Loved the area but only after we got to know it. Initially all we saw was graffiti and our hearts sank. But we soon discovered that the area had a great community feel. Children were able to play in a very secure area outside the hotel. 5 mins walk to a huge shopping mall and about 10 mins to the conference centre. Plenty of small bars/restaurants close by within a 2 or 3 minute walk. The metro was 2 mins walk which was so handy. Hairdressers, pastry shops, pharmacy and a shoe shop all right beside the hotel. We went to a bar about 3 mins walk awsy which had outside seating and plenty of TVs to watch the soccer. Food was great and the staff very attentive. Staff in the hotel were absolutely brilliant. So helpful with how to get places. I can't say enough good about them. They have a fridge with beers, soft drinks, water and snacks which was great. We often arrived back after a night out to have a last beer and chat that to whoever was on the desk.

There was a very limited storage area. A very small area to hang clothes and no drawers for other items. Very limited space in the bathroom. But if you could put up with this, it was fine.

Friendly and helpful staff. We really appreciated that the room was available earlier than announced. Room was air-conditioned and clean with very comfortable bed. Good location, walkable distance to the beach, close to metro, trams and bus stations (few stops to the city centre).

There was no fridge in the room (but it was possible to use the shared fridge in the lobby). Our room did not have window to the street at all, but only windows to the corridor. Unfortunately, the metro and trams were not working during our stay, but the staff advised us an alternative connection to the centre.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, with easy access to all forms of public transport, making it incredibly convenient to reach the city center quickly. The beach is also nearby, which was a great bonus. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always offering great advice on sightseeing and local attractions, which made our experience even better. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. After a long day of walking and exploring, having such a cozy bed to rest in was exactly what we needed to recharge for the next day's adventures. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Very good budget hotel. Excellent staff. Clean hotel. Good location a couple of miles from city centre,excellent transport links. Plenty of cafes,bars etc on doorstep. Large shopping centre and beach 10 mins walk. Decent Wi-Fi.Good air conditioning. Get number 7 bus from outside hotel,ten minutes to city centre,just pay contactless at front of bus on entry.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, just a few steps from the metro station, making it very easy to reach the city center quickly. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly. A special thanks to Ms. Liliana, who gave us great recommendations for exploring Barcelona.

The only downside was the breakfast—it could be improved. The sandwich we received only had bread and salami, which was a bit disappointing. Also, we had some trouble turning on the air conditioning for heating, as the room was quite cold at first. Overall, a very good experience, and I would recommend this hotel for its convenience and hospitality!

The room was very clean, after we left every day, they did a thorough cleaning. We visited on Valentine’s day and got a card from the staff in our native language, it was a very nice gesture. The breakfast was delicious and enough (it was in the restaurant next to the hotel from 7:30 to 12:00) Public transportation was exceptional: the metro, tram and bus stations were a 2 minute walk away. The neighborhood was safe even at night. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant stay

Clean room, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Comfortable and very large bed. Hotel is situated very close to the metro and tram stop. Free tea, 1 euro for coffee.

The bed has been too big for this room so it was difficult to maneuver around it. Very small bathroom. Breakfast served next door cafe is very limited choice. You can have sandwich, coffee, juice and apple, that's all. Also service in cafe is not friendly for hotel guests.

I didn't book the breakfast and the location was absolutely fine for me - half hour walk to La Sagrada Familia with the architecturally interesting Les Glories (well worth a visit to the tower by Jean Nouvel) en route with a tram stop close by. Beaches very close by also. I would definitely book here again with the extremely friendly and helpful reception staff being the most memorable reason.

My room was perfect except the window was to an internal court - the room had .mechanical ventilation and if you are put traipsing around for most of the day - as expected- then it's not really a concern.

Good location, very easy to reach all attractions and popular places. The transport connections in Barcelona are incredible! Strongly recommend to buy daily card for the public transport. The size of the room is not very big, but I consider there is very good correlation quality/price. Kind staff, our flight was late afternoon, they were so kind to keep our luggage even when we checked out the room.

The room had a very big window, but inside there was a lack of natural sunlight, because opposite outside (3m) were windows of the other building and we had to keep the curtains closed.

We loved the location and it's proximity to buses, trams, and metro so it was easy to get into the city and the beach was 10 mins providing a welcome break from the city. We visited the Torres Glories (the bi big gerkin) which was well with it) and a 20 mins walk or 5 mins by bus or tram. Also the Glories shopping centre and Rambla de Poblenou was far better than the Rambla in the centre of Barcelona as it was less touristy and more interesting. ) we enjoyed our 2nd visit to this area . The hotel was also very quiet and friendly and breakfasts good value for money. Also we loved being able to check in early and leave our bags before being able to get into our room at 2pm. ( We spent the time on the beach for a few hours chilling and swimming after a long journey).

We had a window that looked out onto a wall but it was green. Maybe more effort to put more plants outside would have been good.
