Well located right by the beach and pleasant and helpful staff. We were upgraded to a room better suited to our party (one two bedroom apartment) than our booking (2 separate rooms for family of 5), which was really great, and the room was modern, spacious and clean. Beds firm and very comfortable. Food was plentiful and kids loved the ice cream. Pool area had plenty of sun beds and tables and chairs. Everywhere was clean. The football pitch was a big hit too, with our kids befriending others of many nationalities through the medium of football!

It’s a bit tired in places eg peeling paint in the bathroom. The food was repetitive, the snack bar was quite limited, and we found that sometimes the meat wasn’t properly cooked. However, everyone in our party found something at every meal.

A great selection of food . Which was really good and fresh. Staff I. The restaurant staff were so friendly. The animation team were amazing. We didn’t really join in and they didn’t pressure you . There work so hard. The rooms were so clean. The whole hotel was spotless.

The only thing I can fault. The football pitch which is the middle of rooms. Could maybe locked at night. There were people playing g football at 11 at night screaming and shouting. Reception staff were polite enough. Seemed a little under pressure. So you felt abit uneasy asking things .

All is great and in place for a perfect rest.

Not the property but other people on holidays were so many smoking of them and around kids. I would suggest in the place of eating (even outside) not to allow smoking during lunch and dinners (as not possible to avoid the cigarettes)..

Hotel is in amazing location. Two minutes away from the beach and loads of shops and restaurants in the area. We had a family room, very clean and completely room with lovely sea view. Lots of space in the room and cleaned daily. Food was also really good, after staying in quiet few hotels in Europe, this one definitely had one of the best foods. Lots of choices and every day they tried to have few different options. Lovely and polite staff. Definitely would come back. It was a very relaxing stay :)

Beautiful 4 star hotel, next to the crystal clean beach with white sand, perfect family vacation, especially with younger children, as there is plenty of animation in the hotel, the beach is excellent for children as it is shallow. Very nice and clean pool, our daughters enjoyed it so much. :) Animators speak several languages, which was really nice to hear. Program is versatile and for everyone's taste. Staff is nice, smiling and friendly, hotel is very clean, rooms especially, being cleaned daily and thoroughly, amazing views of the sea, food is solid for a buffet style of a 4 stars hotel, especially when they prepare dishes starring certain nation cuisine. Excellent value for money, would always recommend!

The only flaw are the desserts and brunch meals - they are very repetitive, desserts all very creamy and brunch options very fast food like. To note - all inclusive is until 23h, serving local beverages - would prefer better quality wines (Spain has excellent table wines, but these were very basic).

Perfect see view. Actually I think most of the rooms have see view, but we have the best on the last floor. Nice food, quite different and tasty

The pool is overcrowded. Actually - not enough space for such number of tourists. The neighboring hotel also hosted evening shows, which disrupted our experience, as sound was mixed. One more thing - is that animators were telling more on French and German than in English

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel was really close to shops, the beach and the small funfair. lots of activities and competitions in offer.

Meals a little repetitive.

Great location to the beach, good variety of food and drink, really enjoyed the adult only sun terrace. Room was a good size with an excellent power shower, balcony and good view. We found the staff courteous and helpful at all times, the animation guys worked hard all day and we always good fun without being overpowering.

I'm being really fussy if I say the pool could have been bigger and 1 English news channel would have been good. The entertainment in the evening ranged from very good to could be better, but do we expect to be entertained when on holiday?
