The value was exceptional! The mattress was very comfortable. The windows has wooden shutters....have never seen that before in any property I've ever stayed in. Keurig pods were available in the lobby as were cookies.

Even though a Do Not Disturb placard was hanging on the doorknob, housekeeping (or someone) came in the room and changed towels. While the intent has a good customer-service intent, a request that the room not be entered MUST be honored.

The rooms were updated and very clean. All of the facilities worked well. The front desk clerk was very friendly and attentive, even calling us in our room the first night to tell us about the hot water and asking every day how things were going. We have stayed at this hotel a few times, and I think time was the best. We like how close the hotel is to downtown and walking distance from everything. The new landscaping makes the hotel look so much better than it used to look.

The bed was somewhat uncomfortable. In the room my father-in-law stayed in, the battery was missing from the smoke alarm. I wish that the King Suite we stayed in had the bigger refrigerator. The hotel next door has become a rental area with a lot of grocery carts gathered around making the area around the Fairview look a little ghetto. Wish there was a sidewalk between the hotel and the Mexican market 2 doors down because you have to walk in the street to get down the street and downtown.

Excellent location and value. Large room, very clean. It was nice having a mini refrigerator. Comfortable bed, good lighting. Easy walk to downtown Healdsburg. It was perfect for my business trip stay.

The ‘breakfast’ was VERY minimal. They had coffee but no tea, so I had to walk in to town and find a coffee shop.

The location is walking distance to all the action. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. The spa in the room was very comfortable. I had some issues with severe lower back pain, and the jets took a lot of the pain away.

Some of the light switches don't work. The floors make anyone upstairs walking echo through the bottom floors. Other than that, everything was as expected for the price.

Very comfortable bed, nice layout with a separate bedroom, and the bathroom sink outside the toilet/shower area. Nice jacuzzi tub.

We were initially put into a room that did not match our reservation, which included the jacuzzi tub. I went to the motel host and he corrected the situation.

The young woman who checked me in was very nice. The room was clean. The AC worked really well. Large king bed and a large spacious bathroom. It was a stopover for my way home. Healdsburg center is a short walk but not a shady walk and it was 90+. Once you are in the center of town it's a bit more shady and walkable. It's very close to the 101 and easy to get back on freeway when leaving. It was quiet when I was there. It looks like they are doing some work on the outside. There is a pool which I was going to use but I was a bit tipsy from the Margarita at dinner so ended up not using it. It was small but looked clean and refreshing! Overall a good value for a night or two in Healdsburg.

The location; within walking distance to downtown Healdsburg. Rooms were modern and clean. Pool and jacuzzi clean.

A short portion of walk to downtown requires you to go into the street without a sidewalk and through uneven pavement and a slightly questionable area that feels a bit unsafe at night.

The staff was great and catered to all my needs. Even off the list requests were fulfilled with a smile. They went beyond their call of duty to make the stay comfortable. Miss Arpita gets a thumbs up for sure.

The microwave was noisy! That was the only negative and something that can be corrected easily.

Great Location about 10 minutes walk to the plaza and shops. Free Parking and it felt save. The beds are fantastic. Slept like a rock!

It's a bit expensive, but all the hotels in the area are!

Best bang for your buck. A little outside of the main downtown but an easy 10minute walk to shopping and restaurants. Pride in ownership is evident as the entire place and property is in perfect, clean condition. It is an older motel style property that has been completely renovated. The room was great and spacious!
