Excellent breakfast. Good entertainment. Very helpful staff, arranged trip for us. Very clean bright bedroom.

Difficult to park near the hotel, more information needed regarding this. Paid for sea view but hotel situated between high buildings so no sea view. Suited for older age range. Never been to a hotel where we had to clear the table at the end of the meal.

Near by parking convenient to everything loads of shops and restaurants nearby. Lovely big beach 15 mins walk up the beautiful promenade. Smaller beach beside hotel. Lovely staff all very welcoming. Was my second time staying here would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was amazing. Dinner was ok but a bit like school dinner and I wouldn’t rush to book it again. Amazing price with booking.com but direct or with jet2 were stupid prices for the hotel which isnt worth the prices they are charging this year. I knew the hotel as I have stayed before , the staff are fantastic and it’s family ran and it shows. Fab entertainment (if you can get a seat) and the rooms have been upgraded with air con which is a definite bonus x

The accommodation is extremely clean, linen changed daily and staff friendly and helpful. Pool area clean and always quiet (July 23-30) The hotel is basic, clean, and family run. We essentially used it as a base to explore the island. Cheap and cheerful. Heads up it is home to the British Bar and it is very lively in the evening. To be honest we had a four year old with us so sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine watching the antics was quite funny. We didn’t eat at the hotel as it was aimed very much at Brits and we like to explore. Cala Bona is lovely, I would say very British and if your looking to try some real tapas head to Palma or the North of the island. Would definitely recommend as a basic clean base for anyone on a budget.

The room was cosy, the bed was very comfortable. Cleaning service every day, clean towels everyday however, beddings changing once a week. The staff was very welcoming. The location is brilliant, very lively, close to everything you need. A few beaches at walking distance from the hotel. This is brilliant place to stay on holiday but if you are looking for a calm/quite area definitely check somewhere else. Very good dinner choices, very tasty and delicious deserts, might be more choices of vegetables though (cabbage, spinach, fresh carrot, fresh pepper etc).

The gym is very poor, dirty, small, most of the equipment is broken. People stores their bikes there.. not much space at all I wouldn't even call this a gym, so do not take this into consideration when choosing your hotel. Breakfast is a little bit boring, always the same, no single vegetable like salad, tomato, cucumber. If not for those negatives I'd give the hotel 10.

it’s just very appropriate, you’ve got all you need, easy to find, well located, very nice staff, very good breakfast, lots of variety and adequate for people with allergies and intolerants. Rooms with a balcony, air-conditioning working perfectly well and so necessary, hair dryer and mini bar, good size swimming pool as well!. 1 minute walk to the taxi stop and to many shops, supermarkets, bars, cafes and the beach. It’s not a luxury hotel but it’s very affordable considering prices in Mallorca in summer. Will recommend to hire a car to make the most of your vacation. I will definitely recommend this hotel for cheap and comfortable holidays.

one of the nights there was a concert downstairs and it was noisy until midnight, we had to wake up quite early to get to the airport so that was a bit annoying but otherwise everything was very good

The hotel is ideally situated right to next to the port in Cala Bona with various shops on the same road. Calla Millor is also only a 15min walk from the hotel. Hotel Sur was ideal for a small family getaway, great staff, good rooms and fantastic air conditioning

Woke up a few times during night (loud music from hotels bar). Cleaner was playing really loud music from her phone when cleaning the rooms and corridors. No shampoo in bathroom

Location good, but need a few more bars, shops around. Could do with a mercadona or lidl nearer

Entertainment wasn't that great. The acoustic guitarist one night was absolutely terrible. Hardly anyone stayed.
