The room was clean and tastefully decorated, but not big enough and felt stuffy, maybe because it only had two small windows overlooking a small inner courtyard and was very close to the other rooms. The bathroom was big with a nice shower and had windows. I liked it. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This is one of the prettiest hotels I have been in. The food was excellent, the rooms and beds were superb, and the attention to detail was amazing.. The staff was friendly, offered us drinks on arrival, andhelpful to the max. The front desk clerk went out of her way to help us with a situation regarding our driver pickup. The staff took our bags up to the room for us ( we were on the top floor). Being on the top floor was actually a bonus because there is a wonderful patio to sit on, and we met all our neighbors! I would highly recommend this property if you are lucky enough to visit Tarifa.

Fantastic staff. Great breakfast included, good shower pressure and very comfortable bed. My ferry from Tarifa was cancelled so had to find a hotel for the night and found this which was a very pleasant surprise! Stephania at the reception was fantastic! Because I needed some toiletries (didn’t have any since was only supposed to be a 4 hour RT day), she walked me over to where the pharmacy is located. I also didn’t have my phone charging cable so she provided one for me to use overnight. The hotel is a beautiful historic building very close to the port and the historic fortress. The room was very comfortable with robes, incense and nice bath products. Bed was very comfortable and has good AC/heat (was rainy and chilly so only used heat). The ground floor has some very quiet and comfortable areas with couches and chairs to sit and relax. The included breakfast has numerous choices and a lot of food. All the staff were awesome and more than willing to help with information or requests. They also do spa services though I didn’t do any. Overall, a very nice hotel and you can’t go wrong staying there.

Wish the bathroom was a little bigger but it is a restored historic building so really no way around that.

We loved the location. We did not realize how conveniently close we were to the Port, since we took a ferry over from Africa. The accommodations were just as pretty as the photos. The hostess was friendly and provided spectacular service. There were several shops, restaurants, and sites in close proximity. Breakfast in house was the best we had on our 2 week vacation that took us from Morocco to Tarifa back to Morocco. I would love to return soon!!!

La Sacristia is a small and very unique boutique hotel in the heart of Tarifa. Hotel looks like from a fairy tale. The furnishing is very special, colorful, orientally inspired. La Sacristia is located just steps away from the historic town center of Tarifa. There is also a very nice cafe at the ground floor which is open for general public. Rooms are very cosy, clean and quiet. Beds are comfortable. Receptionist Elena who welcomed us, was very nice and immediately offered us a welcome drink. Would definitely recommend La Sacristia for a short stay in Tarifa.

The rooms are on the smaller side and there is not much space for to store the luggage. Bathroom (although designed lovely) is not very practical, there is very little space to put your toiletries and the faucet in the shower is impractical as there goes a lot of water to waste before you manage to mix the right temperature of water.

We absolutely loved our stay at La Sacristia! The location was ideal. Situated in the old town on a lovely little streat very close to all the shops and restaurants. Our room was very comfortable and well equipped and we absolutely loved the decor. The whole hotel is impeccably decorated. The common areas are lovely and we really enjoyed using them. We didn’t get a chance to try the food but we will definitely be back very soon. This will become are go to residence when in Tarifa. This hotel is quaint and cute and in a great location in Tarifa, really close to all of the fun action. We did love our stay and my favorite part was the lovely comfy bed. We had 2 windows that we could open up and see the laneways which was great. I liked it a lot - the staff were great. Breakfast is not included but they have some options for you for a small cost. Full length mirror was outside our room in the hallway - it was nice to have one to make sure you were dressed properly for the day. All in all a great stay.

Beautiful hotel. The staff members were very friendly and helpful and kind. The bedrooms were lovely and decorated to a high standard...the beds were so comfortable. Perfectly located in the centre of Tarifa so ideal for walking to all the restaurants and bars. In a quiet street so night time noise.

Would have liked a coffee machine or kettle so you could make a drink when the reception was closed. I booked three rooms all with a terrace however the terrace was not a terrace just a very small balcony 16/18 inches deep which was a disappointment

We were walking to the port in the morning to take a ferry to Tangier so this was an excellent choice in terms of location. Also plenty of restaurants right outside, but the hotel is tucked back a bit so it wasn't noisy. The staff were nice and they had a nice bar so I used my coupon for a free drink. And the free drink was pretty much whatever you wanted, not just a cheap beer or wine like another hotel we stayed at, so I had a nice liqueur.

This place is gorgeous and so special... maybe my favorite hotel ever! It's just the most enchanting and gorgeously designed place, and actually feels way more luxurious than the price. (The bed was incredible and linens were high end, soaps were really nice products that you actually want to use, etc,) Breakfast in the little alley was such a treat, delicious and not very expensive. Staff was really wonderful and just so cool! The hotel alone is worth a trip to Tarifa.
