Loved that it was clean. Towels smelt very clean. It was the first time I remember noticing a towels freshness. A hotels cleanliness is a priority to me. Booking a room is always a crapshoot, and of all the hotels we stayed at on this trip, this was the only hotel that did not disappoint.

It was in a great location and staff were all so friendly. The king bed was very comfy and the bathroom was very nice as well. They provided the full size pump of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the shower which smelled great!!

Our room was a little small but it didn’t feel too tight. Overall still a good value because the room was nice, and location was excellent. We had a wonderful time exploring the town of Santa Rosa and Sonoma County.

Breakfast great, location very central

The barman that was on for thanksgiving and the next day was obnoxious trying to be funny but wasn't and short changed my husband.

We liked the location. Excellent proximity to some fun restaurants and bars in the railroad Square neighborhood. This gives you access to the SMART train station. It also has immediate freeway access. You're within walking distance to the courthouse square/ downtown area with some popular breweries, coffee shops sandwich shops and a decent size shopping mall. The gym was well equipped with modern equipment

Perfect location in downtown Santa Rosa near charming restaurants and shops. Beds were comfortable, clean and had a variety of pillow types. Staff were friendly and had great suggestions of things to do.

The only problem I had with my stay at the hotel is that I was charged $200 extra when our stay was already paid for. Currently waiting for the pending charge to return to me.

The hotel was clean and in a good location. It had a great restaurant across the street. Breakfast was good but not included in the price.

Parking was a bit far away.

Variable room temperature. Safety deposit box. Room layout. Mini fridge. So many things within walking distance. Needed a florist, and there was one within walking distance. Had to go to San Francisco, and the bus was within walking distance. The train was down the street. Many restaurants were close by.

I was there for a wedding, and I needed help buttoning my dress. The dress had 48 buttons in back, and I could not get to all of them by myself. I asked someone at the front desk to help me. I recall her name, but I will not mention it. She buttoned the dress the wrong way . It was impossible for her not to notice that the dress was not properly buttoned. I thought she had buttoned it nicely, but she did not. I noticed half way through the wedding that it was buttoned all wrong. I thought she was nice, but I guess she was not that nice. I purchased a soda pop and a bottle of water, but the clerk charged me for an extra item. It was only $4, and I did not complain. The clerk seemed to be having trouble registering the transaction.

No ice on floor. Had to ask desk personnel for it. Why no bottled water in the room? I was given a bottle at check-in. Why no continental breakfast?

The location was good. There was a big shopping mall just right in front of the hotel and the area around the hotel looked peaceful and relaxing.

The hotel itself is not that big. It is a five-story building with no basement parking facilities. So I think valet parking is inevitable, which costs $30 a night.
