the location was excellent and convenient to approach to many attractions. Furthermore, very classic building and the layout of the garden are harmonize on the very spacious amount of land. Hotel workers are ready to help and know the need of the customer, Nawal, she be was very understanding. I arrived there very early, check in time was 3:00 pm, however she helped me in the room even before 11 o’clock. I could rest very well and enjoyed my staying instead of waiting for nothing. At the gate, Morad was very helpful also.

The receptionist and some staff were very welcoming, smiling and chatting all the way. Even the security guard is nice. Music is neither loud nor quiet. The atmosphere is great.
One of the bar staff near the pool was extremely rude, brought a dirty cup of coffee to me and expect.to not return it. Very condescending. Carpet is dirty and you can smell mold. No smart TV.

Loved the gardens and pool. It felt like a real holiday. The manager Mohammed is charming and made me feel incredibly welcome as a lone traveler. It was easy walking distance to the beach (closed for renovation) and to one of my favorite seafood restaurants, Le Port. All in all, a great way to break the journey between Marrakech and Fez.
During my afternoon by the pool (between 3.30pm and 7.30pm), I wasn't greeted, or asked once, by the waiters if I needed anything. The beds and pillows were very hard.

the outside garden and swimmingpool are very nice. Also diner and breakfast good. Bedrooms are very dark.
the DJ at the swimmingpool was much too loud and Wifi outside bad.
