We stayed at the Slumber Lodge in Hope BC, and honestly—it was just what we needed! My husband, my son, and I rolled in a little road-weary and left feeling rested and happy. The room had a bit of that retro charm (yes, a little dated, but in a cozy way), and it was super clean. The beds were comfy, and we all slept through the night—which, if you have insomnia like me, you know is a minor miracle. The staff were lovely—kind, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The pool was a tad chilly for me, but my son jumped in and had the time of his life. There was just something sweet and simple about the whole stay. Nothing fancy, but everything you need. We really enjoyed ourselves and will absolutely be back the next time we’re in Hope. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a no-fuss, heartwarming place to rest.

It does have swimming pool (despite what some reviews say), and it's working. Place is very clean, parking juts next to the suit. Awesome location, windows facing the mountains, very close to amazing restaurant and lakes. Will come here again.

I am allergic to typical laundry detergent and laundry aromas, so it was a been too clean for my nose and I had to put t-shirts on pillows to sleep, but it is my personal issue and I did not warn hotel about it. Next time.e will think of it in advance. Also, drink cash if you want to buy drinks at reception or juts go to gas station across the street.

The finishings and furnishings might be dated, But it's clean, comfortable, the shower had good pressure, the beds were comfy and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful - for the price it was a great value and a comfortable stay, with a beautiful view out the window. It's pet friendly and the location is convenient to walk to local town hot spots, coffee, restaurants, the park. I ended up adding a second night as it was a good station to catch up and get reorganized after a few days of traveling.

This motel boasts an excellent location, situated just one block away from the No.1 Trans-Canada Highway and conveniently positioned at the heart of the town. This prime location makes it effortlessly accessible to explore all corners of the town on foot. Additionally, the room facilities exceeded my expectations in both quantity and quality. My order included three comfortable queen-size beds, along with essential amenities such as a fridge, microwave, and coffee machine stocked with coffee powder and mate. Moreover, I was thoroughly impressed by the warm hospitality extended by the lady manager. Not only did she acquaint me with the amenities like the swimming pool provided by the motel, but she also went above and beyond by offering insights into nearby dining options, trails, and scenic spots. Her enthusiasm for ensuring customer satisfaction was evident throughout my stay.

We had an unplanned stay in Hope and found this lovely little place. We had such a good time, that we decided to stay another night. The kind and friendly people at Slumber Lodge made our stay exceptionally enjoyable and it was hard for us to leave. It had a warm friendly, cozy, family feel and we will absolutely stay again.

The Owner/Manager is an extremely friendly gentleman. He goes above and beyond to accommodate his guests. Check-In was super easy and quick! I love that it’s pet friendly and hardwood floors. Room was huge for just a standard Queen and bed was so comfy. It was very close to everything. Chevron just across the road open 24hrs.

The only thing I wish was different was that their pool was up and running. They have a lovely pool/sauna building but it’s not functioning atm.

The location is perfect for visiting tulips fields and one day trip to Vancouver. Beautiful mountain view. Friendly and helpful staff. The beds are very comfortable and big.

Some minor furniture fixtures are needed, but considering the price we paid, it’s acceptable.

The room was clean, the bed was amazingly comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. For a motel the water pressure in the shower was absolutely amazing. The very nice gentleman helped us offload our truck when he didn’t have to.

Everything was fine and I would stay again but the floor in the bathroom was badly chipped. Not a huge deal but I did worry about cutting my foot.

The location is perfect right where you can easily find it and lots of shops and food within a short walk. The hotel is very comfortable and the staff are very attentive. It was a worry free stay. Definitely coming back.

It is in the process of getting some renovations. Sometimes this was a minor inconvenience. I just know that it will be even better next time I stay here.

Really amazing customer service and the owner was very kind enough to let me check in early .. we were super tired and wanted to sleep, so he let us have the place early than our check in time. The place was very beautiful and clean. And the safety is guaranteed. Peaceful atmosphere and the staff are very friendly.
