The staff were really friendly + lent me an umbrella when there was a rainstorm and I had forgotten mine. The room was nice and clean and very spacious. The bathroom was a little creepy and reminded me of the one in The shining. But it was huge which was nice. I had a big Soaker tub. Unfortunately it didn't work. So I didn't get a chance to use it. The bed was really comfortable unfortunately. I had a giant Spotlight outside my window so it was quite light in my room even in the middle of the night so it was a little difficult to sleep but overall it was really comfortable. Really nice. Fireplace kept the warm, nice and cozy.

The soaker tub didn't work.

The microwave didn’t work and caused us to rethink breakfast egg white bagel meal. The cover for one of the receptacles was broken and the box was exposed. This needs to be fixed. There is a constant problem with having weak batteries in the remotes. These shows a lack of attention to small details. On the other hand, the receptionist was very helpful in registering us for three more weekends in July, September and October. Hopefully, we will see some of these issues resolved the next time we visit.

We went for one night. Stay. We reached at the hotel earlier then check in time . The receptionist was really nice . Unfortunately I forgot her name. She is so sweet . So the room wasn’t ready when we arrived at the hotel but receptionist not on got our room ready but upgraded our room to a beautiful suite . I paid only 160$ a night including taxes and parking. Which I think made our stay excellent. Our room was huge, has jacuzzi in it and very clean.We really enjoyed our room and night. The location was excellent because everything was in walking distance. I loved it. Thanks so much to the receptionist who was also a Punjabi girl . She is from Kashmir . She has excellent communication skills.

Everything was excellent except air condition in the room was on auto setting and it was kept turning off and on by it self 😂 I wish it was stayed on the whole night.

we had trouble turning on the TV, not familiar with that kind of remote, and the gentleman at the desk came up immediately and showed us how to turn it on. Very pleasant and cheerful. There was no horrible smell of fabric softener like in some hotels.

We did have a lake view however the windows were four separate windows with very wide sections between them and being short, that was where the lake view was for me, behind the section between the upper and lower two windows. If I bent over and looked out of the lower windows, there was a sliver of lake to be seen.

The bed was excellent and the room was quiet. The vent for the air conditioner was a little loud but the temperature was perfect. The water was fast hot.

I did not like the very bad ratings from Bookings.com. I thought that such bad ratings cannot be true. So, I called the hotel personally and asked them why the ratings were so low. She explained that it came for the COVIT times when there were no people available and thus not all things could be done the way they normally do. She said things are now back to normal and the hotel is now very clean. This I found to be true and was very satisfied.

Could see the lake, beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly.

The carpets in the basement by the elevator were very dirty. It smelled and the carpet was shredded around the edges. Carpets in the hallways are also very tired-looking. The room was noisy with fans and in many places, it sounded like dripping water. Leaks overhead. I would suggest an inspection of the roof.

The location is central to the beach and hot springs. A short walk to the shore, restaurants and resort hotel. Very nice staff and good restaurants nearby. The room fridge was very quiet although could use a defrost.

The rooms need some upgrades. Peeling wall paper in the bathroom, tub was a bit sketchy (and slippery).

Central location and underground parking was needed - as the town and streets were busy with an event. Staff was helpful with our group booking and offer of a private event room for a gathering.

Signage and information was out of date and confusing - restaurant next door not open at regular hours. Public Hot Pools were also closed due to staffing issues. Waterpark NOT for small children - but the playground and beach was nice.

I loved the staff they were nice and helpful, and the location as well Loved the restaurant near the hotel black jungle.

The email that i got from hotel was telling that public pool was closed, but the email was outdated and had incorrect info. Also, the Fram bed has a protruding piece hidden by sheets, and it ended up hurting my leg.

The place of the hotel was nice. It was near the touristic points of the city.

The bathroom lighting was really dim. In the advertisement they mentioned that hotel has restaurant which they do not, although there are many good restaurants near the hotel, but they should update the wrong information on their public page.
