We had a wonderful stay! Navid’s warm, attentive service made us feel welcome right away. The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of parking and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere throughout the resort. The spa treatments with Dorothy and Jyoti were incredible, truly a highlight. The location is perfect too, just a short walk to Main Street for coffee, happy hour, and fun local shops. A perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and relaxation. Highly recommend!

We could only stay one night, sadly.

It has a beautiful view of a winer orchard and guerneville mountain sides. The room we had room 128 you can’t go wrong with! The bed was so great and the room was extremely comfortable. Very clean. The view from our bed was just amazing. Loved the shower too !

Wished the pool was still heated. It’s turned off for the winter. Their wine bar isn’t open yet.

Very welcoming and helpful front desk staff. Clean, spacious room. Pool area and patio off the room looked great, but it was raining so we didn't use. Very close proximity to town.

A couple little things in the room weren't working correctly, but it was minor and didn't make much of an impact on our stay.

Staff has been very friendly, helpful and responsive. Room very clean and comfy bed.

Bed is very high, requiring short people to hop up. Specific instructions for operating heater by remote would have saved time.

The room was airy, clean and full of natural light. The view of the vineyard was spectacular, and the view of the stars from the balcony was just as good. The location was super close to downtown Guerneville which allowed us to walk to restaurants, bars and shops. The individual who checked us in did so remotely, however they were helpful and pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to finding an excuse to stay there again in the near future.

Great location. Extremely quiet and a lovely view over the vineyard to the woods beyond. We picked up our keys from a keybox as we arrived quite late, but the lady at checkout in the morning was very friendly and helpful, advising on a good coffee shop for breakfast and local places to visit.

Room lighting was subdued and not bright enough to read a book. A reading light for the bed would have been appreciated. Also the outdoor light beside the door was out. Dark.

We really like our room and our view. The property needs a little sprucing up. It’s aging.

Just that it needs spruced up a bit. It looks old.

Naviv was very nice, with great customer service, and made me and my family feel right at home. I will definitely book this place again in the near future. The rooms were clean!!

The only thing that might need change is to notify the customer at least 2 days in advance, not the same day that the room you booked is not ready but you can upgrade for extra $40.

Big pool, porch out front, big room, quiet, trees

Beds were too high for 93 yr old..should have 1 high bed and 1 lower bed in consideration for elderly and small children...need handrail for steps from front porch to street ,slat in dividing sink area and bedroom is unnecessary and is tripping hazard to elderly
