Elevator is always nice. We were on the 3rd floor. Keyless entry was nice. A kitchenette with a bar fridge was what we wanted mainly to keep our beverages cold. There is a coffee machine and supplies to make coffee. Dishes and an induction cook top if needed. Beds comfortable. TV with cable and a DVD player. Air conditioner unit. We used one bed but all the pillows when watching TV. Good water pressure in the shower and hot water came promptly. Complementary passes to the public pool were appreciated. Great location to walk to restaurants, shops and lake. By the way staff VERY polite and professional

It is an older hotel. We are retired builders. Our perspective is different. The toilet tank was constantly running. We fixed it, no big deal. The ceiling in the bathroom is with tiles. Some of those tiles need replacing. In one corner of the bedroom the paint had obvious water damage from the floor above. It could be fixed to look nice. NO BIG DEAL. Otherwise all was very well.

The staff were really friendly + lent me an umbrella when there was a rainstorm and I had forgotten mine. The room was nice and clean and very spacious. The bathroom was a little creepy and reminded me of the one in The shining. But it was huge which was nice. I had a big Soaker tub. Unfortunately it didn't work. So I didn't get a chance to use it. The bed was really comfortable unfortunately. I had a giant Spotlight outside my window so it was quite light in my room even in the middle of the night so it was a little difficult to sleep but overall it was really comfortable. Really nice. Fireplace kept the warm, nice and cozy.

The soaker tub didn't work.

The microwave didn’t work and caused us to rethink breakfast egg white bagel meal. The cover for one of the receptacles was broken and the box was exposed. This needs to be fixed. There is a constant problem with having weak batteries in the remotes. These shows a lack of attention to small details. On the other hand, the receptionist was very helpful in registering us for three more weekends in July, September and October. Hopefully, we will see some of these issues resolved the next time we visit.

We went for one night. Stay. We reached at the hotel earlier then check in time . The receptionist was really nice . Unfortunately I forgot her name. She is so sweet . So the room wasn’t ready when we arrived at the hotel but receptionist not on got our room ready but upgraded our room to a beautiful suite . I paid only 160$ a night including taxes and parking. Which I think made our stay excellent. Our room was huge, has jacuzzi in it and very clean. We really enjoyed our room and night. The location was excellent because everything was in walking distance. I loved it. Thanks so much to the receptionist who was also a Punjabi girl . She is from Kashmir . She has excellent communication skills.

Everything was excellent except air condition in the room was on auto setting and it was kept turning off and on by it self 😂 I wish it was stayed on the whole night.

our room overlooked the court yard which was nice. The room itself was nice and quiet. for what we paid for it in Harrison I cannot really complain too much. The fishes were nice to watch swimming around in the pond

The walkways into the court yard were filled with items from the rooms. I was a mess and not very nice for the guest to have to walk by. The additional breakfast was to much money for what you got

The location was close to the beach, the price per night, walking distance from restaurants, and the parking in the back area for trucks. For an older hotel, it was nice and clean, had good A/C set up for the hot days. It offered free admission to the public pool.

We noticed no fan in the bathroom, but it was okay.

we had trouble turning on the TV, not familiar with that kind of remote, and the gentleman at the desk came up immediately and showed us how to turn it on. Very pleasant and cheerful. There was no horrible smell of fabric softener like in some hotels.

We did have a lake view however the windows were four separate windows with very wide sections between them and being short, that was where the lake view was for me, behind the section between the upper and lower two windows. If I bent over and looked out of the lower windows, there was a sliver of lake to be seen.

The bed was excellent and the room was quiet. The vent for the air conditioner was a little loud but the temperature was perfect. The water was fast hot.

I did not like the very bad ratings from Bookings.com. I thought that such bad ratings cannot be true. So, I called the hotel personally and asked them why the ratings were so low. She explained that it came for the COVIT times when there were no people available and thus not all things could be done the way they normally do. She said things are now back to normal and the hotel is now very clean. This I found to be true and was very satisfied.
