Small, recently refurbished hotel on the west coast. Beautiful location. The staff were welcoming from the moment we arrived, management very much in evidence throughout our stay. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The food was very good, plenty of choice each day. We had GF and dairy free dietary requirements and the chef and staff were incredibly helpful from the start. Bar was well stocked. Rum punch always a winner for us but the cocktails were very good too. Local crafts were on display to purchase on number of days.

There were plenty of sun beds but that didn’t stop the sun bed hoggers up at 6am to peg towels to sun beds. Sadly UK guests to blame. The house wine was not too our taste but we are wine snobs. Wines available to purchase were expensive.

Good location, convenient for the beach and local to Holetown and the dive centre at Coral Reef resort. Excellent food and wonderful staff. It was good to have limited free use of water sports facilities at the neighbouring hotel, but see note below about dangerous/difficult walkway access.

The property is looking tired and needs some TLC. examples include salt and pepper pots that are rusty and very old, “Exit” signs hanging off the wall, grubby walls that need a coat of paint, non-slip stair strips loose and torn, flaking paint around the edge of the pool, uneven of crumbling pathing slabs. Unfortunately the reality did not match the pictures which seem to have been taken a few years ago. The walkway to the neighbouring hotels, in order to use the shared facilities, is in a poor state of repair and dangerous to access on foot. I noted this was a Marriott hotel so I would have expected these issues to have been addressed with a little investment.

Great breakfast incredible staff lunch and dinner good We received an upgrade to a deluxe suite which was exceptional The quality and availability of drinks was first class

The television in the suite lounge did not work and despite a couple of requests it did not get fixed Not enough sun beds for all guests and we were very unhappy that guests had to get up early to put towels on beds to secure them eventually we had to do the same My wife had a fall as she tripped over a small lip on a ramp to the bar deck maybe this should be painted

The House was an exception Hotel with outstanding staff who could not do enough for you.

Very difficult to think of anything that could have been better. Such a great stay already booked for next year.

Quality of food was really good. Alcoholic drinks were known brand names and cocktails were well made and of good quality. Service and staff was very good. Beach and location was excellent. Room was lovely and overlooked the beach

The pool was a bit dirty sometimes (sand etc) but this was not too much of an issue

Hotel excellent, though dining room service slow at times. Limited choices on menu . Was expensive, but did not spoil experience.

service can sometimes be a little bit slow at the bar. There's only one bar here because hotels so small and sometimes if bar was busy we waited a long time. This is not a major issue at all but is something we noticed.

Very few loungers around the pool and people kept putting towels on them in advance of Using fhem there were no loungers set up on the beach so you had to ask for them whereas one of the sister resorts had plenty of loungers set up all the time

The Ocean view room was exceptional yards away from the Ocean and very comfortable and clean We liked the fully inclusive, however the vegetarian choice didn't suit my wife but the staff were accommodating in that they made her somethhing to suit her which was commendable

we liked it was a small hotel, the consistency of the excellent food was superb. The staff are very attentive and got to know you by name, and do try and make your stay as perfect as possible. I hope the hotel does not change

Small things if you look hard enough you will find faults, a small niggle is the menus can be repetitive especially for lunch( although good standard of food)
