You stayed one night on our way to Waterton. The Queen bed kitchenette was small, however very well appointed. Bed was comfortable. Linen was very comfortable and soft. Full fridge size. The bathroom shower was perfect. Hot water with good pressure. Amenities were top-notch. Everything you need toothbrush, toothpaste, razor and more. Great towels. Room was older with renovation. Very clean. Also very close to town. Grocery store just across the road. We booked another night on our way back. Different room. Queen bed a bit bigger. Same amenities. Great large screen TV with Netflix. We will definitely return on our next trip. Randall was very kind and a great host.

The only thing that needed improvement is the air conditioner. Very noisy when coming on. Perhaps needed a check up. On our return we had a different room,and the AC was running smoothly.

We have stayed here a few times now, because it's so so comfortable. We appreciate the separate beds, with the perfect mattresses, crispy clean sheets. Oh, and that giant bathtub, all the little niceties are so nice. The owner and his lovely family go out of their way to make your stay a lovely one. We had a spill in the bed, and they came immediately to change the sheets. Such generous service with a smile is befitting of a high end hotel. We recommend staying here any opportunity you get.

This isn't a biggie, but the lights from behind the motel are a bit bright. I covered the window myself, but it could do with a curtain. The blinds don't quite make it dark enough for me. But! This is coming from a light sleeper, and I slept a whole 9 hours there! That never happens. Maybe I should just move in..lol.

The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, which impressed me, Also, there was a thoughtful assortment of travel sized accessories including a tiny nail file, cotton wipes, eye makeup remover, shower cap, travel razor and the usual lotions, soap and shampoo They obviously try very hard to give their clients a restful stay. Loved the bed and fresh crisp sheets, and warm blankets. The space was old, but well maintained. I would definitely recommend this to my friends, and will return.

The Staff (I assume the owner) was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room is EXCELLENT value, with a bedroom for each of us. Everything was clean.

Nothing much that can be done about it, but it's a shame to have to access the bathroom through one bedroom. Design of the building, obviously inherited, and no fault of the establishment whatsoever. Of course, being as the extra bedroom was a bonus, if we only had the one room we would expect, this wouldn't even register, so I can't even call it a bother...

First we were greeted by the property cat Lucky which sent this stay to the next level. He walked around with us everywhere we went. They have a beautiful lawn area with picnic tables that allow you to smoke. The beds were quite comfortable and it was clean. Updated and very comfortable. Would stay there again!

Even tho there is a kitchenette it’s tiny and not sure how one would cook or clean dishes but we didn’t need that anyways. Nothing to complain about just something I noticed.

Location right next to the highway but it was not noisy. Supermarket across the road. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Kitchenette a bit dated and not much in the way of utensils. We would definitely stay there again if we were passing through Hope. We were late so missed the food at the Brewery - just along the road - but they were happy for us to eat our McDonald's while having drinks from them.

The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. We had a lovely morning giving Lucky the motel cat scritches. The kids loved the funky LED colour change lights beside the bed. Fantastic for a short term stay for a family of four. Would be a good long term rental for one or two people max.

The stove in the kitchenette was way too big for the room, I think a hot plate would be a better choice in this small space. I would also recommend dusting behind the bedside tables. I am sure I’m not the only one who would look back there for a plug in!

Location Near Starbs, Tim Hortons & McDonald. it is a good first stop having just flown into Vancouver. The rooms were a good size and comfy beds. All was clean with plenty of hot water and complimentary bathroom / kitchen supplies. Choose local mountain brewery for food and beers. Quiet location even though it is on the main highway

The property was pretty good however the town of Hope leaves a bit to be desired. Needs investment

for such a tiny space it was very well appointed - even a mini sized kitchen complete with microwave, apartment sized refrigerator, and stove/oven, table and chairs! The bed and pillows were super comfy. After a long day's drive, that was most appreciated. Our room was located on the end, up the side of the complex - just far enough away from the main highway that traffic noise was minimal. In the washroom, there was a tray of toiletries laid out including extra toothbrushes and toothpaste. So thoughtful. We even discovered a couple of pairs of house slippers to use. The staff was super friendly and very helpful.

We are especially careful with being as scent-free as possible, mainly due to lung issues. Because of that, we had to remove the wall sconce air freshener from the room. The laundry fabric softener used was also quite overpowering.

The motel was clean and had many amenities and extras for a motel which is so reasonable in price.. The motel even provided an extra large fluffy dog bed with a fitted sheet to cover. I’m really impressed with the new appliances. I travel with my small dog and a young lady with Down syndrome and I must say we really enjoy this motel( we have stayed at others in Hope but we choose this place due to the cleanliness, small extras like the toiletries, location is walkable to get food and a gas station. The motel has adequate wifi and the tv has ports to be able to use our Roku stick- the lady I look after needs her on the road). I would suggest bringing an extension cord if you need multiple outlets.

Could use an extension cord for the room in the event more outlets required(or offer one)
