The people were super friendly and helpful. While in Nerja I needed help due to an accident and they showed full support, empathy and further more information on how to improve my stay.

Great location,very clean-cleaners are there every day and do a very good job, good sized room and balcony

We have stayed before in a downstairs room without balcony,room with balcony is so much better and brighter.couldnt go back to a downstairs room now! The only other thing that could be better is a bit more storage, some more drawers or hooks, bathroom gets very wet after using the shower..

Nice room, nice location, clean, quite by day and the nights, nice balcony to sit outside, free to determine my breakfast, you trust the people, nice digital instructions to find the keys of the room (like a game).

For me it was difficult to speak Spanish, luckily there was nobody to talk with. I left a letter with gratuity but I don't know if it was welcome, trust is good thing.

Very clean lovely pool found out on our last day we had to just ask for a kettle I’ll make sure that’s what I ask for on my next visit

The noise late at night kept us awake but in fairness it’s not the hotels fault scooter’s mainly riding up the road

Clean, pretty room. Large with a lovely balcony. The bed was comfortable and very useful to have the air on in August. The room overlooked a small but completely usable pool. Lovely, basic accommodation.

Would have liked slightly bigger towels…but not really a problem.

I got very sick for a few days. Being disabled I sometimes didn’t get all the way to the bathroom. No matter what, my room was cleaned to its normal high standard.

It's in a great location. Everything is pretty new and good quality soundproofing, doors etc. WIFI fine. We had a room at the back so very quiet.

The plastic toilet seat looked discoloured from use. Clean but discoloured. Maybe time to change it?

I didn’t get any instructions about the check in procedure. Thankfully someone was around to explain I had to go to another property to get a key.

Small but clean swimming pool right outside our door. Very clean Excellent location, and fairly quiet for being so central. Friendly staff

Furniture is small and useless. More storage space would have been nice. Air condition didn't work. We could hear too much commotion in the hallway. That will happen so perhaps the rooms need soundproofed a bit. One big pillow doesn't always work well for 2 people (But we spotted the normal pillows in the wardrobe on the last day!)
