nicer if there were some food outlets in the property. Single key card making it difficult to get out because the other person would have no access to the unit.

The unit was nice, adequate and comfortable. Not much to complaints about.

No Breakfast provided. The property has no shop or restaurants in the building. Furthermore, the single key card was making it difficult when 2 or more person going out to different event and coming back at different time.

Apartment with a clean swimming pool and gym facilities.

The room is smelly, I think the smell is from the drain traps in the bathroom.

Great location, very clean apartment, shower was fantastic, bed was very comfortable and the sheets were fresh. Easy to check in, the pool was nice also, and the gym had adequate facilities

As it’s not apart of the hotel, there is no housekeeping and you don’t get given enough toilet paper or fresh towels. This is fine for a short stay but anything longer than a few days we had to go purchase toilet paper ourselves and wash our own towels. There is also not much cutlery or utensils, even though there is a great kitchen, that made it hard when we wanted to cook

Absolutely love everything! Staff was very accommodating and responsive to guests requests. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. The room amenities are beyond nice, well equipped with washing machine, cutleries, and all necessities. Worth every penny with the awesome location at the city centre. Check in was hassle free and a breeze. It’s easily one of the best accommodations I had stayed! Will definitely recommend to anyone visiting KL

Everything is perfect

I like that I can check in and out at a counter managed by Maple Home. Plus the towels can be changed and toiletries can be requested daily. There was access to Netflix, YouTube and all other cable TV platforms.

Housekeeping is only available every 4 days even though I said I was willing to pay extra to have such services to be provided daily. There was noise from the renovation of other new units of apartments first thing in the morning.

The room is quite spacious & very clean 👍🏻 the interior design is minimalist and elegant, provided with washing machine, detergent & rack to dry up your cloth! Love the toiletries, usually hotel provided w small tiny little bottle but maplehome give big shampoo & shower bottle to freshen up you day loveee 😘

Need to checkout before 12 pm sharp, otherwise your deposit will be deducted by RM 50
